(I know this is late but if you guys got any ideas for the team name of Chai, Rex and Connor, that would be helpful)

Back in Peppermints lair, we see the whole team grouped together to figure out a new plan, now with Korsica on their team, now it makes everything much easier.

Korsica: All of that, right under my nose

Peppermint: Kale manipulates, that's what he does now he plans to do that with Spectra.

CNMN: Spectra is a manifestation of his own personality

Rex: We're close to stopping him though. Only two more bosses, then we get to Kale and kick his ass.

Korsica (Bitter): He used me and then tried to kill me. He won't get away with this.

Chai: So, you're in.

Korsica: Oh, I'm in and I think I know what to do next.

Connor: Alright, we'll leave you to it. In about uh, 20 minutes we can come back together and fix something up.

Korsica: Right sounds good to me.

With that the group was split up again, Korsica was in her new built together area with tv's on the walls. Rex was sitting on the couch with 808 in his lap resting. Chai smirked sitting next to his friend giving him a teasing smile.

Chai: So, what was it like?

Rex: Was what like?

Chai: You know, growing up with our new teammate. Before she went to the whole semi villain ark.

Rex: She was different, more reckless back then but around the time she moved out, she started maturing. Guess one thing that's the same is her obsession with coffee.

Rex leaned back thinking about it, Connor appeared over the couch, he cooked up his famous grilled cheese sharing them with Rex and Chai

Connor: Hey now Rex, you seem to be trying to get with your old friend already. You must want to make Peppermint jealous or something.

Rex: Pfft, come on man its nothing like that.

Connor: That face in the goodies hug we all saw says otherwise mate.

Chai: Aww, little T-Rex is trying to spit some game. Two at the same time is crazy.

Rex had an annoyed smile hearing his friends tease him about this stuff, eating taking another bite out of his grilled cheese.

Rex: You guys are a riot you know that?

Chai and Connor lightly laughed at his response, 808 looked annoyed from all the noise meowing in annoyance.

Korsica: Rex. Before we head out, can I talk to you really quick?

Rex: Sure thing.

Rex finished his grilled cheese sandwich, slowly getting up which 808 sense and jumped off his lap.

Chai: Listen, if you're going to woo her, do it quietly please.

Rex sighed hearing Connor's stiffed laughter; Rex turned to Connor annoyed only for Connor to act like nothing happened.

Peppermint: Chai, Connor, come here I got some gear for you guys to use.

Chai groaned with Connor shrugging with the boys separated. Rex rolled his eyes walking to Korsica's zone where she was waiting for him.

Rex: What's up Koko, need help adjusting or something?

Korsica: No, no it's not that. I wanted to apologize for not listening to you. I'm sorry I put you and your new friend in danger

Korsica: I was so caught up I couldn't see it. Thank you for saving me.

Rex: Wow, it's been a while since we've been complemented like this. I like it.

Korsica: You both might be slick, but you get the job done, I for one think everyone else is embarrassed to say it.

Rex: Maybe one day I'll be able to hear it from everyone else, by that I mean just Peppermint. Everyone else is chill. Until then, let's focus on those last three bosses. Then I'll take all of us to our old spot. For old times' sake.

Korsica (Happy): Sounds relaxing Rex.

Korsica put out two fingers. Rex quickly remembered the old handshake, brushing them back and forth, making a fist, bringing them up and down, then hitting them together mimicking an explosion.

Peppermint: Rex, just finished upgrading Connor and Chai, it's your turn. Come here I got an upgrade for ya.

Rex: Yeah, yeah coming. See what I mean so bossy.

Korsica quietly laughed as Rex turned around to walk to Peppermint's station. He walked past Chai and Connor who looked worse, it's like instead of an upgrade they got a downgrade or something.

Peppermint: Alright put your arms out, this one's more about your long-range systems.

Peppermint pulled out a stool for him to sit on, she got to work with sparks flying on his arm. It was a little quiet for them.

Rex: So, what do you think about Korsica, since she's a part of this group of misfits.

Peppermint: I was skeptical at first but, she doesn't seem that bad, the data doesn't lie, she saw those SPECTRA files and Kale almost killed her. So, her rage is justified.

Rex: Yeah, right about that.... Hey, I've been wondering, you've been weird since our first meeting with the bosses. When we first met Kale, he seemed to remember you, did you guys work together before-

Peppermint's tool touches a sharp spot in his arm making him jolt in pain shutting up, felt like he got electrocuted.

Rex: Ow, Jesus Christ that stung!

Peppermint (Worried): Oh, sorry, sorry. I didn't mean to hit you right there.

Rex: Fine, it's fine just caught me off guard.

Peppermint: Okay, now about your question, it's something I'm not comfortable talking about but maybe in the future I can tell you.

Rex nodded; Peppermint looked back at his arm trying to finish up his upgrade without hitting his vital parts. She finished and closed the compartment on Rex's arm.

Peppermint: Alright, now you can absorb energy to charge up as your own, that way you won't run out of energy so fast. Gave you some different modes for your energy too.

Rex: Alright thanks Peppermint.

Peppermint: No problem, Rex, I wanted to let you know to be careful, we're near the endgame and I don't want you getting hurt out there too much.

Rex: Don't worry about it trigger hands, I'm going to be alright, I mean who else is going to bother you all the time besides me?

Peppermint gave him a small smile, she felt like saying something else, but she had stopped herself and kept her mouth closed.

Chai: Hey guys, ready when you are! Let's get this mission going.

Peppermint and Rex looked at each other and fist bumped walking over to the put together board where everyone else was.

Korsica: Mission Briefing.

Peppermint: Actually, we say Mission Report.

Connor Yeah, it rolls down the tongue better than Mission Briefing.

Korsica: Isn't that the same thing?

Peppermint: Yeah, but it's kind of our thing.

CNMN: Semantics are unimportant.

Rex: Yeah, I want to hear about this plan already.

Korsica: With me, we have half the passwords we need. My plan, we go after Mimosa next. Head of Marketing, she's on campus preparing for the Project Armstrong/Saber festival.

Chai: it's a huge party, sounded awesome, wish I could go.

Rex: Eh, we might be able to check some stuff out.

Korsica: Mimosa's scheduled to perform, now's your chance.

Macaron: But security.

