chapter seven

CHAPTER SEVEN

Entering the lair like a wild beast, Leonardo tossed Donatello the antidote bottle and sharply equipped his Katana's and began spinning them in his hands by their handles skilful and sharply, while he stormed towards the Dojo room for some much needed repression time. Keya, Mikey and Donnie, watched as the overly distressed blue clad ninja entered the Dojo room.

Upon his disappearance past the dojo doors, they immediately heared loud crashing noises and cry's of anger from with in there. Leonardo, was not in a happy place. Donatello looked to the cure bottle nestled securely in his hand and then to the others while taking in a deep breath of calmness. It wasn't long before he headed to Splinters bedroom with the other 2 following pursuit and leaving their leader have his time alone.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lair, Master Splinters Bedroom...

"Donatello. My son's, were you successful in getting hold of the cure?"

Splinter asked, with grave worry in his tone as he got to his feet seeing his students and Keya had returned. His purple clad son nodded in assurance of there triumph.

"Yes, Master Splinter."

Donnie sat by Raphael and checked his vitals, again, before turning to open his medical supplies kit he had and pulled out a syringe. Silently, he prepared the cure liquid, and after a few seconds of that intense aura of worry, Donatello injected his brother with the antidote. Raphael's eyes winced as Donnie put the needle in and then pulled the needle out. Smelling vomit once again, Michelangelo covered his nose.

"Ahh, has he thrown up again, Master Splinter?"

He asked, his tone cloggy and his face a little contorted in contempt. Splinter nodded, sounding a soft worried sigh.

"Yes, my son."

Looking around the room, the elderly rat questioned in his natural tone of serenity - trying to up hold his calm persona and atmosphere.

"Where is, Leonardo?"

"Oh, little blue?"

Responded Mikey, holding his normal surfer-like tone as he to was trying not to portray a persona of 'all is lost'.

"He is sub level dude..."

Splinters face turned questionable

"I do not follow, Michelangelo?"

"He's in the Dojo room, blowing off steam, big time, Master."

Cleared Mikey.

"What happened, my son's?"

Donatello put the empty antidote bottle on the bed side table and took hold of Raphael's hand before answering his Sensei. He kept his eyes fixed on his ill brother the whole time, feeling his very heart wrench seeing Raphael in such a fragile condition.

"We had to make a deal, Sensei."

"With who, my son?"

"The Shredder."

Intervened Mikey, his tone seeping with rage. Splinters eyes widened at the knowledge of such an encounter with their enemy.

"Go on."

He said, slyly twitching his eyes half closed. Donatello sighed and continued while gently stroking his hand down the side of Raph's face. He can't die! He just can't! The purple clad ninja was highly worried.

"When we got to the apartment, it was like they were waiting there for us to arrive. Keya went to get the missing ingredient from the bathroom, when, they attacked her and cornered us. The Shredder hit Leo before throwing Keya back to us. He then, after making petty small talk, held out that small bottle,"

Donnie motioned his head at the empty tube on the nightstand.

"Told us it was the cure and that he would give it to us but at a price. The price was, he wanted to take a blood sample from both me and Mikey. Naturally, Leo told him no, but the Shredder gave us no choice. So in the end, Leo offered his blood instead of ours, but the shredder still refused. Me and Mikey didn't mind giving the sample if it meant getting the cure to save Raph, but Leo's been hacked off since."

Splinter nodded, understanding what Donatello had said, and why the young leader was in a place of solitude.

"Will Raphael, be alright?"

He asked, still highly concerned for his ill son. Donnie sighed, looking to his Sensei.

"Well, I've giving him the antidote, so, all we can do now, is wait it out and hope to GOD we're not too late!"

Splinter bowed his head before leaving the room, also praying that their luck will be in and young Raphael will be saved.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lair...

Limping toward the Dojo room, Splinter heard nothing; there was no crashing, no shouting, no sound of anything but pure silence. The elderly rat went on to the Dojo room for a browse, only to see Leonardo's Katana's embedded in the wall to the left of him, but no Leonardo.

