Making sure that Anamika is asleep, Vineet kisses her head, covers her with the blanket and moves out after glancing at her for one more time. He called up Sachin and asked him to find out about her sister. The CID team is still working, finding about the missing girl. But they don't have any clue. Vineet knows this and doesn't say anything. After taking a last glance at Anamika, he headed to his room to get some sleep, before the girl wakes up due to the nightmare, the one which bugs her a lot.

She's sleeping soundly when she feels a soft touch on her head.

"Anu wake up." a familiar voice fall in her ears.

"Di, sone do na. It's holiday. And it's my birthday." she says.

"Toh anu ko apna gift nahi chahiye. Thik hai, main rakh leti hoon ye teddy bear." her sister, Ruhana says.

Anamika sits up on the bed glaring at her elder sister. She found a red colored teddy bear in her hands. Ruhana was smiling coyly.

"Tujhe nahi chahiye na. Main rakh leti hoon. Raat ko isko cuddle karne se achi neend aayegi." Ruhana said teasingly.

"Hey! Aapko cuddle sirf main kar sakti hoon, aur koi nahi. Aur waise bhi aap badi ho gayi ho. Aapko teddy ki kya zarurat. Yeh mera hai. Meri Di mere liye laayi hai. Aap papa se maango. " Anamika says snatching the teddy bear from her hand.

She spoke it all in one go. She didn't like the fact of Ruhana sleeping with the teddy bear, or she didn't like anything coming between them. Why so? It's Anamika's habit to cuddle closer to her sister while sleeping. She can't bear anything or anyone else closer to her.

Ruhana smiles at her younger sister. She ruffles her hair.

"Tere liye hi laayi hun ye. Tujhe chahiye tha na!" she said.

"Haan. Aapko toh sab pata hi rehta hai." " Anamika says.

Ruhana smiles. " rakhna hi padega. Varna meri pyari se behen khud ka khayal toh rakhegi nahi. " she said.

Anamika shrugs her shoulders.

" Why would i do? Jab aap ho toh aap hi karogi. Come on, get me another present." Anamika says hugging her sister.

Ruhana places a packet in her hands, and it unwrapped into a beautiful knee length dress of black colour. Anamika was mesmerized and her happiness knew no bounds. She hugged her sister and went to take a shower.

Since their father was a scientist, he had a conference to attend and their mom accompanied him. It was only  the two sisters and so Ruhana decided to take Anamika for a movie and lunch. She also baked a chocolate cake for her. Anamika came out after getting ready and the sweet aroma of the chocolate cake filled her nostrils.

"Aapne chocolate cake banaya?" she asks while looking at her sister.

"Yes. Chalo lets cut the cake." Ruhana said giving her the knife.

Anamika cuts the cake and feeds the first piece to her sister, and Ruhana returns the gesture. Staring at her for some good seconds, Anamika hugs her tightly. Ruhana embraces her in her arms while the latter begins to speak.

"Aise hi rehna mere sath. Mujhe chod ke toh nahi jaoge na?" she asks.

Ruhana is surprised and kisses her forehead.

"main kahan jaungi tujhe chod ke. Birthday ke din kaun rota hai… com'mon smile. We're going for a movie." she says.

Anamika clears her tears, and holds her sister's hand. They're ready to go. They shopped for a few things that Anamika demanded and make their way into the movie hall. Ruhana asks her to wait outside the hall as she goes to buy popcorn and a bottle of coke. Anamika moves towards a shop admiring some soft toys, and forgets her sister's instructions. She hears a commotion suddenly…

"Diii…" she shouts.

She sits back realising it was all her dream. It was all the past happening, and her sister isn't near her. Vineet came running from his room and found her sitting scaredly. He hugs her taking her in his embrace. It's just 6 in the morning.

"Please meri Di ko le aao na. Wo mere birthday par mujhe akele nahi chhodti. She promised me." she cried.

Vineet sighs. He doesn't know what to say. He just smears her head.

"Main hoon na. We will celebrate your birthday. Han tumhari di ki tarah toh arrangements nahi kar paunga, but I'll try." he said wiping her tears.

Meanwhile, his phone rang. He sighs. It was the call from his hospital, Lifeline Hospital. He had set it up. The doctor said that Vineet is needed in the hospital as there is an emergency case. He remembers having a talk with some doctor regarding this case. He has to go and so he agrees. He finds Anamika staring at him and then asks.

"Main bhi chalun aapke sath? I promise main aapko disturb nahi karungi.. Please.. Mujhe ghar pe akele nahi rehna." she requests him.

Vineet looks at her. She's innocent and missing her sister today. He needs to do something. He agrees and Anamika smiles getting the permission. They get ready and leave for hospital after a quick breakfast. Upon reaching the hospital, Vineet asks her to settle in his cabin while he sets discussing something with a doctor.

On the other hand, Anamika has some weird feels in her heart. She seeks Vineet's permission and moves around the hospital, maybe keeping a check around. But she stops outside a room. Peeping in the room, she's left shocked.
