~Casey Halls~

When I get back home I need to go to the gym.

I've eaten so much food I think my dress is calling for help. At the reception, they have this wall of donuts. I don't know who's idea it was but I love that person.

I go for my third one when somebody taps my shoulder.

"Casey!"

"THIS IS MY FIRST DONUT I SWEAR!" I raise my hands up.

Oh? It's a guy. Oooooh a hot guy. I hope he didn't see my greedy butt eat two donuts before this one.

"Oh really?" Is he doubting me already? Oh no, am I gaining weight already? Can he tell I had two already? "Are you okay?"

"Me? Pfft... yeah I'm fine. I'm great. So uh how you do you know my name." Why am I asking this question now? It should've been tipped me off.

"You don't recognize me?" I shake my head. "Aaron Davenport? Doesn't ring a bell does it?"

"Uh I'm sorry. This week has been hectic. I can't even remember what I had for breakfast this morning." Wait! Did I have breakfast?

"We work together." We do? "Ok never mind, there is something I need to talk to about. Follow me."

"Um yeah, following a strange man I just met? I don't think so. But nice try Mr. Aaron Davenport." Davenport that name does sound familiar. Maybe I've met him before but I don't recall.

"Ok ok uh... wait here. I have someone who needs to see you." He walked away to direction I didn't see.

I stayed where he left me. I guess you can say I was curious. So far this whole trip has been driving off of my curiosity and it has gotten me nowhere.

It got you to the wedding and you made a new friend.

Yeah I guess so. I folded my arms and sat myself in a chair at a table nearby. I wonder who he wants me to meet. Davenport? Hey! Wasn't Annie's last name Daven-

"Alright Miss Casey!"

I stand up at the sound of my name. Aaron Davenport is coming back and as he said there is someone walking back with me. As they get closer I start to recognize who it is.

"Hi Casey."

"Hi Annie."

The last update was back in October when I had my midterms. Now it's December and this is the last week of college before winter break. I am sorry but I have honestly had no time to write, I've been lazy, my job has been asking for me work days and I just had no inspiration to write or finish the book.

Plus writers' block is no joke. NO JOKE!! But I am back for a brief period. This is my last week of school for the semester, it's also finals week so let's hope I pass my classes and have to never come back to these classes again. Hopefully over the break I am able to finish this book or at least update more often
