*Sky POV*

I woke up to something soft seeping across my leg.

It doesn't feel like a hand. Definitely not a bug because it's big, but not a animal because it's not heavy.

Moving was going to be hard because Ty somehow managed to get my arm stuck under his head. He was to peaceful to wake up, so I moved the blanket off of me and on to him.

I looked at my legs to see a light brown tail on my legs. Ty shivered a little.

*Ty POV*

Why is it so cold in here?

One strong arm wrapped around me. (I cringed a little) Sky made me feel warmer.

Purrrrrrr.

What the fuck? Did I just purr?

My eyes forced open. Sky moved his hand from under my head. I turned over to look Sky in the eyes.

"Did you just purr?" He asked. Embarrassment spread across my face.

Sky start to mess with my hair until two cat ears raised. "My god." He gawked, mouth wide open.

I tried to get away, but he pulled me and held on to me as he kept messing with my hair.

Purrrrrrr Purrrrrrr Purrrrrrr.

"You do purr!" He said as he continued to pet me. "Sky let me go!" I begged.

I have to admit that this is relaxing.

"C'mon love birds! We got breakfast ready!" Jerome called from down stairs.

Sky must not have heard him because he kept petting me. "I heard breakfast." I said. Sky looked at the time "Alright, fine, but you're doing the explaining why you have cat ears and a tail."

He got up and left. When I stood up I started to pounder how I was going to walk downstairs without getting any looks.

Plus Sky I know won't keep his mouth shut about this. Maybe I should put on a jacket. Na, it's really warm outside. "Penny, can you go see if Ty is up?" Sky asked. "Ok!" Penny answered.

The door knob turned. She opened the door and looked up at me. "Oh." She said.

The next few minutes were filled with awkward silence. She walked around me and studied my tail and ears.

"So they're real?" She asked "Yes, why do you ask?" I looked up at her. She gave me a look. It took me a second to figure out what it meant. "OH HELL NO." I yelled.

"Sorry but I thought that stuff turned you guys on." She giggled. Now I'm just confused.

Penny grabbed my arm and pulled me down stairs "You need to eat." She said. Jerome looked at me "Oh nice." He called.

Everyone turned around. "Nice costume." Mitch said walking by. "It's not a costume." Penny said pulling on my ear.

"Hey! That hurts you know!" Penny stopped pulling and walked to the table. Aphmau had a thinking look on her face. "I wonder....." She put her hand in her pocket and pulled out a laser pointer.

Smiles grow on everyone's faces, but not me and Penny. Aphmau pushed the button and there was a shiny, small, red dot.

(C is for cat instinct. T is for Ty instinct.)

C: Chase the dot! Do it!

T: No, I'm not giving in yet, I want to see what Penny is going to do.

Penny bolted to the red dot. She kept on trying to catch it. My nails dug deeper into the railing on the stairs.

C: She going to catch the dot and keep it all to herself!

T: What do I get out of it if I do chase it? I don't get a metal or a trophy. Plus that dot is just some light coming from that thing. Once they turn it off I won't have the dot, but I will have the feeling of not being complete because of that stupid dot.

C: BUT ITS SHINY!

T: BUT I DON'T CARE ABOUT IT!

C: WELL I DO! LET ME TAKE CONTROL!

T: AND MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A COMPLETE IDIOT? NO THANKS!

*Sky POV*

Ty was staring at the dot but not moving. He just dug his nails deeper and deeper into the railing.

Jerome took the pointer from Jess's hands and pointed it right on Ty's eye. Penny looked up at Ty and tried to leap on him.

"SHIZ NUGGETS!" He yelled jumping of the stairs and landing on his feet. He ran all around the living room, but Jerome kept the dot on him.

Penny was focused on the dot. Nothing else mattered to her except the dot. I took the laser and pointed it at Ty's left foot.

He took a deep breath and lifted his foot of the ground as Penny tried to attack it.

He walked over to me and slapped the laser pointer out of my hands. Penny sat up and laughed. "That was fun!" She said through her giggles.

Ty at this point was done with it and grabbed some breakfast. Everyone just sat there laughing as Penny asked about Ty's left foot.