Korsica: That's why we're taking the back route. The Vandelay Museum. Connects right to the concert stage. Mimosa's making sure no one misses her performance, so it should be easy.

CNMN: Her narcissism will lead to her downfall.

Korsica: Eloquent CNMN, we only have a small window of opportunity, we must be careful.

Peppermint: Very professional Korsica.

Chai: Psh, I don't get complemented on my plans.

Connor: Because most of your plans suck sometimes.

Rex: Don't worry, you'll make a good plan one day.

Peppermint: Anyway, I've synchronized Korsica's new parts to 808's frequency.

Korsica: What's this now?

Rex: You'll figure it out during the mission.

Connor: Alright, we got everything in check. Let's get this show on the road.

Transition

Fireworks go off in the dark sky, we see the team already outside of the gate waiting to go in, only to watch the firework show.

Chai: Quite the spectacle.

Rex: Look away for one second and more and more pop off.

Korsica: Yeah, Fireworks and everything. The marketing budget is now even higher than development.

Peppermint (Worried): What happened to this company.

Macaron: I know what you mean.

Connor: The whole thing is crashing and burning.

CNMN: Sir Macaron, Sir Connor, your negativity is ruining the festive mood.

Rex: Yeah, robotic Alfreds right. If you guys stay in the dumps it messes up the mood and if you guys are in a mood, then we can't really move and save this company. So, let's move already.

Chai: Yeah, come on Connor. Let's head in.

Connor: Right behind ya.

Rex, Chai and Connor went up the open pathway, they looked back at everyone else saying good-bye, Macaron gave them a thumbs-up, CNMN waved at them, Korsica looked at Rex giving him a wink. Rex rubbed the back of his neck light blush on his face. Peppermint stayed quiet and with that, the trio jumped down to the festival area.

808 (Korsica): There should be a back route nearby that leads to the museum.

Chai: One day I want the three of us to take the front route

808 (Peppermint): How about next time we shoot you guys out of a cannon to where we need to go

Rex: Oh boy, don't give him any crazy ideas.

Before they could talk, they heard the mega speaker go off.

Mimosa: This is the night you've been waiting for. The Armstrong/Saber festival. I know you're eager to get home to a better life and spread the word about your fantastic enhancements, but this is your night to celebrate and for the highlight of tonight a special performance by the one and only me! See you on the main stage.

Rex: Okay, the fact that you endured her this long Korsica is honorable.

Chai: Yeah, is this for the audience or for Mimosa.

Korsica: Honestly, I don't know.

Connor: Boys, found the back route. Though one problem, it's a bit hot.

Rex and Chai looked at where Connor was pointing, seeing literal fire erupting from the top stopping anyone who tried to enter.

Rex: You wouldn't happen to have installed a fire extinguisher in my arms, would you Peppermint?

808 (Peppermint): Sorry, didn't have any room for it.

808 (Korsica): I think this is where I come in.

808 (Peppermint): You're prepped so get in there.

808 (Korsica): I'll have to charge enough energy to put out the flames but once it's gone, you'll only have a limited amount of time to go through. It's all on rhythm too.

Rex nodded and used 808 to call in Korsica, she winded up her sticks bringing them together and created a powerful gust of wind that took out the flames, Taking the chance, the trio rolled into the hallway

Macaron: Way to go Korsica.

Korsica: Peppermint, this tech is amazing.

Peppermint: Thanks, it wasn't much but glad ya like it.

Now with that out of the way, the boys moved back outside entering a gate, they looked at the statue in front of them, it suddenly caught on fire and shattered to pieces by a strong punch, a red firefighter-based robot appeared from the dust

BL-1Z5: You're supposed to be at the show. Prepare to get burned

Rex: Please, you only have your hands. What can you do that would surprise us?

BL-1Z5: Observe.

BL-1Z5 started punching the air and quickly his hands caught on fire getting in a boxing position

Rex: Did not see that coming.

Connor: Oh, dear god.

Chai: Not cool.

808 (Korsica): Putting out fires is my specialty. Figuratively and literally.

BL-1Z5 charged at the boys with Chai crafted his guitar, Rex charged his arm blasters and Connor used his new Double-Ended energy spear. Chai calls in Korsica to use her wind and blow out the Robot's flames stunning it, though it still kept it's boxing posture, Chai and Connor ran in first, the robot tilted his dodged the thrust of Connor's spear and blocks Chai's hit making him skid, Rex was in the air flying in to punch the face, the robot swiftly moved to the side, but out from the side of Rex's arm, gold tinted blade popped out and the blades scratched the chin of the robot. Connor took the stunning chance to stab its leg making the robot grunt in pain, Chai ran up Connor's back and slammed BL-1ZN on the cheek. Rex came down from the top rope to bring down his arm blades, but the robot caught it, pulled Rex to him, and punched him in the stomach, Rex grunts, grabs the robot by the face and uses his energy to blast it away hitting a bush.

Bl-1Z5: Haha, is that all you've got runts?!

Bl-1Z5 appeared from the bush igniting his fists on fire, he smirked snapping his fingers and 2 SBR-001's appeared to help him.

Chai: Aw, come on.

Connor: No wining Chai, let's split them up and take them apart.

Rex: I can take the firefighter; you guys handle the SBR's.

Chai: Huh, you sure dude? I mean he did knock the shit out of you.

Rex: I'll be fine, besides. I have a way to counter him. Now go!

Chai and Connor nodded while charging at the SBR's while Rex activated one of his swords and charged up his arm with energy staring down at the BL-1Z5.

Chai blocked a sword swing and swiftly brought his guitar to the chin; He grabbed the robot's leg throwing it away making it slide on the ground. It got back up only for Chai to hit the ground with his guitar and a purple pillar hit the SBR knocking it away. Connor detached his spears and used one of them to block the sword, stabbing the robot's leg making it kneel, and with this advantage, cut off the head.

Rex skids on the ground panting but having a smile on his face, fights with robots who can actually put up a fight is exciting for him, He looked up in time to notice the robot go for another punch, he called in Korsica in time who used her combined staff to make another gust of wind putting out the robot's flames. She gave him a thumbs up teleporting back. BL-1Z5 threw a punch that Rex caught, he thrusted his sword in its stomach, he puts his other arm out and fires a large blast at the robot turning it to burning rust.

808 (Peppermint): Impressive.

