The next day, at Serena house, Serena was in her room getting ready for school, and as she puts away her books on her bag, she started to put on her clothes. Serena wears a white loose fitting blouse with a black and dark pink drawstring top underneath. She wears it with high waisted dark blue shorts with gold buttons, white ankle socks and black shoes with straps that go above her ankles. She still has her necklace and flower clip on.

"Okay, today it's the second day the Serpents go to Riverdale, I really hope Reggie isn't going to do anything stupid." Said Serena as she took a breath." Alright, you can do this Serena."

So Serena have started to grab her bag, then she started to head downstairs, and met her mom at the kitchen.

"Morning mom." Said Serena as she smiles.

"Morning Serena, how did you sleep?" Asked Sabrina as she smiles.

"I slept great, I'm just a bit worry about today." Said Serena as she looks nervous.

"Let me guess, you are worried that Reggie Mantle is going to do something to blame the Serpents again?" Asked Sabrina as she looks at her daughter.

You see, yesterday after Serena hangout with Sweet Pea after school, she told her mom what really happen yesterday when she gave the Serpents the tour.

"Yeah, I mean I know he doesn't like the Southside, but what he did was so awful." Said Serena as she began to feel upset.

"I understand that sweetie, but you know, sometimes people can't change the facts about other people." Said Sabrina as she looks at her daughter.

"I know mom." Said Serena as she looks sad." Well, I should probably go to school."

"Alright sweetie, stay safe." Said Sabrina as she smiles.

So Serena have kissed her mom goodbye, then she grab her bag, and she started to go to school. As she arrived, she started to go to her first two classes. After two hours, she was walking down the hallways, then as she was going to the student lounge, she saw Jughead at the entrance with his Serpent jacket on. It got her to get worried and started to go to Jughead.

"Jughead, what are you doing?" Asked Serena as she looks at Jughead.

"I'm wearing this jacket to honor the Serpents." Said Jughead.

"Look Jughead, I know you are upset about what happen yesterday, but you know you are not allowed to wear that jacket to school." Said Serena looking nervous." Although to be honest, it was Reggie's fault."

"I don't care Serena, nothing is going to change the Serpents." Said Jughead as he look at Serena.

Serena knew that Jughead is right, so she and Jughead started to go to the student lounge, as they both enter, Toni, Sweet Pea, and Fangs all saw Jughead wearing his Serpent jacket which got them shock and worried.

"Oh, hey, guys, what's up?" Said Jughead as he goes to the vending machine.

Then when Reggie turn to see Jughead, he saw that he is still wearing his Serpent jacket, and he was not really happy seeing him wearing it.

"Take it off." Said Reggie.

When Reggie said that, it got Serena and the other Serpents to get really worried. Jughead ignore Reggie, then Reggie and the bulldogs got up, and started to go to Jughead.

"Take off that jacket, Rat Boy." Said Reggie and then Jughead turns to him.

'Oh boy, this ain't going to be pretty.' Thought Serena as she gets worried.

"Oh, Reggie, I don't think you know what this jacket means." Said Jughead as he look at Reggie." Because you have no sense of honor, or history, or loyalty."

"That's it!" Said Reggie as he grabs Jughead's jacket and tries to take it off.

Then Sweet Pea and Fangs have both started to fight with the other bulldogs while Jughead is fighting Reggie, and Toni not involving the fight. Serena was getting really worried that she saw Veronica and she motion her to get the principal. Then she tried to stop the fight.

"Reggie, stop it!" Said Serena trying to stop the fight." Come guys, stop it right now!"

But apparently, Reggie wasn't paying at all, that he punched Serena so hard, that she hit the vending machine, and she fell to the ground.

"Serena!" Said Toni as she goes to her.

Then the bulldogs and the Serpents stop fighting and look at Serena in shock, when they saw her cheek had a bruise and her forehead is bleeding a bit.

"Oh, my God." Said Reggie in shock." Serena, I'm so sorry."

"You jerk!" Said Sweet Pea in anger as he grab Reggie and was about to punch him.

"You guys, in my office now!" Said Principal Weatherbee in anger.

So Reggie, Jughead, and the other Serpents have all go to the principals office. Veronica help Serena and got her a ice pack for her forehead. Then Principal Weatherbee started to look at Reggie and the Serpents.

"You all have a week's detention for fighting." Said Principal Weatherbee and he started to look at Jughead." But I made myself clear to you, Mr. Jones. Take off that jacket, right now, or you're suspended."

Then Serena and Veronica have both started to look at Jughead and they both began to feel worried.

"Please, Jughead, just. . ." Said Veronica as she tried to speak.

"Then I guess I'm suspended." Said Jughead as he started to leave.

Serena have started to feel really sad that Jughead is suspended, and she tried to follow him, but she felt a little woozy because of the bump on her forehead.

"And as for you Ms. Serena, I'm sending you home early because of your injury, I'll notify your teachers." Said Principal Weatherbee.

"Okay Principal Weatherbee." Said Serena.

So Serena have grab her bag, then she started to leave the office, and as she leaves the school, she saw Jughead and started to go to him.

"Jughead, wait!" Said Serena as she goes to him.

"Serena, what are you doing out of school, did you get suspended too?" Asked Jughead.

"No, Principal Weatherbee is sending me home early because of my injury." Said Serena as she explains." Mind if I go with you?"

"Sure, come with me to the White Wyrm, I think we might have something to heal your injury." Said Jughead as he takes Serena to the White Wyrm.

So Serena and Jughead have both started to go to the White Wyrm. As they both arrived, Serena have started to sit, and Jughead got the first aid kit and started to heal Serena.

