At first glance, I didn’t know what to make of the story or what I would find inside. To be completely truthful, I feel mentioning the writer of the letters is suicidal is giving way too much away. I’m about 75% sure you have already introduced Bailee and think that if you rephrase that single passage you could still hint but not out right tell people anything about the letter writer.

The way that the perspectives are written is deep and descriptive. I get a good sense of the inner hell both Phoebe and Elia are feeling. There are typos throughout every chapter so I would advise reading what you already have posted and editing them out. In the end, it’s a win-win. You have better flow and if you edit in the evening and update you will climb the ranks in your tags to be better found.
I’m intrigued by the mystery of the letters and how the stories of these teens will unfold. You had stated in an author’s note that you knew this story has potential which I agree with. Keep at it!