808 (CNMN): I am so glad we didn't have to tragically destroy you, Lady Korsica.

Rex: Yeah, let's not think about that.

Chai: Instead, let's head into the museum.

The trio open the museum doors seeing the many statues, many foes from the past and some art pictures.

Mimosa (Recording): Welcome to the Vandelay Historical Museum. Explore the journey from its humble roots to its behemoth it's become today.

808 (Korsica): Ugh, she did the announcements herself? She is so full of herself.

Connor: Tell me about it, always finding a way to make it about herself.

808 (CNMN): Well, I for one am very interested.

808 (Peppermint): The exhibit in front of you is where we need to go, head there.

The boys walk up the stairs above them and right off the bat 2 ES-101's and a BL-1Z5 appeared ready to fight. Connor went for the two Es-101's, using his dual pistols to knock back the swords, aimed for the head and getting a double headshot, one survived and grabbed Connor by the throat throwing him away, Connor used the wall he was thrown at, jumped from the wall quickly making a sword and slices the top of the head in half.

Chai ducked under a punch feeling the embers nearly hit his face, swings his guitar at the stomach making it fall back, Peppermint was called in and shot energy bullets at the robot making him stumble backwards, Rex jumped into the air first setting his arm into rapid fire tracker mode, his bullets fired much faster and with much better accuracy hitting almost every part of the body. Korsica jumped over and unleashes another gust of wind knocking it back and taking away it's fire, she also jabbed it in the face then in the neck, Rex comes from the top and slices both of its arms off, Korsica rolls on his back and brings both sticks to the head, both Rex and Korsica bring both weapons to the head with Korsica hitting the neck and Rex slicing the half of the head.

Rex: Not bad Koko, if you're this good you might as well replace me on the field.

Korsica: Heh, never dreamed about taking your spotlight Scout, keep up the good work.

Korsica had teleported away, Rex had a goofy smile on his face from the complement, he turned to the boys who gave him a proud look. Rex didn't know how to receive those teasing smiles and just walked down the hall with the others following him, they eventually came across a stage that resembled a garage.

Mimosa (Recording): We all know Kale Vandelay, our prodigious leader but where does the story start?

The lights flashed to the stage and the small garage in the center of it all, a person working by herself.

Mimosa (Recording): Originally, Vandelay solutions. We were once a small little start up. Roxanne Vandelay, designing chips and robotics in her garage, would sell them out of her car. Not impressive, but you have to start somewhere I suppose. Look, that is the original truck on display.

808 (Peppermint): They don't mention that those robotics led to her solving a global energy crisis. It's almost like they're mocking her.

808 (Korsica): Peppermint, let's stay focused.

Rex: Righto, moving along before anything happens.

Chai: Right, Right

On the way through the end of the museum, they took a quick break and got some water to hydrate up.

Rex: Alright, I wanna have some fun with this, let's make a bet between the three of us.

Chai: Bet huh, what kind of bet.

Connor: Oh, this is going to be stupid.

Rex: Whoever takes out the most foes from now on, will be granted the final blow on Mimosa.

Connor: Really, bet that small over something so big. As if Rex.

Rex: Uh huh, I get it, I mean you makes sense your chicken about this.

Connor gripped his water bottle a little hard, getting a tick mark on his head.

Rex: I mean, you did always have a third wheel vibe to ya, not much of a surprise there.

Connor crushed his bottle glaring at Rex, who gave him a taunting smile.

Connor: I'm in, I'll show you who the real Chicken is!

Rex: That's the spirit, just hope you're not running that mouth.

Chai: You forgot about my gentlemen, because it will be I Chai, who gets first place.

The three glared at each other while 808 had a disappointed look on his face which was reflected by Peppermint's annoyance.

Peppermint: You boys are so uneedely competitive.

Korsica: Yeah, forgot how riled up he gets.

CNMN: On the bright side, we may get to Mimosa quicker than usual.

808 (Peppermint): Hey, when you guys are done air kissing, how about we get going?

The boys: No Problem!

Right when the boys turned around, three skinny firefighters based SBR's jumped through the window.

SBR-CUR: Fire Squad Reporting in!

The leader's two followers were facing the wrong direction making the leader groan in annoyance, stomping the ground getting their attention.

SBR-CUR: Stop it right there.

The boys looked away from each other at the robots with evil grins.

Chai: CNMN, keep count for us would ya? I'm about to dust these guys.

Rex: Oh, as if! You guys will be shocked from my performance.

Connor: Less chatting, more beating!

The trio ran at the opposing robots who were ready to fight, Rex pushed both Chai and Connor behind him and took out both of his swords diving at the one in front of him stabbing it in the airs, the one in front of him tried to swing his sword at Rex, but before Rex could block, Connor thrusted his dual ended spear in the face.

Rex: Oh, you kill stealing jerk!

Connor: That's what you get for being too slow!

The two looked at the last SBR-CUR who threw his sword at them, Rex smacked it away giving Connor the time he needed to rush at the SBR-CUR. He switched to his long sword and swinged for the head, only for the robot to be smashed in the head by a guitar and crash into a wall.

Chai: Haha, guess you forgot I could do that.

Connor grit his teeth in annoyance only to huff and turn away folding his arms.

Rex: Alright, we each got 1 kill, not bad but we already know who will win this.

Connor: You must be delusional if you think you'll beat me!

808 (Macaron): Fellas, Fellas, while I like a good competition, let's stay focused on what we came here to do. Shall we?

The three calmed down nodding at the cat head walking to the door in front of them still glaring at each other, once they opened the door, they saw another stage with more props on it, a cardboard picture of Roxanne and the Vandelay building.

Mimosa (Recording): Vandelay grew and in only three years, the company became the largest supplier of robotics. Robots that efficiently and literally made the world a better place. We were now Vandelay Technologies, but we still had ways to go.

808 (Macaron): Those were the good old days, everything we did felt like, like we made a difference

808 (Peppermint): That's because it did.

808 (Macaron): And from the outside, nobody knows any better. Let's just move on.

The boys entered the next room seeing multiple TVs in one room, they turned on and Mimosa sat in her chair with a disgusted look.

Mimosa: The defects and the ghost? Kale said you were dead and buried.

808 (Korsica): Kale's a liar Mimosa, figures you'd side with him.

