8: The Destruction Of Ocha Island (Part One)

"Oh big birdie, where are you!" yells Tamaki as she jumps from tree to tree looking through the leaves. "Woah!" Tamaki trips on a branch and falls. "Ow, my arse!" Tamaki gets up and tries to pat off most of the dirt on her arse. "Man, I better find this birdie." Tamaki begins running up Ocha Mountain screaming at the top of her lungs.

. . .

"Man, I can't believe we got stuck on patrol duty first!" whines Snow as he, Shuji, Hammy, and Keiji-Sensei set up in a tree to keep watch.

"Keiji-Sensei! I see a boat with a sketchy dude on it!" whisper-yells Shuji.

"Wait for him to get on shore, then we'll get 'em," says Keiji-Sensei as he holds the charm on his necklace. "Isamu, your honey needs you."

POOF

"Your hubby is here," coos Isamu as he is found in his human form in Keiji's arms.

Isamu's human form has wavy magenta hair and is accompanied by golden eyes. He's also seen wearing a dark red yukata.

"I hate you," mumbles Keiji. "Why are you in your human form?"

"I don't know, I meant to come in my normal form, whoops," says Isamu.

"Change back," grunts Keiji.

"I can't, you have to send me back first," says Isamu.

"No, I don't, you always leave on your own, now leave and come back," sternly says Keiji.

"I can only leave on my own when in normal form," says Isamu with a smirk. "Besides, what's the deal anyway? I can fight just as well in my human form."

"I didn't summon you to fight, I summoned you to slither away undetected to give Akira a message!" whisper-yells Keiji. "Ya know what, never mind. We can take on this sketchy dude without the girls anyways."

The three young boys just stare at the two in confusion.

"You shouldn't be so cocky Keiji, you could possibly-" Isamu is cut off as he is dropped by Keiji. Isamu grabs a branch swings himself onto another to watch Keiji and the boys get the jump on the sketchy dude. "Tch, he didn't have to drop me without warning." Isamu's eyes twitch as he senses danger.

. . .

"Big birdie!" screams Tamaki as she comes to a stop in front of a cave. "Come on out!"

"Shut up girl," yells a deep, raspy voice from the cave.

"Is that you big birdie?" yells back Tamaki.

"I said... Shut up!" yells the voice from the cave, causing wind to blow pass Tamaki.

"That's not very nice ya know!" replies Tamaki with a yell.

"Yelling isn't either," mumbles a giant heron as he flies out pass Tamaki quickly, causing her to stumble back a little. The giant heron then lands in front of Tamaki.

Regaining her balance, Tamaki says, "Hi Mr. Bird! My name's Tamaki! Wanna be my animal contract?"

"Absolutely not!" scoffs the giant heron. "What kind of question is that girl? I despise humans such as yourself! Leave before I devour your scrawny small body."

"I know you hate humans, which is why you wouldn't eat me. You wouldn't dare to touch a filthy human such as me, let alone eat me," states Tamaki.

"Stop challenging me," grunts the giant heron.

"So Mr. Bird, be my animal contract!" exclaims Tamaki.

"Stop calling me Mr. Bird, and no, I will never serve another human as long as I live."

"Come on Mr. Bird! Why not?"

"Like I said before, I hate humans. Now leave!" yells the giant heron.

"Hmph! No! Mr. Bird, I hope you know I'm stubborn, and I won't give up!" exclaims Tamaki with a grin.

Tamaki pulls a chocolate bar out of her pocket and opens it. "Here!"

"What?" questions the large heron.

"Have it! It's my offering to you Mr. Bird!"

The large heron looks at Tamaki as she holds out a chocolate bar.

"No, it's obviously poisoned," scoffs the large heron.

"Nu-uh!" denies Tamaki. "Here, let me-"

BOOM

"Huh?" mumbles Tamaki as she looks in the direction from which the loud explosion came from. She sees a large mushroom cloud slowly dispersing away. "Oh no! That's in the direction of my friends!" Tamaki turns back to face the large heron. "I will continue this later, I must go protect my friends!" And with that, Tamaki runs in the direction of the explosion.

"Uh... She's...a weird one," mumbles the big bird as he watches the young girl run towards her friends.

. . .

"Just as I suspected," mumbles Isamu as he places Keiji, Snow, Shuji, and Hamura safely on the ground. "The sketchy dude was not a 'dude,' but gunpowder that was held together by a person's spiritual wave. Honestly Keiji, I told you not to be so cocky."

"And I told you that I hated you," chuckles Keiji.

"Heh, enough of that, we need to locate the enemy before the enemy locates us," states Isamu.

"Kinda too late for that," scoffs a male with gray eyes and black, messy hair.

He's also wearing a black cloak and has a red teardrop under his left eye.

"Who's that Keiji-Sensei?" asks Snow.

"He looks as if he hasn't slept for weeks, maybe months," states Hamura.

"He seems to be apart of whatever organization that Rain and Fuji are apart of," says Keiji.

"It's rude to talk about someone behind their back," smiles the black-haired male.

"What... how can he-" Shuji is cut off.

"Hear you? Well, I may be blind, but my sense of hearing is extremely well," says the black haired male.

"Who are you, and what's the meaning of this?" questions Keiji-Sensei as he pulls out a kunai.

"Who am I? I am Buryuri. I come from the Namida Organization to destroy this island," introduces Buryuri.

"But why?" yells Keiji. "There's no point in destroying this island! The people here are innocent! Leave now because you're not going to be able to destroy this island!"

