i watched the world fall from your eyes.

EXTENDED SUMMARY.

Paxton Noguchi is probably one of the dumbest
people Ian Gallagher had ever met, but boy
was he the coolest.

It all started one winter night when Ian came
across Paxton shoveling snow off of the skate
ramps only to bust his ass moments later when
he tried to do a kick flip to impress him.

They were eleven years old. Paxton's mom had
just landed a job at the nursing home as a CNA,
escaping the terror that was their narcissistic and
patronizing paternal figure. It was the middle of
winter break and the moment Paxton found the
small skate park, he knew the he had to go. To
hell with caution. Maybe he wouldn't have
broken his wrist if he at least exercised a
little bit of caution.

That night, Paxton finally understood the hype
of a knight in shining armor. Because without
Ian Gallagher, he probably would have slept
in the snow that night with tears in his eyes.
Instead, the redhead forced him to sit on his
board and pushed him the best he could to
the nearest payphone. He definitely earned cool
points when his older sister showed up in a
broken down car to drive Paxton to the hospital.

Ever since, Paxton's had a major soft spot
for Ian. It just took them both a little longer
to realize the premise of their feelings for
one another.

i picture paxton & his mom having an
AMAZING relationship. they're very close,
very loving, and has lots of banter. but they
also fight quite a bit since he's a lot like her.

i also picture their relationship being one
sided for a bit. like paxton is totally all for
ian, but ian is too oblivious to understand
that he likes him. he probably thinks its all
a joke, yk? so yeah.

paxton is really good with lip, as well. okay?
i can see those two having perfect banter.
like lip probably enjoys making fun of pax
for being your typical skateboard but pax easily
dishes out his own insults that really makes lip
enjoy his company.