Mimosa: Korsica? Ohh, what a twist.

Chai: Enough theatrics

Connor: Yeah, how about we get this over with, you're overrated.

Rex: Right, let's get to the stabbing already.

Mimosa: Oh, gentlemen, in such a rush for a fight you can't win, there can never be enough theatrics and I'm not going to let you ruin my performance.

Teleported on the field was a WA-ES-2 and SEN-C0 were teleported in, Rex retracted his left arm sword and charged his energy, Connor switched to his axes with Rex and Connor running at the WA-ES-2 and Chai throws his guitar at the SEN-C0 hitting it's face bouncing back to Chai, he jumped grabbing his weapon and landed near it's tire bashing it, SEN-C0 screamed and smacked Chai away who skids on the ground, SEN-C0 runs around Chai hitting him where he could, Chai took some of the hits looking around, he sees it attack him from the side and parried his staff and hit it across the neck knocking it down.

Connor blocked one of the WA-ES-2's swords with sparks flying from impact, Rex jumped off of Connor's back going for a swing at the head, only for the WA-ES-2 to jump back from, Connor switched to Rifle and Rex set his arm to rapid fire both shooting at the Wa-ES-2, it deflected the energy bullets, Rex ran faster jumping over the robot managing to shoot its eye. It grunted in pain and Rex landed turning around and Connor jumped high diving at the robot, and both sliced the robot in half making an X, an explosion goes off and the boys panted.

Rex: Connor, how about we agree that the whole robot counted as one for each of us.

Connor: Uh huh, that'll be the only one though, so far, we are still tied. Hmph.

808 (Macaron): Guys, Mimosa knows about us. That's not good.

Chai: Yeah, let's get out of here before more arrives.

Chai found a cracked wall and called in Macaron to smash it down, the trio moved through Pipes, and some moving platforms, they arrived at a window seeing electric water sparking.

Rex: Oh, come on, first fire now electricity? What's next on the list of disasters?

Chai: Yeah, what's this?

808 (CNMN): Looks like the museum power supply.

808 (Macaron): Can we turn it off?

808 (Korsica): Maybe temporarily if there a generator nearby.

Connor: So, we're looking for a generator. Got it let's move.

This is the part I'll try to slide through the most but I'm going to tackle the important stuff, so, the boys had to run through more drones, power up more generators though they did get lost at one point, but they made it to a big generator.

808 (Macaron): Guys, watch your step! That Generator is still running!

Chai: That's Shocking!

Rex: Yeah, Quite the Shock!

808 (Korsica): NO.

808 (Peppermint): Stoooooooooop.

2 SBR-CUR, 1 SEN-C0 and 1 Bl-1Z5 teleported in to fight them, weapons out.

Chai: Dibs on the SBR's!

Rex: OH, damn it, I got the BL-1Z5

Connor: I got the SEN-C0!

Rex ran at the BL-1Z5 and swings his blade at him, only to see it dodge and throw a punch at Rex's stomach making him slide backwards, he looked at his shirt seeing a burnt mark on it, he looked up at the robot seeing it go for another punch, he called in Korsica in time and she blew back the robot taking away it's flames, Rex used his wrist blades to stab it across the stomach jumping away from another swing. Only to be hit again across the face. He gets on his knees hurt, the Bl-1Z5 charges a powerful right hook, only for Rex to duck under it charge his sword with a burst of energy and swings it at the robots torso cutting it in half, he lets out a barrage of slices and cuts it into bits, he sets his arm to burst and lets out a powerful energy blast reducing the robot to burnt rust.

Rex: Nobody expects the raw level 3.

Connor split his weapon into two pistols and started shooting at the SEN-C0 who deflected the blasts once Connor got close enough he combined his weapons into a gauntlet and swings his fist at the head, the robot blocked the fist and thrusts his spear at Connor, he dodged jumping back dodging more spear thrusts, he grabbed the spear and broke it with enough strength, jumped at the robot's face and punched it to the ground, it tries to run away but Connor punched one of the wheels off he pulled the other off to it won't escape, he moved behind the robot and lifted his fist into the air taking a deep breath and punches the robot in the back of the head breaking it.

Chai jumped high hitting one of the SBR's sending it sliding on the ground but not out, he shoots his hook at the SBR and pulls it to him bringing his guitar up and bashing it high into the air, jumping into the air hitting it 5 times and then kicked it down to the ground, once he landed, he turned to the other SBR backing away from a barrage of sword swings, he blocked one of them and hit it across the face, jumped over it, hitting it on the back of its leg, elbow and then hit it on the neck taking it down. Then hitting it in the back multiple times until it was down.

With those robots down and dealing with the big generator, they made it back outside to the exhibit seeing more prompts of past foes, jumping on different platforms

808 (CNMN): Oh, Misters. You have quite a view of the exhibit.

Rex: CNMN, why are you the only one actually interested in this junk?

Mimosa (Recording): A notice to all employees, the demise of department heads has been greatly exaggerated.

Connor: Yeah, us blowing some of them up is considered exaggerated. How humorous.

The boys jumped to the last platform only to be ambushed again, this time by a firefighter version of a GNR. It was called the GNR-FLO with a flamethrower for an arm, it was two of them, 1 ES-101, 1 SBR-CUR and a blue version of the Z-Shield Robot, I'll call it the B-Shield bot since they can still generate a shield.

Rex wasted no time rushing the GNR-FLO and ES-101, Chai at the SBR-CUR and Connor at the B-Shield Bot.

Rex blocked a sword swing from the ES-101 backing away from another sword swing, he turned to the side seeing a torrent of flames nearly hit him, he jumped into the air to dodge the flames nearly hit him, he sets his arm to rapid fire and shoots at the GNR-FLO's one dodged but the other was hit in the face and core making it go flying off the platform, Rex heard movement behind him and used his sword to block the sword, jumps over another swing and takes out three kunai and throws it at the robot's body. Once he landed he set his arm to burst and waited for the ES-101 to get closer, it thrusted it's sword at him, only for Rex to jump on top of it and put his arm on its face blasting it full force making the head get burnt off the body, back on the platform, he looked at the last GNR-FLO who was shaking in his boots.

Rex: BOO!

The GNR jumped back in fear, Rex pointed below it, and it looked down seeing that it was no longer on the platform, and it was about to fall, it groaned only to suddenly fall crashing into a sculpture.

