Vineet leaves for his room, making sure that Ruhana is comfortable. She assures him that she is fine and he smiles at her. He leaves the room and she keeps smearing Anamika's head. She is thankful to god for making her meet her sister, and here she's with Anamika.

Maybe, she was so close to death, that she didn't imagine meeting her sister. But she's safe, and that's the most important thing. Soon, darkness engulfs her in it's embrace.

On the other hand, Vineet is happy. He's glad to see Anamika happy. And Ruhana! He feels some connect with her. He could feel her pain when she winced seeing the sketch. She held his hand tightly when she felt her head spinning. And all this while, his heart winced seeing her condition. She must be 25 years old, and she has suffered so much. Maybe that man tried to assault her physically. And that's the reason she got scared. He needs to talk to Ruhana, but only when she feels better. He can't ask her questions and push her into the same hell. With all such thoughts, he slept off.

Next Morning, Vineet woke up to a delicious aroma. He freshens up and moves out of the room and finds Ruhana in the kitchen.

"Aapko aaram karna chahiye, Ruhana ji. Ye kitchen ka kaam maid dekh legi." he says.

"Ab breakfast toh ready hai, Dost. Tum ready ho jao." Anamika says.

"Maine zyada exertion bhi nahi kiya. Anu ne meri madad ki." Ruhana says.

"phir bhi. Aap abhi puri tarah thik nahi hui hain. Main nahi chahta ki aapko aur koi takleef ho." he says.

Ruhana smiles. She knows he's caring for her. He's her doctor. And she should obey him. She looks at him.

"I'm sorry. Lekin main bore ho gayi thi. Toh socha ki kuch madad kardun. Isliye nashta bana diya. Aap ready ho jaiye." she says.

He nods. He cannot down her spirits. It's good that she wishes to work. And she should do different things, so that she may recover soon. He thanks her and moves to freshen up. She also moves to take a shower, she knows he won't leave until she takes her medicine.

A while later, the three of them gathered on the dining table. Ruhana serves him the food. She prepared Upma along with sandwiches and coffee. Anamika glances at Vineet.

"Kha lo. Meri Di khana bahut tasty banati hain. Aapko bhi acha lagega" She says.

"I know. The aroma is delicious. Par tumhari behen ko exertion nahi karna. " he says with a smile.

"Anamika khayal rakhegi. Tum jao hospital." Anamika says.

Vineet gazes at her.

"I believe you." he says while making her chuckle.

"Karna hi padega tumko. Nahi toh tumko bhari padega." Anamika looks at her.

Ruhana slaps her on the arm.

" ye kya tareeka hai baat karne ka??" she scolds her.

"at least she is talking. Varna toh chup chap rehti thi." He says.

"Ye aur shant. Arey, shaitanon ki nani hai ye. Main nahi maanti ki ye shant rehti hai." Ruhana says.

"Par Aisa tha. She was silent. But I'm glad she is speaking again." he says.

"Dekhte hai. Abhi aap isko jaante kahan hai." ruhana says eyeing her sister.

Anamika looks at her.

"haww! Maine kuch nahi kiya di, okay! Dost sahi bol rahe hai. Par aap nahi maante. " she says while making a face.

Ruhana smiles at her sister and so did Vineet. She was just teasing her, afterall she knows Anamika was disturbed and now Ruhana wants to make everything fine. And this is her step.

" Main kaise maanun? Mere saamne toh nonstop bolti hai" Ruhana says.

"toh aur kisko bolun. Main toh bolungi. Ab dost ko bhi pata chalega main kya cheez hoon."anamika winks at her sister.

Vineet shook his head. He always wanted to see her happy and now she is, along with her sister. He looks at them and finds both Anamika and Ruhana smiling. He feels contented and stands up to leave for hospital.

" Ruhana... Apni dawai lelena. Aur haan, Anamika, apni behen ka khayal rakhna." he tells her to take care of her medicines.

Anamika nods her head and then he turns to leave. Ruhana asks him to take care of himself and as he leaves the house, she closes the door. She sits on the couch and Anamika gives her the medicines, and asks her to rest. She takes her into the room and switches on the television. She tells Ruhana about Vineet and how he took care of her.. Ruhana is touched and is left in thoughts. It seems like she wants to tell him something and it's the right time, she thinks.
