Part Three - Sheryl

*Michael's POV*

The Next Morning...

I finish having my breakfast and tap my fingers on the marble counter top, hesitantly looking at the landline for the hundredth time. I'm still not sure if I should hang out with Tatiana today or not, or maybe spending the whole day with her is abit much. I pace back and forth near the phone, I scoff to myself. I'm pathetic. I hear a knock on the door and stop my stupid pacing. I approach the door.

I open the door and see one of my most valued members of my back up singers and long time friends standing before me, Sheryl Crow.

"Sheryl, Good Morning." I smile.

"Good Morning, Michael." She beams.

I step aside and let her in. She hesitantly walks in before turning around to look at me.

"Is everything okay?" I ask, turning around to give her my full attention.

"Yeah. I was just checking in, especially on our last day here. We haven't spoken much since everything that's happened with you." She says.

I know what she's referring to. I walk over to her and take her hands into mine and sigh.

"I'm sorry, I hope you don't think I'm ignoring you." I sigh, looking at her.

"I don't, I understand that you need time to recollect and just to have to yourself." She nods.

I nod and give her a small smile, she looks up into my eyes. I've always appreciated that she looks out for me, I could always go to her whenever something was wrong. Or she would come to me when she knew something was up.

"How did I get so lucky to have a great friend like you?" I ask her with a grin.

She lets go of my hand and crosses her arms and smirks.

"You just did. It was fate." She smirks.

I chuckle.

"You're something else." I snap my fingers, causing her to laugh.

"You know it. What are you doing today? We have one day of freedom before spending the next day on a plane." She asks.

"Well I was going to see what Tatiana's up to but I don't want to be pushy." I say.

She nods but doesn't say anything. I furrow my brows.

"What?" I ask.

"Nothing. You should ask her." She says.

"You don't think I should?" I ask.

Before she goes to say anything there was a knock on the door. I go over to answer it, Tatiana was standing there with a smile. I smile back.

"Hey you." She says.

"Hey." I smile.

"Did you wanna hang out today?" She asks, she looks past me and see's Sheryl standing in the living room, "Or if you already have plans that's fine."

"Nope. He's free. I was just leaving." Sheryl says, walking past us out the door.

Before I could say anything to Sheryl she's already out the door and down the hallway. I wonder what was wrong, Tatiana grabs my hand.

"Everything okay there?" She asks.

"I...yeah." I confirm. That was a lie, I don't know what got into her but I'll ask her when we get to Japan.

Tatiana shrugs her shoulders, she lets herself in. I sigh and shut the door, I turn around and see Tatiana's on the couch. I go and sit beside her.

"So what's the plan today?" I ask her.

"You forgot what today was didn't you?" She asks with a giggle.

I furrow my brows at her then stare in a space. She reaches into her bag and pulls out the schedule and hands it to me.

"I knew you'd forget. That's why I asked you to hang out." She says.

I look at her.

"Wait. We have something on today?" I ask.

"Not until later this afternoon but yes." She confirms.

I check her schedule then check mine, I scratch my head.

"Oh right. Our promo photo shoot." I chuckle.

"It'll be fun." She smiles.

"It will." I smile at her.

"But we could go sight seeing in the mean time." She says.

I nod.

"That's a great idea." I grin.

We go down to the car in the lobby, when we get in drive around to the sights of London. Which was great, Tatiana brought her camera with her. She took photos of the sights and of me with them. We took turns, I would take photos of her as well for memories. We arrive on the set for our shoot, we get into our outfits and get this shoot going.

"Aww you two are so cute." The photographer comments.

I blush at the comment. Tatiana giggles.

After awhile we all start to muck around, running around getting up to shenanigans. Not doing what we're told.

"Michael, you're supposed to be standing there posing with Tatiana. Stop throwing things at the crew." The photographer laughs.

I hide behind Tatiana and laugh, she laughs as well.

"I apologise for his behaviour. I'll get him to stop." Tatiana laughs.

She turns around getting me to stand properly. I laugh as she grabs my shoulders.

"Michael you need to behave yourself, it's getting late. We have a big flight tomorrow." Tatiana tickles my sides.

I burst into laughter, I lay my head on her shoulder. I grab her wrists and pull them behind her. She whines in defeat, I smirk.

"Michael please." She pouts.

"Aww are you begging?" I smirk, mocking her voice.

She frowns and looks away from me, I laugh and kiss her cheek.

"You're such a cry baby." I tease.

"You're lucky I can't slap that smirk off your face." She threatens.

"You wouldn't anyway." I smile.

"Lets just get this shoot done, I'm starving." She says.

I nod.

"Me too." I release her wrists.

We pose one more time and end the shoot, we finish and look over the material. We finish up and head back to the hotel, ordering room service. We sit on the floor on a blanket and pillow set up, eating and watching movies.

"Today was fun." Tatiana remarks.

"It was." I smile.

"It's nice to have fun like the way we were having fun." She looks up at me.

I look down at her. She's right, I haven't had fun like that in a long time.

"It was, thank you." I say.

"You're welcome." She says.

She grabs all the leftovers and the rubbish and takes them to the kitchen. Shortly returning to me, I decided to lay down to watch the movie that was on the screen. She does the same, I noticed that she had goosebumps so I wrapped an arm around her and pulled her into me. She laid her head on my chest, we watched the movie in silence.

A little while later we both fell asleep.

The Next Day...

I woke up and looked around, I turned off the tv. I look down to see Tatiana snuggled into me, she looked so peaceful. I smile, I reach down and move some of her hair out of her face. She stirs and opens her eyes, she looks up at me and smiles.

"Good Morning. I didn't realises we fell asleep on the floor." She says.

"Good Morning to you too. We did, but that's alright. We had a big day yesterday." I smile.

She looks into my eyes as she moves one of my curls away from my eyes. She clears her throats as she sits up.

"We should gather our things and get to the airport." She suggest.

"That's a good idea." I say.

"I'll see you on the plane." She smiles and kisses my cheek.

I smile, she gets up and leaves. I sigh.

I get up and pack my suitcase. Once I'm done I get in the car downstairs at the back door to avoid the commotion at the front. I arrive at the airport and wait for the bags to be boarded on the plane. We are allowed on board, I see Sheryl get on. I get on, we usually sit together so I go to sit with her but as I'm following her she sees me and sits with someone else.

I furrow my brows. What's wrong with her? Did I do something wrong? Why is she giving me the cold shoulder? I walk up to her.

"Hey Sheryl." I say.

"Hey." She simply says.

"Are you okay?" I ask.

"I'm fine. Just tired." She says.

"Oh okay." I say, feeling kind of hurt she won't tell me the real reason she's avoiding me.

I go to the back of the plane and sit by the window and stare out of it.