Chai playfully dodged a flaming sword to the face, he moved under the SBR and hit it on the knee bashing it inward, he turned around swiftly hitting it on the face/eye breaking the eye making it stagger, Chai shot a hook pull the SBR to him, he winded up his guitar like a bat and bashed it across the head sending it flying.

Connor had two rifles out shooting at the B-Shield robot, hoping to weaken the shield, only problem was dodging the rockets, he leaned under one firing another bullet breaking the shield, only with his guard down, another missile was launched at him, he couldn't dodge in time but Rex sliced the rocket in half saving Connor, Rex looked at Connor with a smirk and Connor nodded running past Rex to the B-Shield bot, it tried to fire another rocket but Chai bashed the rocket launcher breaking it. Connor changed to a long sword and sliced the B-Shield robot in half. Finishing the last of them, the boys panted from fatigue slowly getting energy back.

808 (Peppermint) (Sour): An exhibit destroyed. Let's burn the whole place down.

Rex (Tired): Hortelã-pimenta, why have you *Pants*so tense while we've been here? Normally you don't mind the destruction or encourage it.

Chai: Yeah, you seem more annoyed than usual.

Connor: There right, you seem a bit overboard.

808 (Peppermint): Nothing, it's stupid. Let's just get out of here.

The trio immediately knew she was lying about not being bothered by the museum, btu they didn't want to press on about it too much. They would try to ask later, but they at least wanted to get through the museum; they entered the door in front of them and wouldn't you know it. Another presentation was waiting for them.

808 (Peppermint): Ugh, another one?

Mimosa (Recording): As time crept forward, Vandelay saw it fit to retire and pass along the company to a new visionary. Kale, her only child, was the obvious choice. He was smart, if not smarter than his brilliant mother, and oh, look at that hair.

Rex; You know, I can't decide if Kale paid her to say that, or if she is just down bad for the dude.

808 (Peppermint): No, no she must have been paid because everything she just said was a lie!

808 (CNMN): Miss Peppermint, you're more frustrated than dealing with Mister Chai, Rex and Connor.

Connor: The fuck do I do, I keep them in line?

Mimosa (Recording): Today, Kale's dear mother lives in peace and quiet, enjoying her retirement knowing her companies in great hands.

808 (Peppermint): He forced her out... That's what it was.

Still silent about what the presentation, the move on to the next room seeing Mimosa on the TV

Mimosa; Oh, you're as annoying as Kale's been saying.

Rex: not as annoying it is to hear you talk about Kale like he's the next coming of Christ. Ma'am, he is not going to flirt with you for saying all those things about him.

Mimosa (Hurt): SHUT UP!

Rex, Connor and Chai: You Shut it!

The three ignored her trying to talk to them and jumped into a big vent with many pipes around, taking a small breather and drinking some more water.

808 (Korsica): Don't worry fellas, Mimosa's just throwing whatever she has at you.

Chai: Well, it sure is exciting to watch.

Rex: Good news is we're almost done and close to you guys. Then Mimosa's going to have a very bad time.

Connor: Where are we at points wise CNMN?

808 (CNMN): So far, in first place tied is Chai and Rex with 5 and Connor with 4. Expecting another battle ahead, the numbers have a chance to change.

Connor: So, time for a comeback. Good.

Chai: Unless you kill more than the two of us then you'll need a whole lot of luck.

Rex: May the best man win boys.

The boys fist bumped entering the last room seeing Mimosa on screen again.

Mimosa; Some pests just don't want to go away.

Connor: We could say the same about you Mimosa.

Rex: Once you're out, we'll just have two more to go.

Chai: Shows over Mimosa.

Mimosa: Oh, I doubt that I haven't even hit the stage. Too bad you won't be able to catch the performance of a lifetime but at least you get a light show.

Mimosa snapped her fingers, the TV turned off and a Dragobot, Wildbot, B-Shield, two SBR-CUR and two GNR-FLO teleported in.

Rex: Let's do this winner takes all!

Chai and Connor: Right!

The Wildbot tackled Rex making the two rolls on the ground away from the others, Chai looks up seeing the Dragobot fire at him, along with one of the GNR's, He jumped away to his own thing leaving Connor with the 2 SBR-CUR, 1 GNR-FLO and B-Shield.

Rex kicked the predator like robot off of him and activated his energy running at the robot, it shot the blades from its claws at Rex who smirked jumping over the blades landing on the other side, he throws two balls of energy at the Wildbot, it turned around its eyes seeing the balls, it put its arms up and endured to the blasts, Rex smiled setting his arm to rapid power mode and threw multiple energy blasts at the Wildbot, it starts skidding getting weaker losing the strength to block, the wildbot noticed it stop, he puts his arm down looking up to see Rex in front of him with his wrist blades out and cuts it's body in half making its body fall.

Chai shot a hook at the Wildbot only to miss, Dragobot screeched going to scratch Chai with his claws only for Chai to dodge and jump on the Dragobot's back, the two were in the air with Chai wrapping his guitar around its neck and made it crash into many walls getting it dizzy, He had enough fun and jumped off the back and wrapped his hook around its neck throwing it to the ground below him, he grins and slams his guitar down on the face of the Dragobot killing it.

Connor used his gauntlet to punch a GNR into a pipe, he ran in for another punch but out of the corner of his eye, an SBR-CUR tried to swing at him, but Rex made it just in time to block the sword swing, he uses his other sword to cut off the Robot's arm, giving Connor the chance to grab the SBR and crush its face. He turned back to the other GNR and caved its face in.

Connor: What happened to the game?

Rex: Eh, we're going to be tied anyways, how about we each land the killing blow. Together, eh? But you get the final, final blow.

Connor: Tch, fine, besides. We all knew I was going to be the winner.

Rex wanted to talk back but Chai was thrown between them, the two looked up seeing the last SBR-CUR, GNR-FLO and B-Shield

Chai: AH, okay, are we ready to go and end the show?

Rex: Hell yeah.

Connor: Let's go!

Connor changed his gauntlets into daggers, Rex entered ripper mode and charged his blade, Chai put his guitar on his shoulder,

Rex: I can handle the two forragem, if you two can weaken the shield then that'll be great.

Connor: Right, Chai!

