Chapter 31

Trishna holds her stomach laughing hard until tears stung her eyes . Mukund glares at her Once they are alone .

"I-am-Sorry " Trishna talks in between her laughter but ends up laughing more making Mukund fume more .

The Reason For the Superstar to be so much angry was that While bouncing from arms to arms like a Ball , Trishna had somehow got herself through the crowd after realizing the ruckus She had made and Somehow had managed to pull Mukund which ended up him falling over her in the Ground . Yes You Guessed it Right , Their sweet eye-lock had been broken from the girls pulling Mukund up by his hands & legs like a rubber band stretching him either side giving a hilarious image to Trishna . Which irked Mukund was How all the Men angled their heads and stretched their hands to pull Trishna up . He hated it ! . Getting a Chance Trishna had entangled her fingers with his which made Superstar Feel butterflies in his heart and they both had run through the crowd with the crowd following them .

Finally after a long run and catcher play they had ended up in the shore . Trishna could not help but laugh remembering him stretching either sides ! .

"Trishna " He calls her sternly She presses her lips in a firm thin line and Sins She is zipping.

He takes a long sigh before he could stop his lips curve up as little giggles leave as He too ends up laughing making Trishna too laugh along with him yet again .

They sit on the shore side by side enjoying the waves and the fresh breeze which flew across.

"Superstar Why—Did –You " She pauses not knowing how to ask him , the way he came to her was like He was eager to meet her but Why ?

"I—Ermm—I " He stutters , Letting out a troubled sigh he says "I came to give your dress which you –" He stops too embarrassed remembering him in her suit ! Hell it was embarrassing The Superstar Dressed in A Girl's costume !

Trishna chuckles seeing his expressions "Don't be embarrassed Just think it was an act like you do , Like You Know Chachi 420 " She winks

Mukund laughs hearing her as he says pompously "Come on I did not look old Like Chachi 420 – I was Like a Beautiful Young Lady - Any Guy would have fallen for me if they got a glimpse "

Trishna laughs out loudly "Then it would have been Maa Da Ladla Bigad Gaya !" Mukund turns pink hearing her as He rakes his palms through his cheeks – Chiding himself for talking nonsense. Trishna holds her stomach laughing seeing him blushing .

Rishab walks towards her room determined to apologize , bringing his knuckle to tap on her door he stops and takes a step back , If She refuses to speak to him ? Will he able to take it?

As if feeling someone's presence , His Presence Madhu lazily gets down from the bed wearing her slippers She takes slow steps towards the door and places her palm on the door ,

Rishab at the same time with an unknown feeling of Her being close to him He places his palm on the door at the same place She had placed hers from the other side . They close their eyes leaning towards the door .

Taking a deep breath She clicks the knob of the door ,Hearing the creak of the door Rishab takes a step back , Slightly opening She raises her head up to look at him already staring at her with a pained expression itched on his face .

"Madhu " He calls softly trying to touch her cheek , She takes a step back , Hurt crosses his eyes .

"Why?" Madhu asks in a hoarse whisper

"I am – "

She shows her palm as tears well up her orbs remembering him pushing her way like a Plaque !

"Your Girl Would be waiting for you just go see her rather than wasting your time on a plaque !"

As Soon as the words leave her mouth She was pushed in and pinned to the wall – with rage burning in his eyes as her hands lands on his chest trying to push him off as the memories of her worst nightmares comes alive .

"You are not a Plaque ! " His tone sounded dangerous as to warning her to not to repeat the same yet again ! ,

Tears fills up her eyes as She tries to push him off "Please " The plea in her tone makes Rishab come to senses yet again He had been successful in scaring her .

He takes his hands on either sides and moves back , She turns her head sideways hastily wiping away the tears and sniffs trying to control herself .

Understanding her inner turmoil Rishab slowly places his hand on her shoulder . Feeling his soft soothing touch without thinking twice She hugs him tightly as She sobs onto his chest sniffing in between . Rishab wraps his arms around in a soothing way as he whispers sweet nothings into her ears at the same time caressing her hairs in a comforting way . Differences forgotten for the moment as She held onto him and He let her hold him .

"I never did any bad do anyone then why does this happen to me ?" She questions him crying.

He tightens his arms around not knowing how to answer her , "This Happened to me twice !" ,

That shocks him as He pulls her up hurriedly to look at her face – Her eyes red due to excessive crying ,

He does not move an inch as Her words seep in This happened to her twice ! The amount of anger and pain he feels right now cannot be put into words He clenches his fist digging his nails onto his palm trying to control his rage – He will not leave any of them ! They dared to lay their Hand on His Woman ! and Now They need to bare his rage ! , His thoughts halt as His eyes softens hearing her but it turns into pain as Her last words seeps in

"I Feel only safe with you yet – "She pauses to take a good look at his face

"Yet you pushed me away " She cries as She parts herself from him "So Just go away !" She shows him the door way .