"Where are you, my son?

Splinter muttered under his breath, thinking on the plausible places of where Leonardo could possibly be. He turned around, and walked back out of the room. When he entered the seating area, he saw Mikey and Keya had settled themselves down and were starting up a video game.

"Hey Splinter, wanna play?"

Asked the young woman, sounding quite perky and almost child-like in her youth. She was obviously confident the cure will work ... but if only she knew The Shredder.

"Donnie's in watching Raph, so me and Mikey have a little free time on our hands."

Splinter shook his head.

"No thank you, my child."

He sounded highly worried, despite his battle to uphold a calm essence.

"Have any one of you seen, Leonardo, go by here?"

Keeping his eyes on the screen, Mikey answered.

"No Sensei, last we saw of him, he went in there."

Keya paused the game quickly, so she and the young turtle could give Splinter there full focus.

"Why, is he not in there?"

"No, and I am getting very worried. His Katana's are here and he is not!"

Mikey's brain held a little red flag up when Splinter said Leo's Katana's were here, and he wasn't. It was with in an instant reaction, that the young turtle jumped to his feet and run to his leader brothers bedroom to see if his Ying an Yang blades were there.

Leonardo's Ying and Yang blades were his most precious and deadly of weaponry, and of course, his pride an joy! They were even more special to him than his perfect Katana's. The young teen had got them at the age of 10 from the ancient one as a prize reward for winning a battle tournament for the ages between 8-14.

He was so proud, as was his family, and so had his prized possession mantled within his very bedroom upon a most wonderful stand of display. However, seeing that they were gone, Michelangelo ran to tell the others.

"MASTER SPLINTER, HIS Y's ARE GONE!"

Mikey exclaimed, his tone in a panic and his expression just the same.

"Hey, what's going on? Why's Mikey shouting?"

Asked Donatello. He had came out of Splinters bedroom in wonder to what all the commotion was about after hearing the fuss in the other room.

"DONATELLO! Leonardo, is missing!"

Rasped Splinter, worry immanent. Mikey ran back in and shouted again with more worry in his voice after having just popped up in the topside warehouse.

"Err.. Guy's, mega bad news! Raph's, shell cycle is missing! And there was this note there."

"WHAT DOES IT SAY!"

Demanded Keya, only seeing Mikey's eyes freeze on the note as he managed to stutter out what it said.

"It, it just say's .... Hun!"

Hearts jolted with fear; immediately having Donatello and Splinter exchange glances to each other - knowing exactly what Leo was going to do, but more importantly, where he was going!

"RIGHT!"

Donnie snapped, once more taking form of leadership.

"Keya, watch Raph! Mikey, you come with me and saddle up. If Leo's going in there gun's blazing he's going to need back up! Master Splinter, you see if you can get him on his shell cell! We're heading for Hun's head quarters!".

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Top side, Hun's HQ...

It was about 07:31a.m, dawn had just broke and Leonardo was stalking his enemies just out side the gates of Hun's head quarters. He was like a wild animal, waiting, for the perfect time to strike. He had been completely undetected, so far, and the guards were still unaware they were being watched in contempt as they continued guarding there post.

After scouting the perimeter, the young leader had his way of getting in all worked out! Moving closer, Leonardo timed it just right in jumping over the fence and striking a guard swiftly with out any sound or detection and took the guards key card - before hiding the body in a bush.

Entering the building, he moved down the empty hall with stealth and cunning skill - taking out every camera in his path with shurikens. The young leader paused in his swift movement when hearing people talking from around the corner. Without delaye Leo slid up tight and hugged against the turning of the hall wall - hearing the voice's get closer and focused in how many people there were.

"Three!"

He muttered gruffly under his breath. Leonardo set himself up, they turned the corner and with in that second, the Leader turtle drew his blades, spun round - chopping two heads off two body's - and before the two beheaded humans had dropped to the floor, Leo had launched his blades forward - going right through the remaining guards chest.

