* Ty POV*

It's been a few months since I've turned into a cat thing, and I kinda enjoy it. My hearing is better, I'm faster, and My reflexes are as good as Penny's.

She says that I should let my animal instincts run wild sometimes, but I never do it as often. Also, for some reason, I have been on edge for the past few days.

Everywhere I go, I feel like someone is watching me. Sure, the first time I walked out of the house with my new appearance, people did look at me with shock expression. I'm pretty sure that people adjust to this change by now.

"Yo Ty," Sky called my name. "I want to show you something cool!" He grabbed my hand and started to walk to the gates. "But Sky! I have to teach the recruits!"

Sky looked at me. "Don't worry about that! C'mon!" His grip tightened.

He is the leader of our kingdom, so he can't say it's my fault for missing this training session. "Fine, but this needs to hurry, I need to teach them!" I said rolling my eyes.

We left the kingdom. The walk was long. I noticed a ton of things around.

One thing that really stood out to me was a treehouse. The same one from out childhood. I tried to point it out to him but he was to focus on where we were heading.

He tripped a few times, one time bring me down with him. "Damn it." He mumbled. His voice sounded kinda off, but I didn't question it because he stood up and grabbed my hand again and kept on walking.

He pulled me out to a little pound. "So what's so important that couldn't wait until after the training?" I asked.

*Sky POV*

I did my daily check of the kingdom, somethings strange caught my attention. Ty wasn't teaching the recruits.

All of the recruits were talking. I decided to hear what they were talking about. "It's been awhile, don't you think we should be looking for him?" "I don't know, maybe he's trying to surprise attack us to show us to always be ready?" The chattering silenced as soon as my foot prints had been heard.

I'm guessing that these are new recruits because they all gasped when they saw me. They were all to star struck to speak.

I stopped and looked over to them. I gave a smile and started to walk away, but on recruits finally found their voice again. "Excuse me, Sir Sky, did General Deadlox say anything about surprise attacks?" I thought for a little bit before answering. "Is this a new class? Or is this an old class?" I turned to face this soldier.

"This is a new class, Sir." She said. Ty would only do surprise attack on older classes. "No, he didn't, you all stay here well I look for him." I ordered. Everyone nodded.

I took out a gadget that would tell all the generals that we are having a meeting right away.

I hope Ty shows up to calm my worries.

*Ty POV*

Beep! Beep! Beep!

The emergency meeting gadget went off like crazy. Sky looked at me confused. "Did you accidentally hit the button to make this thing go off?" I asked.

He didn't answer. I study him for a little bit, I realized that his eyes from behind his sunglasses were a dark blue instead of their regular golden brown.

My eyes widened. "Oh no." I said pulling out my sword. He looked up and gave me a creepy smile. "What's wrong Ty? SCARED?" He yelled as thousands and thousands of squids came out of the water.

T & C: Why didn't I see all the signs of him not being Sky? The constant tripping. His voice going all over the place. I'm a fucking idiot. Actually, no, I'm more than an idiot.

I swung my sword killing three. Man how I wished I had my other arm back. As I kept on swinging, but then my sword broke.

T: REALLY?! IT HAD TO BREAK RIGHT NOW?!

remember the emergency button on my phone.

C: Let me do this.

I let my wild side run free. I climbed up a tree with no problem. I sat down on a branch.

The squids tried to get up to me, I took this time to set of the emergency signal. Penny is the only one who can see who is the one setting off this signal.

Then I remembered Sky. He's going to ask me questions like why the fuck I followed this shit heads without asking him questions that only Sky would know.

T: The yelling would be worth it as long as my ass doesn't get beaten from these squids.

*Penny POV*

"So you're all saying that you don't know where Ty is?" Sky said impatiently. Everyone shook their heads. "Well where the-" Sky's rage was interrupted by my phone.

I'm fucked if this isn't important.

Everyone's head turned to me. Sky looked at me as if I was a pile of trash.

He has anger issues when Ty isn't around. Really bad if you ask me.

I took out my phone to see it was a signal from Ty.

I looked at the location and what was the topic of this signal 'Squids'. "Get your swords." I demand. Sky was about to say something but I cut him off, "NOW!" I yelled.

No one question it a grabbed their butter/ gold swords. We charged out the gates.

~little time skip~

Once we got there we saw Ty being shot at, but missing horribly. Ty looked at us. He didn't know what to do. I spotted his broken sword laying on the ground.

Sky charged at the squids showing no signs of mercy. Ty was trying not get hit. "WHY ARE YOU GUYS JUST STANDING THERE?! HELP ME!?" Sky yelled. We started to attack.

*Ty POV*

T: C'mon guys, kill them please!

A soft chuckle came from behind me. I turned my head with my eyes filled with terror. "Hello Ty." Squillium said putting his tentacle on my shoulder. (He ain't named Squidward anymore.)

I hissed at him as I turned my body around. He tried to knock me down off of the branch. "Oh, that's right, you're half cat now." He snarled.

I felt my nails grow out. Then my cat instincts took over again. I tackled him and was about to stab him straight through the cold piece of ice he calls a heart, but he pulled out a flashing thing.

It was moving so fast. It was the only thing that I was focusing on. "Good kitty." Squillium whispered.

T: Did he just call me kitty?

C: Ssssssh just watch the lights go faster and faster.

T: HE DID CALL ME-

C: SSSSSSSSSSSSSH!

*Sky POV*

After killing about 30 I looked up at Ty. He was distracted by Squillium, which had something in his tentacle.

I looked at everyone else, and noticed that Penny was also focusing on that thing to.

Squillium then pushed Ty off of the branch "TY!" I yelled. Ty looked at me and reached out.

Everything seemed to slow down at that moment. My boyfriend falling to the ground. Jin fighting to protect everyone else because their swords broke on them.

Thud!

I tried to run over to help him, but I was blocked by million of squids. They pushed me away from Ty's unconscious body.

Squids picked him up and pulled him into the water. Squillium jumped down in front of me. His stare was cold, so I gave him the same look.

"Well this was a very nice meeting, and I have to go now. Bye!" He cackled. I had mixed emotions. I was on the verge of tears or yelling at him.

Squillium then walked into the water, laughing. "What did he do to make Ty shut down like that?" Jason asked. Penny walked over with something in her hand.

"We should get back to the base so I can explain." She said putting her hand on my shoulder.