"Madhu " The pleading in his tone made her want to hug him tight but She knew it wasn't the case He was guilty that's it nothing else ! Just Nothing !

"I Forgive you Rishab !" , His lips curve up hearing her but it presses in a firm line as She says "But Leave me alone – There are People waiting for you – So You better go and pacify them rather than wasting your time on a P- " She pauses remembering his words "On Me !" She completes ! .

Right now he did not know whether he wanted to lash out at her or himself – Whom He should blame for the situation he is putting in? Yes He left her back then but He had his reasons First one being How Could He Stand there When Sultan was Proposing Her ? His Everything ! and If She accepts his proposal then Would he be able to take it in front of his eyes like a clown ? Would he ? That Very thought made him want to kill himself but What is this Feelings is this attraction? Or Is He feeling for her ? , He shuts his eyes tightly and opens slowly to see her staring at him with her tear stained face – "Am I Loving You?" He wanted to shout and ask her and make her answer him but it was too soon ,

"She is His Friend and it is normal to behave like this with a friend right !" He questions himself mentally to himself looking at her without blinking , "Really?" His Heart smirks .

"But Why does it hurt when She tells him to Leave her alone? Even when Dipali used to say he would be sad but it never affected him like Madhu's words , Why does He want to wrap his arms around her and protect her from the bad world around?" The questions in his mind needs to be solved but Who can He ask ? he wonders .

"Madhu I got you – "Meena walks in saying but stops seeing Madhu and Rishab standing facing each other hurt clearly visible in the faces , Meena sighs Should She just step in and hit their heads together to make them understand their feelings ? ,

Rishab walks out as Madhu turns her head away with tears filling yet again in her eyes . The Fact that He left her yet again hurts her more than everything . Seeing Meena she wipes her tears hastily and gives a small smile which did not reach her eyes . Meena deciding not to press on the matter for the time being smiles in return as She places the tray on the table and pulls Madhu on the couch and Feeds her , Madhu hugs her by her neck placing her head on her Maa's shoulder rewinding the moments between her and Rishab – Their hugs , Kisses and The way he stood up to her – His soothing words his Comfort – Peace ! Would She sum up him as , He was her Peace ! Her Sukoon (Peace) But He was Not Hers , He Went away or Already He was Dipali 's Peace .

Meena places her palm on Madhu's cheeks and says "Realize and Speak it out before it's too Late ",

Madhu removes her head from her Shoulder Confused to Find Meena Smiling at her "Kuch kuch ho ta hai " she winks and walks out with the empty plate while Madhu looks at her going confused , What does that mean? She wonders .

"I Need a Plastic Surgery Please , Please " He begs the Doctor grasping Doctor's hands in his tightly pleading and whining like a child .

"Please " Sultan is almost in the verge of crying as He requests .

"Okay Okay , Please Calm down Mr.Kundra , What is the problem ?"

"Due to My Very serious situation I cannot walk out freely " He refers the to the 'Viral Video' as 'Very Serious Situation" , The youngsters and Mainly the girls who had been once swooning around him are now Laughing at him that hurts – Once the Famous Handsome Douche bag is now reduced to a mere Rich Clown .

The Doctor who has not watched the Very Serious video ends up coming to a conclusion it was because of Love Failure , Being A Plastic Surgeon for years He had seen so many young men coming over to Fix their face due to love failures as they keep thinking it was their Constipated Looking Face made the Girl they like reject them . The Man who was seated in front of him looked so remorseful and all most close to tears – He could not help but Feel Pity over the Young Lad .

The realization hits him hard as He whispers slowly "My First Love Was Someone else " ,

Madhu's words Haunts him "'Take a good look at what your heart feels , regarding your family and women. " as Sultan walks out of the clinic mumbling quick thank you to the doctor .

Rishab hits his leg hard on the Car tyres annoyed and frustrated , How can She just tell him to walk out just like that? Wasn't He special to Her ? , Her words , Her expressive eyes , Her comforting hugs Her kiss , Their hugs , teasing every damn thing plays front of his eyes .

"Am I in Love with Her ?" He questions himself raking his fingers in his mane .

"This is so frustrating !" He shouts slamming his hands on the Car bonnet .

"Why are you doing this to me Madhu?" He whispers sadly caressing their picture in His phone .

"Just Let me in !" He whispers sadly , He wasn't sure for what He wants her to let him in? Was it just friendship , attraction or admiration or Love ? but He wants to stay by her side healing her & protecting her .