Shaking with adrenaline, his breathing began to get heavy when looking into the guards eyes, and right now, he had never hated humans more in all his life for what they done to his family. And so it was, with a flawless growl, that he showed no mercy and ripped his arms out with force - tearing the guard to pieces.

Blood exploded up the walls, on the ground and over the Katana wielding enraged turtle. Eventually, as he calmed himself, Leo looking to the side of him and saw a table with a cloth on it. He picked that up and wiped his face, then his blades, and continued towards the elevator - still blood thirsty... but there was only one human who's blood he truly wanted right now! Only one human that would satisfy his thirst, and by God, he was going to get it!

As the elevator went up, it stopped and beeped - signalling the doors were going to open. Leo thought fast and jumped up, clutching hold of the elevator ceiling. He watched as two purple dragon gang members stepped in, laughing as it were and before long, one continued talking.

"Yeah, the boss just had word from his boss, The Shredder, about those freaks in frog costumes. He said something about getting their blood has nearly completed the plain or something like that."

Leo thought sullenly, in his head, though he was not best pleased his family was the talk of the quarters.

'Hmm interesting, I'll see where there going with this... they might lead me to Hun!'

"Cool. Oh hey, I thought they were turtle's man?"

"Yeah, the Teenage mutant ninja FREAKS!"

"HAHAHAHA..."

The young turtle narrowed his eyes as he tried to remain calm and focus, however, he did not do to well when his family was being slandered .... He was rather Raph like, in that respect.

"Yeah, I'd love to meet one of them. I'd so KICK, his ass!"

Rolling his eyes, Leo laughed to himself.

'What a joke!'

He continued listening, finding it somewhat amusing actually, that was until...

"Hey, apparently one of those freaks are meant to be dieing or something like that"

Tension began to build within the young turtle...

"Yeah, the boss stuck him with a poison. I think it's the Purple one"

"No Man, it's the red one. I remember that, 'cuz the boss said something about getting that mental NUT, hahaha hahaha"

"Really? Well I hope that things suffering! Just like he's made our boss suffer!"

The other man growled, folding his arm's abruptly.

"YEAH!, THAT AIN'T RIGHT WHAT HE DONE; BRAKING HIS KNEE CAPS LIKE THAT. God, every one of them mutant freaks should be killed! And they will be, soon enough, hahaha..."

Leonardo's blood was boiled, he just couldn't handle putting up with these humans a moment longer. With in a silent flash, he dropped down behind them and announced.

"I'll tell you what's not right boys!"

He snarled.

"YOU! YER BREATHING!"

Both humans spun round as Leo done a speeded splint kick, swiftly knocking them both to each side of the elevator's door and as fast as he had done that - he drew his blades, and shoved one right though one man's head and the other one he pinned the man to the elevators wall through his arm. The cry's were resoundingly painful as that man growled out in excruciating pain.

"AHHHH!!...."

Leonardo knelt in front of him, and spoke, holding both his tone and expression sinisterly.

"Tell me where Hun is, and I won't kill you."

The man struggled to get his words together as he winced his eyes, but eventually he spat out.

"GO TO HELL!"

Leo smirked, twisting the blade and causing the man to scream out in more agony.

"OKAY! OKAY! Please, I'll tell you!"

He shrilled, wincing his eyes and gasping his laboured breaths of torture.

"Master Hun's on the 46th floor, it's the hospitable wing. He's in the first room on the left in the privet department!"

Slowly turning the blade again, Leo barked.

"ONE MORE QUESTION!,"

He smirked slightly, seeing the human contort his face in that magnificent pain the young leader was providing.

"And believe me when I tell you it will cost you all your points! Will he have security?"

"AHHH.!!!!!. YES!"

Screamed the dragon member, not holding out on any information.

"The best way to get to him from here, with out being seen, is to stop on the 47th floor and climb down through the vents!"

The man advised. Satisfied with the information, the turtle was sly in reaching in under his belt and took a hold of a small dagger he had concealed on his person. The leader turtle leaning in to the Mans face.

