-Castle Town

3rd POV.
Naofumi and Raphtalia, along with the castle guards and few villagers stood against the Undead and bug Wave monsters. When suddenly, a blue blaster bolt flew and hit one undead soldier in the head. As it fell back dead, which surprised everyone before they looked. And saw a certain black armored Arc Trooper running towards the monsters while he continued to fire away. Killing one monster after another, allowing the others to regain their composer. As they joined fight again, while Naofumi and Raphtalia wondered who the Arc Trooper was.
  Who was now surrounded by a large number of undead. Which made Midnight holster his twin blasters. Before summoning his Z-6 rotary blaster cannon, that he used to gun down them all. Before taking down a giant undead soldier on his own while arrows bounced off his armor like they were nothing. All in which the Shield Hero and his Demi-Human partner saw in amazement. Before they continued to deal with the monsters of the Wave along with the Arc Trooper. Who added and covered them until the last enemy was delt with.

Ian/Midnight's POV
Once the Wave was over, I looked around and spotted the Shield Hero. Who was with what looked like a raccoon girl, as I then my way to them. "Hey look, it's the Arc Hero" "whoa" said a couple villagers. As this gained the Shield Hero and his companion's attention before looking at me. As I now stood in front of them, before taking off my helmet. "You must be the Shield Hero, name's Midnight, the Arc Trooper Hero I guess" I informed. "Arc Trooper Hero?" the Shield Hero questioned, "master, he must be the fifth hero. One  dressed in unusual black armor, while having weapons that blue fire bolts. As he fought for all races from evil like a soldier" the Raccoon girl informed him. "Really?" the Shield Hero questioned in surprise before looking at me.
"Affirmative, plus the queen sends her regards, me and her believe you in regards to your...situation. I regret that being there to give you aid, but I literally a day or two afterwards....luckly I've been trying to spread the good word about you during my week here" I informed. While he spotted an angry yet surprised expression.
"Look, I get you don't trust me, hell we just met. But I am on your side and here to help, this is my second chance of things. Let me prove to you that you're not alone in fight" I added. Which surprised the raccoon girl as the Shield Hero looked at me and sighed. "Whatever, if so the don't get in my way" he replied as I nodded "you got it,  by the way, what are your names?" I asked. "I'm Raphtalia, and this master Naofumi" Raphtalia happily answered. As I smiled and nodded in response when suddenly the guards told us that the king had summoned as to reward us for saving the people. As I remember what the queen told me about him amd how for some reason has it out for the Shield Hero. "Alright, but he better not try anything" I said to the guards. Unaware that Naofumi and Raphtalia looked at me in surprise at what I said. Before putting my helmet on and headed off to the castle in my own after telling the two that I will meet them there.
When I finally did make it to the castle it was a party as most of the eyes were on me. Including the other heroes, which made me uncomfortable. As I took off my helmet again plasted under my left arm and grabbed a cup of wine. Before I took my spot in the corner while looking on at everyone carried on. As I then noticed Naofumi and Raphtalia here. Before listening to and watching everyone mingle.
But all hell broke loose when the spear hero accused Naofumi of enslaving Raphtalia. As I then stepped between them, "now, now, none of that, Naofumi is not involved with slavery, Raphtalia as his companion. I vogue for him" I said.

3rd POV.
Raphtalia and Naofumi looked on at Ian/Midnight in surprise. Along with everyone else as they have heard of him and his deeds. While being in awe that Midnight was on Naofumi side. As the Arc Trooper turned to him and Raphtalia, "I think it's best to leave" he said as the two nodded. Before they could leave, Raphtalia was grabbed by one of the guards while Naofumi was stopped by another.
This would not stand for Ian/Midnight as he was about to draw one of his blasters. But was stopped by one of the Queen's spies, to which Naofumi noticed.  As  Ian/Midnight soon found himself in the crowd away from the two other heroes. And as the duel commenced, with Naofumi gaining the upper hand. Untile Ian/Midnight saw that the red headed girl that started all of this. Cheated when she interfered with wind magic, which made Arc Hero stand up in disgust. As he and the other heroes made their way down when the duel was over. As the three confronted the Spear Hero and King about it.
Before Ian/Midnight looked over at Raphtalia and Naofumi. And went over to them after they had their moment together. As he offered his hand to Naofumi who looked at him for a moment before taking it and was helped up. "Like I said, I believe you, and I am on your side" he said to the two as they smiled and nodded. While wondering on who he really is as a whole

Mini Timeskip

-Castle Town

Ian/Midnight's POV.
After the whole duel incident and with me and the other heroes getting paid by the kind. Who I want to put a blaster bolt in, I found myself a slave trader tent with Naofumi and Raphtalia. Who were doing their own thing at the moment while I was looking around. Until I found a certain Lepi from a star wars show I watched.

"Lop?..." I questioned while taking off my helmet as she looked up at me before her eyes widened in surprise. "A clone?" She whispered before the salver came with the others. "How much for her?" I quickly asked without looking at him. "Ah I see you have good tastes, for her, 50 pieces of silver" he replied. As I quickly gave him the money before Lop was released. "Why is she so much?" Naofumi asked "because she is not from around here, and she was carrying these" The slaver replied. While showing Lop's Lightsaber and deactivated but intact droid. Which I took from him, "what are they?" Raphtalia and Naofumi asked in unison as the slaver shrugged. "I'll tell you both later, oh and cane you take that slave mark off her? She's a free woman now" I asked. Which surprised them all as the Slaver complied and did as he was asked.
Once it was done, Lop rubbed her chest before she noticed me offer her lightsaber and droid. To which she was surprised by before hesitantly taking them. "Th-thank you" she said I smiled and nodded. While I noticed a box of eggs nearby as I headed over to it. "Ah you have a good eye, but an egg amd with a chance of winning a dragon"  the slaver informed. Surprising me and the others a they joined me, "hmm, alright, I'll take that chance. I'll take the green spotted one please" I replied. As the slaver smiled while I paid him and got the egg.
With that I told Naofumi and Raphtalia that I will see them again later. Before leaving with my egg in hand while noticing that Lop was fallowing me. "Please, let me join you, I...I have nowhere else to go" she said. "Are your sure? you will have to fight along side me" I replied. "Yes, more than anything, you saved me from slavery, just like in the stories" Lop eagerly added. As I smiled, "then welcome aboard..." I included, "Lop, my name is Lop" she informed me with determination.
while I was wondering about the stories she mentioned. But that was a questioned for another time, as we both headed off and soon found an in where we shared a room. As I had Lop sleep on the bed, while placing the egg on a cushion on the table. Before I rested in the couch.
And as I awoke the next day, I saw that the egg was hatching. When the creature finally broke through, I was surprised to see what it was.

"It's a Boga..." I said in wonder of how it came to this world. As it looked at me and hootted at me while bobbing it's head. "Why this has gotten more interesting by the second" I remarked with a smile while petting the baby Boga as it purred.  When suddenly Lop woke up with her droid with a bad case of bed head. "I'm up, I'm up *yawn" she said as I chuckled in response at her, with the baby Boga chirping at her a well.
