As Anamika turns to leave, she feels a tug in her  hand. She turns to find Ruhana holding her hand. She smiles. 

" Di!" she says and turns to Vineet . 

"She's getting her conscious back." she says. 

Vineet is surprised. He didn't expect that to happen soon. Her case is a critical one. But, it's getting easy. Maybe, this is the power of love. But, he's fearful that she might have lost her memory. But the next few words in her faint voice let him relieve his tension. 

"Ana…" she called in her faint voice. 

She opens her eyes and looks at Vineet who's now standing near to her bed. 

"Where's my sister?" she asks in a faint voice. 

"Di, main yahin hoon." she says. 

Ruhana looks at her sister. She smiles weakly. 

"Tu thik hai?" she asks. 

Anamika nods affirmatively. Vineet looks at her. 

"How are you feeling?" he asks. 

"I'm better after seeing her." she says. 

Suddenly, she gasps due to the pain in her head. Vineet asks the nurse to prepare a sedative injection. He gives her the injection and she fell unconscious. Anamika looks at him. He pats her head. 

"Don't worry. Wo thik ho jayegi. Par abhi tum ghar jao." he says. 

Anamika nods understanding the situation. Her sister needs treatment and Vineet will be doing so. As they step out of the room, they find Sachin waiting for them. Maybe, Vineet called him already. 

" How's she? " he asked Vineet. 

" we will keep her under observation. I think we don't need to operate her." he says. 

"matlab hum Di ko ghar le ja sakte hai?" anamika asks. 

" Haan. Bas kuch tests karne hai. Fir hum tumhari Di ko ghar le jayenge. Abhi tum ghar jao. Angel rahegi tumhare sath." Vineet says. 

Anamika nods happily and leaves with Sachin. She's happy that her sister is fine. Vineet is relaxed now. He enters  the ward to check on Ruhana. She's asleep. He examined her wounds and at the same time, doctor Mehra enters the cabin. 

"This is a miracle, Doctor." he says softly. 

"It's love and prayers, Doctor Mehra. But we'll keep her under Observation. We'll do the necessary tests.." he says. 

"thank you Doctor Oberai. You've solved a big problem. I guess she'll recover soon. Now that she has found her sister." he says.

Vineet nods. He agrees with the doctor. Since there were not many patients, he went for a round and  came back into Ruhana's room. She's getting conscious slowly. He sits on a stool beside her. She opens her eyes and looks at him. He makes her sit. 

"How are you now?" he asks. 

"better. Anamika kahan hai?" she asks. 

"Wo ghar pe hai." he says briefly. 

"Ghar! Kiske ghar? " she gets sad. 

"relax Ruhana ji. Wo pichle 5 mahine se mere sath rehti hai. Trust me she's a good girl and she was safe." he says. 

"usko akele rehna acha nahi lagta. Lekin jo hamare sath hua wo usse bhi bura tha. Aur…. Wo log…." she pauses. 

Her body gets cold thinking about the incident. Her eyes welled with tears. It was  surely a painful incident. And even after that she must have gotten into something that led her in coma. 

" Don't pressurise yourself. Aap rest kijiye. Mujhe aapke kuch test karne honge."he says. 

"Mujhe anamika se milna hai." she says. 

"I'm here." her voice reached them. 

Anamika came there with Angel. They brought home cooked food as well. 

"Sachin asked me to talk to her. And Anamika wanted to meet her." Angel tells Vineet. 

He nods his head and Anamika hugs Ruhana taking care of her wounds. 

"Pehle promise karo, ab  aap mujhe chhod ke nahi jaoge?" she asks. 

"Kabhi nahi." ruhana says and kisses her head. 

"Main Angel hoon. Tumhari behen tumhari bahut baatein karti hai. I'm glad you're back.. Ab ye sad nahi rahegi." Angel says. 

"thank you! Aapne iska dhyan rakha. Varna na jaane kya hota." she says tearily . 

"Ab sab thik hoga. Jo log tumhare ghar mein ghuse they unka pata CID lga rahi hai. Kuch log pakde bhi gaye. Par ab tumhe madad karni hogi." Angel says. 

"Main help karungi. Unhe main kabhi nahi bhul sakti." she says weakly.

"par u need to eat first." Anamika says and feeds her with her hands. 

Ruhana smiles at her sister. She was longing to be near to her, she wanted her little sister to hug her while sleeping, and now after long months of seperation, they're together. But they also need to take care. 

Meanwhile, Sachin and the two senior officers enter the ward. They ask Vineet about Ruhana, if they can question her. 

"Aapko jo puchna hai puchiye. Main bas itna chahti hoon ki jin logon ne mere mom dad ko maar dala, unhe saza mile. They should be hanged until death." she says gritting her teeth. 

"Don't worry about me. Meri behen hai na  mere sath. Aur jitna bura hona tha, wo ho chuka, ab kuch bura nahi hoga." she says confidently. 

Duo smiles at her and Sachin produces a paper towards her. Ruhana's shocked to see the picture and grabs Vineet's hand, who was standing near her. Her breaths turned uneven on seeing the picture. Before Vineet could do anything, she fainted on his arms, leaving others baffled.