"Thank you,"

He whispered, with a smirk.

"You've been most helpful!"

"Agg..."

With in a blink of an eye, Leonardo had slit the mans throat and was now watching as the life drained out of him. The purple dragon was gargling up blood while his hands gripped Leo's arms in a desperate struggle for life. The turtle, felt the humans grip slowly loosen, before he simply died, leaving a rather slick smile on Leonardo's muzzle.

Placing the dagger back under his belt, the blue clad turtle withdrew his swords from the elevators walls and set to gazing at the floor numbers. He was on floor 41. Leonardo hit the emergency stop button on the 45th floor, then spun his blades by the handles before he sheathed them away and headed up the elevator vent.

~WARNING! WARNING! INTRUDER ALERT! REPEAT, INTRUDER ALERT!~

As Leo made his way through the vents that very loud alarm screeched out - merely having the turtle snort and rolled his eyes in a little annoyance.

"Better late than never I suppose."

Leo sniggered as the alarm continued sounding it's pathetic warning aloud. Eventually, he reached his destination point. Sneering through the vent shaft, he saw a long corridor and a heavily guarded door to the left.

"First door to the left... alright purple dragon, dude! He must have believed me when I said I'd let him go?"

Leo shrugged, considering that possibility and narrowed his eyes at the door he needed to be on the other side of.

"Muh.... Cant do nothing about it now, he's dead, and speaking of dead, I've got to get in that room!"

As Leo was pondering on a way to get past those guards with out too much trouble - it was like the god's were on his side! A nurse ran past the vent causing him to wince back slightly, so as not to have them catch him by some freak chance of someone seeing him through the vents.

"Guys, we got trouble!"

She announced, frantically.

"The guards in the courtyard have seen sighting's of those turtle creatures, there losing men left, right, and centre out there. They need your help. Go, I'll keep an eye on Master Hun! GO NOW"

Leo smiled as he heard the news and prepared himself for the pleasure he was about to enjoy.

"Alright, Donnie and Mikey!"

He gave a proud approval.

"Be careful, guys."

The guards all ran to the courtyard and the nurse went in to the second door on the right to check on another patient.... Perfect!. Leonardo worked fast! He kicked the shaft open swiftly and jumped through and run to Huns door. Slowly, yet silently, he opened it and made his way in where he then shut the door with out making a sound and locked it.

'It was all too easy.'

Leo thought to himself, with a dark sinister smile on his face as he stood by the door. He could hear, apart from the alarm out side, a constant beeping sound in side the room he was in. The young turtle looked to where the noise was coming from, within the room, seeing a machine next to a bed with curtains round it. The turtle knew of the sound of that machine.... It was a life support operator, and he had seen it in motion far to many times with his brothers.... Funny enough, mainly on Raph.

"Who's there?"

Came a rough familiar voice from behind the curtains. The vengeful turtle fixed his eyes narrow towards the voice, instantly, feeling anger began to rise. Looking to every socket, Leo switched off the main plug - causing the machine to stop working and any other electrical equipment with in the room.

"Who's there!"

The voice spoke again, only this time, had an ounce of fear in it. Leo looked to the corners of the ceiling and throw shurikens at the cameras. The man was instantly startled as he looked to the cameras when they blew up and his breathing only got faster.

"Your, Worst, Nightmare!"

Slowly sneered a harsh, ominous voice. The turtle stepped towards the curtains - allowing a dramatic shadow of himself slowly form. Hun's eyes widened in fear of what he couldn't believe he was seeing and his mouth fell dry as he bang to panic.

"Wha..., What.. What are you doing here!?!? How did, did you get in here!?!?"

Leo continued talking from behind the curtains, loving every second of Hun's stuttering speech and frantic breathing - it was like music to his ears.

"I think we both know why I'm here, Hun."

He said softly, yet held a rather twisted tone about it.

"And how I got in? Well... Lets just say, you need tighter security."

"How's your brother?"