Chai nodded and the two ran to the B-Shield robot Chai calling in Peppermint to help with cover fire and weaken the shield.

Meanwhile Rex used his sword to split the fire in half to stop it from hitting him, he got close enough to cut the robotic arm thrusted his sword in its neck and threw the body away, he turned around seeing the last SBR-CUR pick up its fallen friend's sword glaring at Rex.

Rex: Hehe, show me a good time bud!

Rex did the Naruto run as the SBR ran in with both clashing blades making sparks fly between the blade, they stop the clash, Rex ducks under a sword swing leaning up blocking a sword aimed at his head, swings his sword faster than the SBR could reacted and sliced its sword in half, the robot was shocked and used it's other sword but was kicked in the arm and Rex thrusted his right sword into its face taking it down. He looked at where Chai, Connor and Peppermint were, Connor and Peppermint used their blasters to weaken the shield and Chai distracted the robot running, avoiding the missiles, Connor and Peppermint stand together charging a strong blast that was strong enough to break the shield,

Connor: Rex, Chai now!

Rex and Chai nodded, Rex ran in first, he flipped over a missile, gets on his knees to slide under another one and gets close to the legs and slices them off, Chai jumps off his back and bashes the robots head into the ground, it tried to get up, but Rex stabbed it in the head taking it down. With Peppermint teleported away, the boys went in for a group fist bump. They saw a large vent in the hallway for them to enter through, they jumped down quietly seeing a door with high tech locks on it.

808 (Macaron): You're almost their boys.

808 (Korsica): Just open the door for us in the next room.

The three got close to the big door and 808 jumped on the control pane and hacked into it opening the door, on the other side was Peppermint, Korsica, Macaron and CNMN waiting for them, the group walked together into another stage room.

Chai: Okay, I think the place is clear.

Right when Chai said that the lights went off and the lights focused on the stage

Rex: Oh god damn it

Mimosa (Recording): Kale took Vandelay Technologies into the next era with his vision for the future: Project Armstrong and Project Saber

Beside the cardboard Kale, statues with hard fists and arm like blades stood beside him with his cocky smirk.

Mimosa (Recording): He single handedly developed the robotic limb system taking the world's biggest technological companies directly into our hearts and minds.

The cardboard Kale was suddenly pulled off the stage and thrown on the ground by Peppermint, everyone got out of the way to not get hit by the cardboard.

Peppermint: You liar, that's not what happened!

Peppermint stomped on the face of the cardboard Kale, she panted in anger and frustration.

Macaron: Peppermint, take it easy.

Peppermint smacked Macaron's arm away making him step back slightly.

CNMN: I feel your pain. The exhibit was not all that I hoped for either.

Connor: CNMN, not now.

Rex: I knew something was up with you Pepper, what's going on? Please help us understand your frustration.

Peppermint looked at everyone and sighed, getting her thoughts together.

Peppermint: I wanted to be my own person. I ran away from my family when I shouldn't have, I didn't know it would lead to this.

Korsica: Peppermint, what's wrong?

Connor: Talk to us about it.

Peppermint: Kale didn't develop all that technology; I know this because this leg (touches her robotic leg). My mom made it for me.

Chai: Your mom has a competing robotic limb company!

Rex hit Chai on the top of his head annoyed by his answer.

Peppermint: No Chai! My mom is Roxanne Vandelay.

Chai and Rex: WHAT!?

Korsica: Which makes Kale.

Peppermint: My brother.

The room was silent with this news, their leader being the sibling of their enemy and daughter of the company.

Macaron: That makes a lot of sense

Connor: Yeah, that explains why you've been on edge all this time.

Rex: Yeah, back to the video call after we took out Rekka. Both your and Kale's reaction gave something like that off but, I never guessed it would be this.

Peppermint sat on the stage in front of her with 808 sitting on her lap.

Peppermint: He's always taken advantage of people, but I didn't expect him to take things this far.... I know what you probably think. (Starts Crying) You think I'm-

Rex: A brave girl trying to fix her company from her douche of a brother and do what she can to save her mom's company?

Peppermint looked up at Rex still smiling at her, Chai sits next to her.

Chai: Yeah, did you think we wouldn't talk to you anymore? We got this far because of you. We're all here because of you.

Connor: If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be here trying to fix the company that you three love.

Peppermint: Yeah, but.

Rex: But nothing, Connor, Chai, Macaron, Korsica and even 808, we are fighting because of you. We hear what you're going through, and we are going to ride with you down this path.

CNMN: Not to mention, Mister Chai, Rex and Connor are the ones in danger.

Chai: Well, yeah there that but that's like secondary or something.

Macaron: Your brother doesn't get to define who you are.

Korsica; And this doesn't change anything.

Peppermint: Really?

Chai: It only gives us a bigger reason to fight.

Rex: Your stuck with us until we get to that brother of yours and give him the beating of a lifetime.

Connor: We're a team Peppermint, nothing in your past is going to change that.

Macaron: Chai, Connor, Rex. That was beautiful mate.

Macaron wipes a tear from his eye and outside, the group hears fireworks go off taking them out of the moment between them.

Peppermint: So, uh wanna go crash a party.

Rex: Hell yeah.

Connor nodded as Chai jumped off the stage with a smile stretching out.

Chai: You know, I really wanted to say that crashing the party line since we've got here but you can have it.

Chai offers Peppermint a fist bump, she looks at the fist laughing a bit before completing it with a smile, with that all repaired the group uses the door in front of them to move outside, Peppermint goes to close the door taking one last look at the cardboard Kale before smiling and shutting the door.

Outside the group looks at the fireworks, Chai, Connor and Rex move in front of the team.

Chai: Alright, what's are we supposed to do?

Korsica: Boys, do your thing and get up to the backstage area.

CNMN: Her performance time is moments away.

Macaron: You're going to have to hustle.

Korsica: That pathway should lead you right to Mimosa's dressing room.

Chai: Good ol Chai and Friends Sneak Attack.

Peppermint: I hope it actually works this time.

Chai: Hey, this time it'll work.

Macaron: Surprise her and you'll get the upper hand.

Peppermint: but you've got to move, as fast as you can.

Rex: We will, if anything, this boss is going to be a walk in the park.

Chai: We'll see you at the show. We'll take her down. Together.