"Gee Serena, why did you have to be involved in that fight?" Asked Jughead.

"I couldn't just let Reggie hurt you, and besides, you know this isn't the first time when Reggie hurt me." Said Serena as she wince a bit.

"Well, I'm just glad that you are not hurt." Said Jughead as he finished healing Serena.

Then after Jughead have finished healing Serena, they both started to play the video game. When it was Jughead's turn, he lost the game, and he bang on the game. Then FP came in his uniform and jacket on.

"Now, you break that, you buy it." Said FP as he enter.

"Oh, hi FP." Said Serena as she smiles.

"How'd you know Serena and I was here?" Asked Jughead.

"Hog Eye called me." Said FP as he goes to the man name Hog Eye." What's up, Hog Eye?"

"FP." Said Hog Eye.

"You two wanna explain to me why the hell you're not in school?" Asked FP as he goes to Serena and Jughead.

"Yes, Weatherbee has been disrespecting the Serpents." Said Jughead as he explains." He's been targeting us, he told us to take off our skins."

"You mean your jackets?" Said FP as he laughs a bit." Wear them after school."

"A Serpent never sheds its skin." Said Jughead.

"I know the laws, boy." Said FP and he saw his son feeling a bit upset." What's goin' on, Jug, really?"

"Southside High, we had a place." Said Jughead as he felt a bit upset." Yeah, it was crappy, but it was ours. We were a family, we had a home, I had a home."

"Yeah, I hear you." Said FP as he understands." But getting arrested for truancy's not gonna help. You gotta be smart. Serpents hibernate during the winter. Look at me, you think I like cleaning toilets, shoveling slop? No. But it's what I gotta do."

That got Jughead to think that maybe his dad is right about that when his father has been arrested.

"Going to Riverdale High, that's what you gotta do." Said FP as he look at his son Jughead." So lay low for a while, but you never stop being a Serpent."

That got Jughead to think that maybe his father is right. Even though he is not allowed to wear his jacket in school, he's still a Serpent inside of him. Then FP looks at Serena.

"And what about you Serena, do you mind telling me why you are not in school?" Asked FP.

"Well, because of this." Said Serena as she shows him her injury on her forehand.

"Oh, I hate to ask, but did you get that into a fight with Chuck?" Asked FP.

"No, it was Reggie." Said Serena." You see, when Reggie tried to take Jughead's jacket off, I tried to stop the fight but he didn't pay attention and punch me."

"Oh boy, I should've known." Said FP and he look Serena and knowing she looks upset." Is something wrong?"

"It's just that I don't understand why the Northside sees the Southside different." Said Serena as she looks upset." I mean, I just don't understand."

"Well apparently, sometimes life can be different, you don't know that Serena, but you will." Said FP as he look at the entrance of the White Wyrm.

Then Jughead and Serena have both started to look at the direction where FP was looking, and to their surprise, Serena's mother have enter the White Wyrm, which have shock Serena and Jughead.

"Mom, what are you doing here?" Asked Serena in shock.

"I called your mother, the second when Veronica have called me to tell me what happen." Said FP.

"How are you honey?" Asked Sabrina.

"Well, to be honest mom, this isn't actually the first time that I get involved in fights." Said Serena as she tried to touch her forehead but her mother stop her.

"Let's go home Serena, I think I have a medication that might help." Said Sabrina as she looks at her daughter.

"Okay, I'll see you after your suspension Jughead." Said Serena as she smiles at Jughead.

"Alright Serena, I hope you heal good." Said Jughead.

"Okay, see you FP." Said Serena.

"Get well, Serena." Said FP.

So Serena and Sabrina have both started to leave the White Wyrm, then they both got inside the car, and started to drive back home. Then as they both arrived back home, then both get inside the house, then as Serena sit down at the sofa, Sabrina came in with medication, and heals her daughter.

"There you go honey, now your wound will be better by tomorrow and by that, it will be gone." Said Sabrina as she smiles but Serena looks upset." Are you okay honey?"

"Not really, I'm just really upset mom, I mean Riverdale High School was suppose to welcome the Southside Serpents and what Principal Weatherbee and Reggie is doing is wrong." Said Serena looking upset." What do they against other people who are so different from each other?"

"Well, sometimes the Southside and the Northside have their own differences sweetie, and no one can change that." Said Sabrina as she hugs her daughter.

"Well, all I do know is that, dad won't ever like this, he would at least understand that no can judge someone from their looks." Said Serena looking more upset." If dad were here, he knows what to do."

"I know sweetie, now why don't you go get some rest?" Asked Sabrina as she smiles.

"Okay, goodnight mom." Said Serena as she goes upstairs.

Then Serena have enter her room, then she puts her bag down, then she started to take off clothes, then she started to put on her nightgown that has a pink bow around her waist. Then as she change, she look outside her window to see the stars.

"Dad, many people are still judging the Southside Serpents, because of how they look and what they do." Said Serena as she looks at the stars." I just wish that you were here, then you know what I can do, because I want to show people that other people can change."

Then as she looks at the stars, she saw one of the stars glow brightly, meaning that her father has been listening to her the whole time, and she started to smile.

"I know you are still with me dad, you are still looking out for me and mom, and I still have your necklace dad." Said Serena as she looks at her necklace and holds it." Whenever I wear it, I can still feel your presence, and I will be honor by that."

Then after when Serena have stop looking at the stars, she started to close her curtains, then she started to go to her bed, and started to go to sleep. As she goes to sleep, little did she knows, is that during, she might be able to help the Serpents and Jughead try to fit in.