Quickly gasped the male human, not caring what they talk about but as long as it wasn't him, that was all that mattered! He needed to distract the turtle long enough for people to realise he was in there with him. However, ignoring Hun's question, Leo continued talking as though the male human had not.

"Now, what should I do?"

He asked.

"How does one kill a thing of no honour or respect for itself?"

Hun spoke, in a nervous voice still trying to change the subject of himself.

"No ....I'm serious, I really want to know."

Drawing his blades out slowly, Hun swallowed the large lump in his throat as he watched Leonardo stepped closer. He had never felt so helpless in all his life! And here he was, at the mercy of his most hated enemy. Leonardo, swiftly winced his blades through the curtains and shredded them down, revealing Hun to him, and himself to Hun.

"Curtains around a bed is so over rated! Don't you think?"

He asked, with an outstanding ominous aura about him. Hun continued staring at the unstable looking turtle, having his eyes so fixed on him every thing else was turning black. He was getting tunnel vision.

"So is he dead yet?"

"What!?"

Snapped Leo. Hun spoke again, having his breathing follow in harsh puffs.

"Your brother Rapha--"

"DON'T YOU DARE, SAY HIS NAME!"

Leo roared his warning, instantly having his blade's tip right on Hun's forehead. He growled at the man, while restraining himself to simply not shove those blades through the mans head! He didn't want to give Hun such a quick death! NO! He didn't deserve that. Narrowing his eyes in pure hatred as a notion entered Leo's head, he snarled in a low hellish tone.

"Scum like you shouldn't have the privilege of speech!"

Stopping dead in his sentence, the turtle gave Hun a look that sent nothing but the most violent and chilling of shivers down his spine.

"In fact,"

Whispered the mutant, tilting his head ever so slightly and giving a most twisted smile. Hun started sweating and puffing his breaths, his face flushed as his body fell from hot to cold in a quick repeating motion. Leo looked to all the drugs by the side of Huns bed and lulled.

"Hmm... I wonder what we have here on Hun's big old goodie bag of, fun, drugs and toys?"

He asked, as he relinquished his blade from Hun's forehead. Leo sheathed his swords and crept over to the table, picking up each bottle one by one. He was reading them in his head while Hun was gasping and trying to calm himself.

"Don't waste your energy."

Warned Leo, not taking his eyes off the pills as he sensed Hun trying to reach slyly for his security tag. The human felt utterly helpless to the mercy of this suddenly psychotic - normally well balanced - turtle. Leonardo stopped reading ,once he found a drag he could use and have some fun with first. He looked to Hun, and allowed a very sinister smile to appear on his face as he read out the bottle's name.

"Anaesthetic."

Hun chocked back a fearful lump that had lodged itself in his throat.

"Now,"

Leo spoke, sounding innocent but still so very twisted.

"I wonder what will happen if I stick this in your throat?"

"No Please..."

Hun jerked slightly, pleading and begging in sorrow.

"Shall we find out?"

Asked Leo. Looking at the turtle's face, Hun was setting in for a panic attack as he spat fearfully.

"You've lost it, you've gone mad!!... Please don't.. Leona--"

"SHUT UP!"

Growled Leo, giving Hun a swift punch in the jaw and instantly getting the desired silence he wanted. The blue clad turtle leaned in to the human and whispered into his ear in a dark whisper.

"Now take your medicine, like a good little boy."

Hun shook his head.

"No, PLEASE,"

He begged.

"Don't do this! Please!! I won't go near you or your family again, I'll.. Leave and, and I'll never come back! Please have mercy."

Hun begged, whimpered and whined as the turtle set about strapping both of his arms to the bed while smiling and humming a merry nameless tune as he done it - completely ignoring the mans pleas.

Hun continued begging Leonardo as he slowly picked up a big needle and filled it with the Anaesthetic. Turning to Hun, the young one leaned forward - looking Hun dead in the eye - after he had listened to the humans whining long enough.

"You should have thought of all that,"

He snarled lowly, holding the needle up close to Hun face.

