I landed on my feet. 

"Oh fuck, are you okay?" I hear and I look up to see Simon looking over the edge of the wooden beams. 

I blink, confused. I look round, my vision blurry, my head spinning. 

"Simon," I whisper and suddenly I hear a thud next to me. 

"Elise?" He asks, his hand moves closer and I step back. 

"No! Don't touch me!" I say, moving back. 

"Elise, what're you doing?" He asks, his eyes looking into mine. 

I look around, confused. 

"I-I-I don't know," I whisper, continuing to look round. 

"Where am I?"  I ask, looking at him. 

"Elise, are you drunk or high or something? Are you tripping out?" He asks, waving a hand in front of my eyes. 

"I think I'm going crazy," I mumble, rubbing my eyes harshly. 

"I'm taking you to hospital, come with me," He says, holding out his hand. 

"Why should I trust you?" I snap and he looks round. 

"You're ill, come on," He says, waving his hand, asking me to come with him. 

"No," I say firmly, head turning quickly, looking for a way to run. 

"Elise, you've taken something or someones slipped you something, and you're off your head, you just tried to kill yourself for fuck sake," He says and I shake my head furiously.

It all starts to fade as I look round, trying to find something to focus on. 

"Simon..." I mutter and I start to fall, he catches me. 

He suddenly picks me up bridal style, carrying me towards the buildings exit. 

I hold onto his shirt tightly. 

"Simon help me," I mumble, my eyes feel heavy. 

I'm about to speak again, but nothing comes out of my mouth. 

"Elise, talk to me, are you okay?" Simon asks, his voice ringing in my ears. 

Suddenly my throat begins to burn and I feel like vomiting. 

I heave, Simon sits me up in his arms, allowing me to be sick over him. 

"I'm sorry," I mumble and he nods. 

"Its okay, baby girl," He whispers, opening the back doors of his car. 

He lies me down in the back before climbing into the front. 

"Close your eyes," He says as he turns over the ignition. 

I nod, shutting my eyes, its all very hazy, everything starts to fade slowly.

I sit up quickly, my eyes burning from the light. 

"She's awake," I hear, its Josh's voice. 

I rub my head- I had a massive headache. 

"Holy shit, Elise," Josh says, grabbing my other hand. 

"What the fuck were you thinking?" He asks and I shake my head. 

"What happened?" I whisper and a doctor and a nurse are suddenly at my bed side. 

"Looks like the main effects have worn off for now, we still have to keep her in for a full 48 hours to make sure the drugs have worn off completely," the doctor says and I shake my head. 

"Drugs? What?!" I ask and I see JJ, Vik and Simon all stood outside the door. 

"You consumed LSD, its a drug that causes hallucinations, and it can cause personality changes in certain people," Says the doctor and I look at Josh, he looks disappointed. 

"I didn't take that, I swear to god," I say and the doctor nods. 

"The police have been alerted and they'd like to ask you some questions before you're allowed to leave in 48 hours," He explains and he looks at Josh and then at the nurse. 

"We'll leave you to rest," The doctor says before he and the nurse leave the room. 

The others come in afterwards and I look at Simon. He was all I could remember. His voice shouting my name. 

"I'm so sorry, Joshua," I say and I squeeze his hand. 

"Its okay," He whispers- I can tell he doesn't mean it. 

"I never took it, I swear," I say and JJ nods. 

"I believe you," JJ says and Vik nods. 

"I believe you too," Vik agrees and Josh stands up, his hand slipping out of mine. 

"I'm going to get coffee, you all want some, yeah? Good," Josh says quickly and he heads out the room quickly. 

I breathe in deeply, looking at Simon. 

He looks like he's about to cry. 

"I'm so sorry," I whisper, my voice breaking. 

"I know," He says and he sits down in the chair Josh was previously sat in. 

He takes my hand and I look into his eyes. 

"I'm so sorry I put you through whatever I did...I've never heard anyone sound so worried," I whisper and Vik looks at JJ. 

"Its true isn't it?" Vik asks, looking at Simon. 

"You can tell us, bro, we won't tell Josh," JJ says and I look at Simon. 

Simon reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone. 

He loads up a YouTube video he posted and he passes his phone to me. 

I sit and watch the video, he talks about a 'girl he loves' and I look at Simon to see tears rolling down his cheeks. I look up at Vik and JJ and they both appear to be looking away, JJ at the floor, Vik at the door. 

"Simon-" 

"Don't say anything," He says and the video ends. I pass him his phone and he stands up. 

"I'll see you all later," He says, heading out of the room. 

I look at Vik and JJ and they both look at each other. 

JJ rushes after Simon. 

Vik gives me a sympathetic look, his eyes meeting mine. 

"I'm sorry," He says and I shake my head. 

"It ended months ago...I'm not even sure what 'it' was," I mumble and he sits down on the chair. 

"Well whatever 'it' was, it's sure had a lasting impact on Simon, he's been different ever since you left," He says and I nod, staring at the wall ahead of me. 

"I want him to know that he completed me, when we were a thing, but he went back to that woman, that girl he loved when he was 16 for fuck sake- Tessa," I mumble, "He only loved me because I looked like her, because I was like her," 

"I've talked to Simon about Tessa, and you're nothing like her, yes you look a like, but you're both so different- she was a lying, manipulative bitch, and you're a kind, smart, you're amazing in every single way- Simon never loved Tessa. But he loved you, and he still does," Vik says and I give him a gentle smile. 

"You're too kind for your own good, Vik," I whisper and he shakes his head. 

"I'm just honest," He says and I sigh deeply. 

Josh returns about 10 minutes later with the coffee, he doesn't speak, he doesn't even acknowledge the fact that JJ and Simon have left, he just sits down in the corner and stares forwards. Vik alerts us he's going to go for a walk, so he picks up his coffee and heads out of the room. 

I lie down, pushing my face into the pillow, turning away from Josh. 

I cry myself to sleep, with one name, one face, one person on my mind- 

Simon Minter.

Thought I'd get this out pretty much straight away just so you guys wouldn't be left on such a massive cliffhanger like that. 

The whole drug thing will come to light very soon, and I know some people will probably think that thats actually unrealistic, but it can actually happen. 

I apologise for the lack of updates over the past few days, but i've been working hard on my Snapchat book and also on The Parent Project (Update for that coming later today hopefully)