Chai shoots a hook at a pole to help swing around to the back area, Connor gets on Rex's back and using her energy hands. The two fly off to the back where everyone else watches them leave. Soon, the trio bursts through a glass window running down the hall.

808 (Korsica): Guys, just down the hallway you'll be at her dressing room.

The intercom goes off alerting everyone.

PA-D0 #1: We weren't able to stop the intruders at the museum

Mimosa: I am not putting my performance at risk. I am going on NOW!

PA-D0 #1: But Miss, the children's choir

Mimosa: Ah, put them in the DJ's tent. I don't care.

808 (Macaron): There goes our ambush plan.

Chai: Well, we'll just do what we always do. Improvise.

Connor: You know, I don't know what's worse. The fact that she still wants to do the showing knowing dang well we're about to pull up on her or what she did to the children's choir.

Rex: I would say the kids but seeing Mimosa freak out like that is oddly satisfying to me. Like a spoiled rich girl getting rejected by her crush.

With the joke landing and Connor and Chai getting a small laugh out of it, they made it to the end of the hallway to see Mimosa's dressing room. Rex activated his right arm sword, Connor loaded up his rifle and Chai went to the door slowly opening it. The three peeked through only to see an empty room with outfits, mirrors and pictures of Mimosa.

Chai: Alright back up plan where are you?

Rex: How about we use the-

PA-D0 #1: On in 30 seconds.

PA-D0 #3: Lighting isn't ready.

PA-D0 #2: All dancers on stage, Everyone in costume?

PA-D0 #1: Where's Left Shark, right shark and middle Shark. I can't find those sharks.

Connor: Don't tell me.

The three looked at the outfit line seeing a blue, black and grey shark outfit. Rex had a weak smile, Chai looked enthusiastic, and Connor hated everything about the idea. 8 robots came busting through the door pointing.

PA-D0 #1: There they are!

Blue Shark Chai, Black Shark Connor and Grey Shark Rex turned to the robots oddly glad that the plan they had worked.

PA-D0 #1: Get them to the stage now.

The 7 other robots picked up the shark disguised heroes and carried them out of the room, they took them under the stage tossing them away.

PA-D0 #2: It's a long way to the stage, you better run sharks!

PA-D0 #1: Miss your cue and you are dead.

The boys groaned getting back up and slowly jogged to the center stage.

808 (Macaron): We made it backstage guys, where are you?

Chai: We're on our way to the stage, dressed as a shark. Ask me anything.

808 (CNMN): You must hurry, Mimosa is on stage now.

808 (Peppermint): There's no time to be subtle about it, just go to her!

Rex: Don't worry, we won't be late.

Rex wrapped his arms around both Connor and Chai confusing them.

Connor: Rex, what's going on in that head of yours?

Rex: Something that'll get us to Mimosa faster!

Rex's arms whirred, generating the energy he needed to fly with both friends around him holding on to him screaming, Rex saw an arrow going up and he smirks and flies up at full speed making it to the main stage as the stage sparks fly. Mimosa looked flabbergasted seeing the three sharks pose in front of her. They quickly turn around glaring at her.

Chai: You're mine Mimosa.

Mimosa (Hella Annoyed): Wait for you cue Shark.

After a bit of struggle, the boys got the top part of the shark suit outfit off trying to get the rest.

Chai: Give us the SPECTRA password.

Rex: And your beatdown will be reduced just a bit.

Mimosa: YOU! You all ruined- (Thinks) Actually. (Walks in front of the stage) You're all in store for a very special engagement. Three of my good friends are here. I am the queen of spin, and this is my show. Assistance!

The assistance robots start playing their assigned instruments with the boys fully out of the shark suit with Mimosa looking back at the crowd.

Mimosa: And you out there, Get ready for a show. Hit it!

Mimosa's dress slowly lifts up and makes her a pair of cybernetic wings making her fly high into the air, she looked down at the trio with a cocky smirk, using her right finger to taunt them into attacking her.

Rex: Don't worry, I've got this in the bag.

Rex put his hands out shooting 3 energy blasts at Mimosa, but they were blocked by a shield a reflected into a light stand.

Connor: Yeah, you really did something their Rex.

Rex: Shut up, (Looks at 808) Korsica, Peppermint, what kind of crap does Mimosa have?

808 (Korsica): It's her dress, it protects her from any sort of damage, weaken it, and you'll profit from that.

Connor: Got it, Rex, get airborne, hit her where you can.

Rex: Sure thing!

Rex set his arms to boost, he pulled them back flying at Mimosa, putting both his hands out shotting at her, she flew over and around the shots, she used her own energy from her wings to attack Rex who leaned under one and fly away getting her attention, he charged another blast to distract her shield, Chai used his hook to get close to Mimosa bringing it down only for her shield to be able to parry his attack, she smiled and her wing laser sent Chai down to the ground, Chai grins calling in Macaron who punched her down out of the air, Rex and Peppermint used their insane speed to fire at her in every direction making her dress work overtime, Mimosa tried to fly high again but Korsica brought her staff down hitting the dress forcefield keeping her grounded, Peppermint noticed her dress start to slow down. She looked at Connor and Chai. Who understood, Rex and Peppermint stop shooting at her making her confused. Chai grins running at her with his guitar, she prepared the lean under it but behind her Korsica used her combined staff to make a gust of wind forcing her to Chai who hit her in the stomach, Connor used his spear thrusting it at her, but her dress wing took the blow for her. She grows and kicks Connor away. Making the trio of boy's circle back together.

Mimosa: Oh, this is entertaining. I can see why you've made it this far, let's raise the stakes and turn down the lights.

Mimosa snapped her fingers and all the light on stage turned off with spotlight on the boys, Mimosa and 5 PA-D0's. Rex smirks activating his twin swords.

Rex: Connor, focus on Mimosa, Chai and I will hold these things off.

Connor nodded switching his spear to two rifles, he fires at Mimosa who flew away who her charged suit, Connor chased after her, Rex and Chai split apart, one tried to punch him, but Rex dodged cutting its leg, jumping over it cutting the arms, landing behind it and stabbing it in the back. He tossed his sword into the air and kicked the sword into another PA, it looked at the sword in its torso looking up to see a knee hit it in the face. Chai slides between a PA's leg and bashed its legs in, he wrapped his hook around its neck and threw it away, he turns around quickly and hits another across the head making it dazed and then jumps up hitting into the ground. From what they could see, these robots are not the best fighters, they might look like Sanji from One Piece, but they can't kick like him.