"Before you attacked my family and poisoned, MY BROTHER!"

"Please, I'm sorry, Please don't--"

"AHH! shut up!"

Leo jammed the needle in Huns neck, roughly, and squeezed out every drop of liquid inside the syringe. Sudden snippets of seeing he brother Raphael lying motionless in Splinters bed, flickered before Leo's eyes and it only enraged him more. He yanked the needle out, gritting his teeth hard, while snarling.

"How does it feel to have a needle shoved in, YOU!?!?!"

Hun helplessly laid back in submission as his throat numbed. Crawling under his skin, the Anaesthetic made its way up past his mouth and down his neck - just to his collarbone, numbing his shoulders as well as his face and neck.

Leonardo sat on the side of the bed, with a long calming sigh as he waited for the effect of the drug to kick in to the full.... After all, Leo didn't want his victim to pass out on his now... did he?. Eventually, the young turtle teen pulled out his dagger - automatically attracting Hun's attention. Leonardo gazed at his small blade a few moments before having Hun's eyes wince and flicker as Leo averted his sights to him.

"Now,"

He gruffly whispered, sending more chills of utter fear down Hun's spine.

"Lets get that tongue out, shell we?"

Hun's eyes widened as he groaned a weak moan of protest, while Leonardo straddled him.

"Open wide."

Said Leo, moving the blade closer & closer and completely ignoring the humans sobbing cries. Hun tried to struggle, but in his efforts only had the turtle hold him more forcefully - and in his weaken state, he was simply no match for the young one.

Tears filled Hun's eyes as he shrieked and squealed while Leonardo began a jagged Saw like motion, cutting the tongue out from Hun's mouth. Blood flooded out like a red wined river. After, Leonardo smirked, holding Hun's tongue in the palm of his hand and threw it over his shoulder with a shrug.

"Ahh, you didn't need that anyway."

He sighed, relaxing back slightly on Hun's busted legs. The human rolled his eyes in powerful pain, while the sadistic teen chuckled to himself, watching such facial expressions contort and marry on his enemy's face.

"Now, I have a question to ask,"

Calmly said Leo.

"You see, the thing I don't get, is why you and shredder seem so dead set on destroying me an my family?"

The turtle shrugged, still holding that twisted calmness about him.

"It just bugs me is all, and I kinder wanna know."

After several seconds, Leo ridged his brow, staring at the pale drained human before him and began tapping his knee pads with his finger tips still waiting for an answer.

"Hmmmm, the silence type, eh?"

He muttered, sarcastically, before scratching his head and laughed.

"Oh,"

He lightly patted his wide smiling mouth with his hand.

"Maybe I should have asked you that question before I cut ya tongue out, huh?"

Hun just sat there, growing groggier looking by the second, gargling, and chocking as his eye sight began to fade and the river flow of blood slowed.

"What's ah matter?"

Snorted the blue clad ninja.

"TURTLE, cut yer tongue? Hahahahaha..."

Leo laughed sadistically and also gave Hun a sucker punch in the shoulder.

"Ahh.. Learn to laugh, man, where's your sense of humour? I found that funny."

The young teen shook his head softly before his smile faded as he watch Hun begin choking on his blood more violently and his eyes roll in his head. The humans face had slowly turned pale as Leo was taking and he was ready to die.

Hun softly closed his eyes but instantly opening them again as Leonardo grabbed him by the shirts collar and shook him violently, shouting with aggression.

"HEY, I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU YET!!!"

Leo let go of Hun and his eyes remained fearfully fixed on Leonardo. The turtle give Hun a sinister smile as he stood up straight on his knees, still in that straddling position to the man, with his knees on both sides of the humans hips.

"This is for, Raphael!"

Sneered Leo, with a very slight twitch of his right hand. Hun's eyes widened as a knock come to his door.

"Hello, excuse me, Mr. Hun? You okay in there?"

He looked to the door, gagging his silent cry's for help and taking his eyes off the turtle for a second. With out a moment's thought, there was the resounded crack of ribs. Huns body jolted as he felt pain in his chest like he had never felt before.

