dick POV

I woke up to a dark room. 'Oh no was it all a dream was I still in Masters cage' I through as I started to panic, then I saw what I know I was wrong it was the bat family they had saved me, I am free and don't have to worry about Master ever again. I get on the ground on all four and started running around happily when I heard some say something I never through I hear again my real name I ran to batman as he called my name and I sat on the ground waiting to be told what to do. But what surprise he asked can you keep a secret. I nodded back what he told me was his secret identity and same with the boy and it also was the man and family I meant that day. I slowly got up on my legs stumbled a bit but got up and hugged him he got down to level and hugged me back. "C-c-can I-I g-g-go o-o-out t-t-to p-p-play" I asked using my voice for the first time in a long while. " shore you just have to get changed first" Bruce said and handed me new clothes. I got changed fast and was on all four again ready to play outside. On the way out I meet Alferd, and there family pets Alferd the cat and Ace the dog I got along with Ace very will we have s much in common. When we get out side I stop and looked at every thing and smelled everything I have been outsid lots but it was also so fast it was never time to take it in. That's when Alferd called dinner I followed the others washed my hands after them with some help then we went to the dinning room I sat on the floor waiting for my food. " Hey Richard way are you siting down there you sit at the table to eat" Bruce said I slowly got on the chair on my legs. " hey Richard you sit like these here I'll help you" Jason said and began to pick me up I panicked and flipped over the chair and hid under it slowly rocking myself as the first bad memories come back. " hey chum it's ok no one is going to touch you like they did ever again " Bruce said I look at him and say "really" "yes" I curl out from under the chair and onto Bruce's lap and I hid in his chest as he eat and Bruce feed him because he couldn't hold the fork but only eat 5 fork scopes.once it was bed time Damian toke him to bed and helped him out when needed "night Richard " "it's Dick my name is Dick " " good night Dick" "night big brother" and with that Damian left the Dick shocked that he was called Big Brother.