"Says who?" questions Buryuri.

"Us Shizen Shinobis, now leave while you still can," sternly says Keiji.

"You Shinobi should be the ones leaving, how about I give you guys half an hour to get yourselves and the people on this island out of here before I blow it to smithereens," says Buryuri.

"Are you trying to make a deal with us? How pathetic," scoffs Keiji.

"You should take it because everyone will end up dying if you don't," grins Buryuri.

"He pisses me off more than you do, Keiji," mumbles Isamu.

"Same here," replies Keiji.

"I'm glad that we can agree on such matters," grins Isamu.

"Can we agree on taking down this little punk?" asks Keiji as he grips his kunai.

"Of course, now you kids stay back and let honey and I handle this guy," agrees Isamu.

"Shuji, since you're the agiler one of the three, find Akira and the girls. Fill in Akira and have her instruct the girls on what to do, and have her come here," instructs Keiji-Sensei.

"No need," says a familiar female voice as she drops in next to Keiji. "I sent Tamit, Kichi, and Hiori to help the villagers get to safety."

"Two steps ahead of me as always, great job Akira," says Keiji with a smile.

"And I see Isamu has taken his human form for this battle," notes Akira as she glances at Isamu.

"It was an accident, but no matter, I can still help," grins Isamu.

"In that case, let me summon Haru," says Akira as she holds her right earring.

POOF

"It's great to make your acquaintance Miss Akira," greets a short male with grey mouse ears, and light brown eyes. He is also wearing a brown yukata. "Hello Keiji, and... Isamu."

"Haru..." mumbles Isamu as his cheeks turn a shade of pink. Isamu shakes his head. "That dude over there is blind but has a great sense of hearing. His name is Buryuri, and is apparently a part of the Namida Organization, which most likely contains..." Isamu looks to Keiji to finish his summary.

"Which most likely contains Amaya who now goes by Rain, and Fuji Nakamura," finishes Keiji.

Haru and Akira say, "Ah," and nod.

"They are in fact in the Namida Organization with me," states Buryuri.

"Snow, Shuji, Hamura, help the girls, now go," instructs Keiji-Sensei.

"Yes Sensei!" yells the three as they run into the village to assist the others.

"Heh, no matter, all will perish before my eyes," says Buryuri. "Just to make things easier for you four, I have the ability to manipulate very small items such as gunpowder, ants, and sand. If I have better control of my spiritual wave, then I can manipulate small weapons such as kunai." Buryuri moves his hand up in the direction of Keiji and pulls his kunai away from him to catch the kunai. "It's a good thing I can control my spiritual wave very well, well enough to even manipulate trees."

A large palm tree comes flying towards the group. Isamu elbows the trunk of the tree, causing the tree to fly back.

"Hm?" mumbles Buryuri as he manipulates the kunai in his hand to fly towards Isamu's stomach.

Isamu doesn't flinch when a kunai bounces off his stomach.

"You can try to pierce through my skin all day, but we'd be here for years. As a snake summon, one of my abilities is to strengthen my scales," explains Isamu as he pulls open his yukata a little to show his stomach covered in scales. The scales then revert to human skin, and Isamu closes his yukata back.

"Oh, I'll have fun with you then," says Buryuri as he quickly moves his right hand to trap Akira, Haru, and Keiji in a cage made of compacted sand. Buryuri then manipulates more sand to throw Isamu into a nearby palm tree.

"What the hell!" yells Keiji as he tries to kick the sand away. "The sand is as hard as a rock."

"Of course, I have to keep you three away from interfering in my fun," laughs Buryuri.

Isamu runs at Buryuri, dodging sand, and kicks him into the water. Buryuri stands up in the water with a huge grin.

"You really are a sly snake," begins Buryuri. "I'm surprised that you haven't tried to use your venom on me, or perhaps... you can't create venom."

"Shut up," snaps Isamu.

Buryuri swings his right arm around, causing Isamu's distracted state to be thrown into the sand.

"Ooo, did I burst a button or two?" questions Buryuri with an evil grin.

"Just use your venom on him Isamu!" screams Keiji.

"I vowed to never do so!" yells back Isamu as he gets back up and runs at Buryuri.

Keiji, Akira, and Haru watch Isamu throw punches at Buryuri while Buryuri does the same. Isamu and Buryuri both dodge each other's attacks, Isamu being sloppy while Buryuri is swift.

"At this rate, Isamu may get tired and end up going back to the summon's realm, accidentally leaving us to possibly die," says Keiji. "We need to come up with a plan."

"It's no use, Haru tried to bite through the bars of compacted sand, but his teeth aren't strong enough to even make a dent," states Akira.

"Akira, are you able to summon Celia, and have her send a powerful typhoon to erode the cage's sandbars?" questions Haru.

"Yes, but Celia's typhoons are so powerful that she may end up taking out the village too," explains Akira with a frown.

"Guys, is it just me, or is the cage getting smaller?" questions Keiji as the three notice the cage eating away at itself, causing it to become smaller.

"Oh no, the cage really is becoming smaller!" gasps Akira.

Keiji slaps the ground, causing a pillar of stone to rise up quickly between him and Akira. The stone pillar clashes with cage, causing it to stop growing smaller; however, the strength of both of these items cancel out each other. This means that the cage will not shrink, but it will not be thrown off easily.

"Damn!" says Keiji as he grits his teeth. "What are we going to do?"