Swiftly fixing his sights to his immense pain filled chest, Hun's eyes widened when seeing Leonardo's hand was buried deep inside it. Utterly shock driven, Hun looked the mutant dead in his wicked eyes - now knowing his time was up for sure. Leo leaned forward, sneering.

"I want to see what colour your heart truly is!"

The growl was so full of hate, and pure resentment for the man before him. Hun watched as the ninja turtle ripped his heart from his chest, and with out delay, his eyes shut instantaneously, having immediate death. Leo held Hun's heart in the palm of his powerful hand while examining it momentarily before he took his dagger from his belt and forcefully pinned Hun's heart to the wall above his head.

"Sweet Dreams!"

The blue clad turtle blew an air kiss of death to the corpse, feeling somewhat better now knowing Hun was no longer alive. After Leonardo had slowed his breathing down, he looked at the mess of Hun's body and he knew what he had just done was wrong, but it made a dead weight lift from his mind and he did in fact feel better knowing that was one villain his family was now safe from.

~Bang, Bang~

Leo's attention shot to the door after hearing voices and the abrupt hammer against the door.

"Hello, Mr. Hun, are you alright?.... There's no answer... get security, get them to brake the door down! NOW."

Leo got off the mutilated body of Hun, and flipped his shell cell open. He turned it on quickly hearing the shell cell report.

'You have 11 missed calls'

"Wow, that's not good"

Leo chuckling slightly under his breath before he pushed speed dial and it transmitted right through.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Donnie."

"LEO!.. Where are you!?!? Mikey, Keya, Splinter and I are worried sick!!"

"Whoa, calm down. Don, where are you?"

"Me and Mikey, are heading back to the lair now."

"Okay, I'm on my way back home right now, so I'll see you there."

"Leo wait, where are you, where'd you go?"

~BANG!~

"Later Donnie, I've got to go, I'll be right there."

Leo hung up the cell and headed towards the window, quickly planning his escape. Looking down, there was a balcony just two floors down. The turtle jumped to it, then took his belt off, and threw it over a thick cable wire leading out of the head quarters and on to the streets. He used it as a zip line.

Once Leonardo landed, he headed for the shell cycle, and starting it up. Not two seconds more, and he heard a very loud scream coming for the building he just left - having a twisted smirk play with his wide mouth.

"Nice!"

He muttered, before taking off on his brothers bike. The shell cycle spun a wheelie and Leo set off home, however, he stopped at a river first, to clean himself up.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10 minuets later. Lair; Seating area...

As the lair wall doors opened, Leonardo walked in, seeing Donatello, Master Splinter and Michelangelo, standing in a row of that order at the bottom of the steps. They did not look to happy. The blue clad turtle took in a slow, quiet, deep breath of courage, and made his way towards them.

"Leonardo, where did you go, my son?"

Master Splinter began. Obviously worry was with in all of them, however, Splinter knew what it was his young leader had just done. Leo looked up at their faces as he kneeled before them.

"I think you already know the answer, father."

He said thoughtfully, though he had the decency to look a little sorry. Mikey stepped forward, making his assumptions known.

"Ya got that right, DUDE!"

Donatello shook his head, walking toward Leonardo also and stopped as he folded his arms.

"Leo, what the HELL were you thinking?"

The elder brother looked to Splinters bedroom, before averting his eyes to the floor. He was unable to prevent his vision from blurring as tears began to fill his eyes.

"I'm sorry, Donnie... I--"

"Leonardo."

Interjected Splinter. Mikey and Donnie stepped back, allowing Splinter to advance forward and place his hand on Leo's shoulder.

"My son, I am always saying to you to do what your heart tells you to do, and, I believe that this morning, you done exactly that!"

Admitted Splinter, his tone was full of understanding and his natural calmness was polished right there. The young leader turtle slowly lifting his head, to gaze up at his Masters face, as he continued talking.

