Roman was in the room with Virgil after he got stitches.
"How you feeling?" Roman asked.
"Not great. I have a terrible headache." Virgil said rubbing his head.
"Do you need more pain killers?" Roman asked rubbing Virgil's head lightly.
"Mmm, please." Virgil said.
"Okay." Roman said kissing his head. Roman pushed the nurse button and kissed Virgil's head. "I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, you could've died if you were picked up later."
"Don't blame selfyour...yourself. Sorry." Virgil said.
"You're concussed and English is your second language. No need to apologize." Roman said.

"Hello boys. Is everything alright?" The doctor asked.
"More pain meds." Virgil asked.
"You're already on a pretty high dosage, are you okay Virgil?" The doctor asked. Roman looked at Virgil and knew exactly what was going on.
"Can I talk to him alone?" Roman said.
"Of course." The doctor walked out. Roman looked at Virgil with a look of fear and anger in his eyes and he started to cry.
"Virgil..." Roman said tilting his head.
"I'm sorry." Virgil started to cry as well. "I'm not in pain right now I just feel like if I don't get anything like a drug I will die."
"Virgil, I'm not mad at you. I'm just a little disappointed. I promised I would keep you safe and that's exactly what I plan on doing. I could never be mad at you. I'm proud you got this far. Have you gotten high again?" Roman asked.
"No, I was planning on doing it today. But I'm grateful you stopped me." Virgil said through his tears. Roman kissed him.
"I love you, please never forget that." Roman said.
"I won't, I'm sorry." Virgil said.
"Don't be." Roman said rubbing Virgil's thigh.

Patton was in the room talking to Logan with Logan's limited responses and a doctor walked in with charts and prescriptions for Logan when he woke up. The doctor went over to sit next to Patton, Patton's eyes were blood shot with tears and puffy. Patton looked up at the man.
"You're lucky he's alive. That man shot him in an artery, he only had a 50/50 chance of surviving. He's a strong kid though." The doctor said.
"He's always been there for me. Even when I was being a little bitch, he was always there for me." Patton said.
"Watch your mouth kid." The doctor said.
"Sorry." Patton said.
"It's fine. You really love him don't you?" The doctor said.
"More than anything." Patton said. At that moment Logan started to stir and wake up.
"...Pat?" Logan asked.
"Hey sweetheart." Patton said taking his hand. Logan started to cry. "What's wrong beautiful?"
"I'm glad you're safe. I should've been with you, I should've stayed. This is all my fault, I should've stayed with you." Logan said sobbing.
"No...this is not your fault. You didn't kidnap me, you didn't um... you know what to me, and you for sure didn't hit Virgil over the head with a hammer." Patton said putting his hand on Logan's face.
"You're dad shot you in the chest and he hit an artery, you're on pain meds right now. You had to be taken in for emergency surgery. How are you feeling now?" The doctor asked.
"A little out of it, but other than that I'm fine." Logan said.
"Good, you will need to stay with us for 13 more days as you're surgery wounds need to heal. After that you will have to be in a wheel chair for another 13 days." The doctor said.
"Okay." Logan said. The doctor walked out. "I'm so fucking glad you're safe."
"Me too. I'm glad you're safe babe. You got shot in an artery." Patton said. "They like, rushed you in and out of there."
"Do you think you're gonna relapse with you're closed off ness?" Logan asked.
"I don't know Lo. So, what did getting shot feel like?" Patton asked.
"Someone stabbed a heated blade into my chest." Logan said.

It was getting late. Roman and Virgil had been just talking and cuddling all day long and it was arond 11:30 pm on a Saturday. The couple needed rest, they had a long couple of days. Roman gave Virgil his sweatshirt that says his name on it from football and it smelled like him which was perfect for him. Roman gently put his arms around Virgil. Engulfing in Roman's warmth was something his missed. Virgil had a soft smile on his face as he hid his face into Roman's chest.

Patton got into bed with Logan. Patton needed to be as gentle as he could with Logan but Logan brushed Patton's hair with his fingers.
"You're beautiful, you know that right?" Logan said.
"I don't think so." Patton said looking down. Logan brought Patton's head up to meet his.
"I think so." Logan said and kissed him.
"I missed you. I was so scared." Patton said.
"I missed you too. I thought you were dead." Logan said.
"I love you." Patton said.
"I love you too." Logan said.

Let's let these couples get some rest. They've had one hell of a ride.