Connor rolled out of the way of Mimosa diving at him, he turns around to feel a kick to the stomach and a laser to the stomach, he endured and turns his rifle into a hammer and swings, Mimosa's shield endured the hit but behind her Macaron started punching the shield, she finds and opening and slides under him, she gets high into the air and fires many lasers at the stage trying to hit everyone. Chai and Connor got behind Rex who used his swords to deflect the lasers, Chai throws his guitar at Mimosa, but the guitar bounced off the shield, Peppermint weakened the shield with stronger bullets, Korsica got above her and used her staff and tries to push back Mimosa, Mimosa tries to hit the two, but they teleported away. With her shield nearly broken again, Rex sees the opening, he calls in Macaron who grabbed her by the leg and slams her to the ground. Rex, Connor and Chai ran in line. Rex cuts Mimosa's left stomach getting a cut, Connor hit her in the stomach with his hammer, Chai finished it hitting her in the chin sending her back more off balance. She looked at the trio with spite.

Chai: All eyes on us Mimosa.

Rex: Wanna give us the password now, or are we going to have to humble you again?

Mimosa: Tch, this crowds in the palm of my hands, and they want to see a real performance. Let's see who there here for.

Mimosa and her back up PA-D0's stand next to her glaring at the team, Chai gets his guitar in position, with Rex and Connor ready to hype up Chai, Mimosa starts doing certain dance moves, waving her hands side to side, clap her hands, athletic movement on beat with the song playing, Chai countered with a better beat, Rex and Connor would copy his movements Rex would make his swords like drums while Connor would bring his daggers together to support Chai, the crowd went from Mimosa to Chai and his band, they cheered their name.

Crowd: CHAI, CHAI, CHAI, REX, REX, REX, CONNOR, CONNOR, CONNOR.

Chai made a loud sound blowing back Mimosa hitting backstage, CA-D0 tried to help her but she pushed them back pissed off.

Mimosa: No one takes my limelight and lives to tell about it.

Connor: Guess what, we will. Come on!

Connor, Chai and Rex run at Mimosa to strike from different directions, she grins and the energy from her wings, that energy materialized around the boys with two drones on each side, Rex was about to fire at the drones but from the front, a wave of red cubes tried to hit them, Chai and Connor would jump over it as Rex stayed in the air, calling in Peppermint, both shot at the drones 5 times enough to destroy the drones, deactivating the cube. Mimosa scoffed looking annoyed, which they noticed.

808 (Korsica): Think that move drained her dress, it's going to be weaker than last time, make it count this time!

Chai and Rex ran in first bringing their weapons down to hit Mimosa, her shield blocked it, Mimosa yelled kicking both of them to the ground, Macaron caught them with Peppermint and Connor shooting at her, she avoided as many blasts as she could getting in line with Korsica who brought both sticks down hitting her shield making her fly down to the ground, she yells again, shooting lasers at Korsica, she teleported away again, she turned to Connor to shoot at him, Rex deflected the blast, she grits sending 8 more blasts, Rex deflects them back making her hit her shield, though her anger blinded her and she goes again, this time, Chai and Connor redirected them back at Mimosa allowing it to break and stun her, the trio look at each other, Rex and Connor ran in first with their sword and longsword, both go for the wings and cut off her wings completely leaving her vulnerable for Chai to smack her across the chin with her guitar sending her rolling.

Mimosa (Shocked): No, w-we never lose.

Chai: Some things, you just can't spin.

Rex: It's time for you to retire for good with your wack ass music, and I think Connor here. Deserves the final blow.

Connor looked at Rex and Chai who gave him a nod, Connor secretly smiles making his weapon a hammer, he lines it up perfectly and hits Mimosa on the jaw sending her flying high into the air, her body sparking and overloading until it explodes making a winged firework explosion. From the sky, her password key falls which Peppermint caught, she smiled at the trio of boys, Korsica messed with Rex's head as a good job which he rolls his eyes about, their attention gets back to the crowd still cheering Chai, Rex and Connor.

Chai: Huh, I could get used to this.

Rex: Yeah, mind if we stay a bit longer, I mean, I may have fans now.

Connor: Eh, soak in as much as you can boys.

Peppermint: Yeah, you three did good today.

Macaron: Agreed but, it might be time to get out of here.

Korsica: (Looks at CNMN) Everything ready?

CNMN: Electricity is re-routed.

The lights suddenly turn off with the crowd booing, the seven of them try to maneuver off stage with Korsica bumping into CNMN hurting herself but eventually they make it off the stage and out of site before anything could happen. Right on time too because a hologram of Kale and four SBR-001 arrive.

Kale: Turn on the lights, Find them!

With the lights back on, two SBR's try to find the group running at every corner, Kale takes a glance around himself, he looked down seeing a note with a picture of Peppermint sticking her tongue out at him saying, See you soon brother.

Kale (Bitter): Shut the campus down.

SBR-001: Uh, which sections sir?

Kale: ALL OF THEM.

Scene Change

Kale is in his office with Roquefort, Kale is less than happy about his current situation.

Kale: I don't believe this now Korsica's with them? I'm surrounded by idiots.

Roquefort: Well, technically it is just you and me now.

Kale: Shut it Roquefort.

Roquefort: Kale, I prioritized shielding the tower. Reallocated the budget so not a bug can get in.

Kale: What do you know about security? You're a number cruncher.

Roquefort (Angered): You don't want to upset me, Kale.

Kale: Why not? I want to see how angry you can get if those punks make it in here.

Roquefort: If it comes to that I'll take care of it. Now might I suggest pushing plans forward.

Kale: After I get a coffee.

Roquefort: We.. Shut down the café.

Kale: When I said close the campus, I didn't mean THE CAFE!

Roquefort: You said close down everything.

Kale: But not coffee Roquefort, not coffee! You ALWAYS need coffee for things like this! (Sigh) Open the café.

Roquefort: And SPECTRA?

Kale: We're going to accelerate the plans. Settle this like family.

Kale starts snickering sitting down in his chair as Roquefort looks at him with an evil smile both being the last members it's up to them to take down this rebellion going on