"However, I must say your actions were rash and irresponsible. I may lose one son, Leonardo, please don't make me lose two."

Mikey and Donnie hung there heads down, as Splinter spoke that just then. When he had said that last part, the elderly rats eyes could not deny the tears that screamed to be free as the glazed them once more. He was so dreadfully worried for his boy. Leonardo got up, quickly, to embrace his Master in a comforting hug.

"I'm sorry father, I didn't mean to scare you. I was just so angry, I had to make the pain stop. I'm Sorry!"

Leo admitted and soon felt his Sensei's arms tighten in the hug.

"I love you all so very, very much!"

Softly whispered the young leader. Although Master Splinter felt Leonard's actions were wrong and not that well thought through, he understood in wanting to get revenge for his brother, as he has wanted to get revenge for his Master, Sensei Yoshi.

Mikey's eyes had long since filled with tears at the wonderful display of affection between his brother & father and the youngest of the ninjas couldn't resist in joining them. Slouching his shoulders and giving out a moan, to be discreet about how much his heart was fluttering right now, the orange clad turtle embraced his leader brother.

"Aww Leo, yer big melon head, come here! Talk about 100% on the sapo meter."

He snorted. And soon enough, both younger turtles were quick to hug both Leonardo and Master Splinter as they held still a moment - all needing a hug as much as the next one right now. They eventually released there embrace, offering kind smile's in regarding each other.

"How's Raph, doing?"

Leo questioned, still holding concern and worry in his voice for his little red clad sibling.

"Keya's, in watching him,"

Answered Donnie.

"There's been no change yet, but the good news is, he's not got worst or vomited in a while, so I think were on a winner here."

Master Splinter looked to them all after having much thought about how much that new female has helped them out in the short time of knowing them.

"Speaking of Keya, kneel my son's."

He said gently. The boys all kneeled eagerly awaiting to hear what their sensei had to say.

"Since Keyanna is going to be with us for quite some time, what would you say if I was to offer to teach her the art of Ninjutsu?"

The turtles all regarded each, other with smile's and muttering sounds of enthusiasm.

"That's a great idea, Sensei!"

Replied Donatello, grinning happily with the suggestion.

"Yeah!"

Mikey said, as he sprung up and somersaulted in the air landing next to Splinter in a finish up pose - grinning his wide toothy smile. Leo chuckled, as he stood up.

"Then it's settled,"

He said, with a soft smile and a nod to the team.

"Her training will begin tomorrow in the Dojo room. If she accepts our proposal."

Mikey and Donnie high three'd each other, before running over to the TVs to play one of the orange clad ninjas video games since they had the free time. Splinter, headed to the meditation room to reflect on past events and Leo had retreated to his bedroom to put his Ying an Yang Swords back to their rightful place. Afterwards, he went to the Dojo room and recovered his Katana's, before joining Master Splinter in meditation.

2 hours had past, and all was still.

"What is it, Master Splinter?"

Leonardo questioned, with his eyes still closed and sensing his fathers self taking a stand.

"It is time for you and your brother's to have a small practice session, my son."

Responded the old rat. Leo bowed his head, before opening his eyes.

"Yes, Sensei."

Walking towards the Dojo room, Splinter shouted, regarding his other two son's by the TV's.

"Donatello. Michelangelo. Come, now."

The two promptly dropped there control pads, and followed Splinter into the Dojo room. Standing in front of only three sons, the elderly rats heart ached. Nevertheless, he took a deep breath and cleared his thoughts.

"BEGIN!"

Splinter commanded, having the turtle follow his orders.

"Front kick!"

"(HIYA!)"

"SPLINT KICK!"

"(HIYA!)" "(HIYA!)"

"ROUND HOUSE TUCK UPPERCUT!"

"(HIYA!)"

"AGAIN!"

"(HIYA!)" "(HIYA!)".

Splinter continued shouting the commands of routine - watching his son's slowly begin to tire over the hours. Their breathing raced and body's sweat and after 3 hour's, he ended the session and the three turtles hit the showers.
