Anamika stops in front of a ward. She has weird feelings. She saw a nurse leaving the room. She peeps inside the room and finds a girl, sleeping on the bed. She gets on her toes to have a look and is shocked.

"Dii!" it's the only word that escaped her mouth.

She shouted aloud and Vineet came out to see the matter. She looks at him.

"Kya hua?" he asks tapping her cheeks.

"wo meri Di hain." she says pointing towards the room.

Vineet is shocked. He looks inside the ward. A girl was asleep on the bed. She's hurt on the head, along with bruises on her face and hands. She's a new emergency case in his hospital. She was brought all the way from Delhi. Another doctor stood by his side.

"Doctor Oberai, yahi wo case hai. Yeh ladki pichle 5 mahine se coma mein hai." he says.

"What's her name?" Vineet asks.

"Ruhana. Wo meri behen hai. Main bhul nahi kar sakti.. Kya hua unko?" she held Vineet's hand.

"Wo thik ho jayegi" Vineet says.

"Doctor Vineet!  Hume lgta llhai, ki ab aap hi usey bacha sakte hain. You have to treat her." he says.

"Par uske liye uska hosh mein aana zaroori hai. Operation tabhi ho sakta hai, Dr. Mehra." Vineet replies.

"Tum dekho na! Please. " Anamika requests him.

She's overwhelmed to find her sister back. But it's their bad luck that she's not in her senses. Anamika looks at Vineet requesting him to see her sister. She wants her sister back. Vineet consoles her and asks the other doctor to tell him the details. Anamika asks him to go near her. He sighs. He knows he can't stop a sister now. He asks a nurse to keep a check on the girls and moves to his own cabin.

Anamika rushes inside the ward to take a close look at Ruhana. She's sleeping on the bed, various equipments attached to her body. She holds her hand.

"Utho na di. It's not the time to sleep." she cries.

"Aap mujhe akele chod ke chali gayi thi na. Ab utho na ." she says.

Vineet enters the room and finds her crying. He keeps his hand on her shoulder. She looks at him.

"Kya hua Di ko?" she asks again.

"Unhe sar mein chot aayi hai." he replies.

"Toh tum thik kardo. Unko bolo wo uthe. Maine Di ko bahut miss kiya." she says.

Vineet looks at Ruhana. Serenity dripped from her face. She's calm as ever. Maybe, she felt her sister's presence around herself. He looks at Anamika who's not calm yet. But he needs to send her home. He needs to check up her sister.

" Anamika, wo jaldi thik ho jayegi. Par abhi tumhe bahar jana hoga." he says.

Anamika nods adamantly.

"Nahi! Main nahi jaungi kahin. Main di ke paas hi rahungi." she says.

"Mujhe tumhari Di ka checkup karna padega. Tum yahan rahogi toh main kaise treat karunga." he asks.

Anamika looks at him and nods half heartedly. She didn't want to leave her sister's side but in order to get her treated, she has to go away from her.. And it's her friend treating her sister, so it's okay. She nods and turns to leave, when she feels a grip on her hand. She turns back and a smile quirks up her lips. It's her sister, who's holding her hand.

"She's getting conscious." she turns to Vineet who's equally surprised.

Vineet calls her name and tries to question her. He's worried about something. But the next few words that come from her leaves him relaxed and he assures his fellow doctor of something while Anamika sits back holding her sister's hand, crying in her embrace.