Dipali 's state was no different , She was depressed , Her eyes puffy and red due to excessive crying . Deciding to get some fresh air She wears her jacket due to the winter it is cold .

The walk down the lane brought her back memories She never wanted to – It was Him & Their Childhood playing in front of her – This same path made them friends and broke them apart with his last one final hug as is he moved out of the country for studies but even today That 12 Year Sultan's words made her still hold onto him despite He trying to push her off

"Wait for Me Dipali !"

But What Changed ? She could not pin point Did She change or was it him? Is He putting up a façade or is he really changed? Her Heart aches more with that thought , Can She go on with her broken heart life long? Or Should She just move on? . A sad chuckle leaves from her mouth with that thought when She sees him walking up the lane . Why? "Sultan " She calls him softly .

Sultan stops on his steps and raises his head to see her staring at him longing ! , He composes himself not to look weak front of her .

" So ? " He raises his brow and letting out a chuckle he says "Come on Laugh Dipali Come on taunt me , Mock me Come on !"

Dipali gives him a sad smile as She says "You deserved it Sultan , I will not lie and I am not a sadist to laugh at your state but For once you understood the pain of rejection ! " She pauses seeing him seething .

"But Go get her If You truly like her , Only some get what they want " She tells sadly and walks away leaving him in his thoughts .

"I , Myself do not know What I want Dips ! " He whispers sadly as tear drop slips down before he could thwart .

Madhu's lips curve up seeing her over enthusiastic friend calling her too loudly from the hall , She paces out to the hall only to be crushed in a hug by Trishna worriedly .

"Are you okay boy?" She asks cupping Madhu's face in her little palms .

Madhu gives her a teary smile as She hugs her "I am Fine !" , True She isn't but atleast She is getting over Once She had done and Now yet again She again .

Trishna who knows about the incident which happened years back could not help worry for her friend , Trishna was the one by her side who had seen how her friend broke down with each panic attacks and how many years it took to heal and that incident had been the main reason her Little innocent Boy learnt to be a Dabbang Brave one .

"How did You know I am here?" Madhu asks her breaking apart

"I called on your number , Priya answered I guess She is your friend , You had left your mobile back at her place " ,

Until this moment Madhu could not even remember that She had misplaced her cell , Maybe Priya had collected it from the College .She concludes .

"This is not Fair " Madhu looks over Trishna's Shoulder hearing the Whining voice but is Shocked to see Mukund pouting .

"Why?" Trishna turns around and raises her brow curiously

"I Bring You here – Up to now you were chanting Superstar but After Seeing your boy you forget me " ,

Madhu laughs hearing him – a Laugh which came from her heart " Trishna that's really unfair Ahaan " She teases .

Rishab who had just step in to the Mansion gets happy to see her Laugh , He wanted only that – Her Happiness .

"Oyee How Could You Change sides?" Trishna scoffs and turning to Mukund She says dreamily "You will always be my one and only Superstar and Now That I am Your PA I can stay by your side " ,

"What PA?" Madhu asks shocked

"Haan He gave me a job " Trishna tells dreamily .

Mishra who had been drinking his Glass of Juice ends up choking very badly "What --Then Who I am?" ,

Mukund shuts his eyes tightly cursing himself for the situation He is put in . How Could He Forget Mishra?

Smiling Sheepishly He turns around to Face Mishra ,

"Then Who I am?" Trishna hisses from behind

Soon both Trishna and Mishra start glaring at each other ,

"Both are My PA " Mukund says quickly

"But I'll be by your side always "Mishra quickly interjects and moves forward standing by Rudra's side .

Trishna laughs seeing them as She sings putting her arm around Madhu's shoulder " Maa Da Ladla Bigad Gaya " ,

Madhu looks at them confused while Mukund Pushes Mishra a bit away too embarrassed .

"Trishu Did Anything fall on you?"

"Madhu –that –You know –" Trishna tells bits in bits making Mukund suck in his breath , How embarrassing it would be If Madhu gets to know he was wearing Trishna's suit ? He could not help but wonder

"Nothing !" Mukund shouts and pulls Trishna away from the hall towards his room while Trishna shouts laughing " Madhu – He – was !"

"Trishna " Mukund strictly warns making her shout even more but Mukund cups her mouth and pulls her to his room .

Madhu and Mishra look at each other baffled and end up shrugging their shoulders moving to their rooms .

Rishab seeing Madhu walking to her room , runs to the kitchen with a small smile playing on his lips .

Rishab pats himself mentally for his creation , Looking at the Dhal Chawal plate He specially made for her he could not help but want to see her smile and taste while moaning .

Walking into her room , He sees her getting ready to bed , This early ? The clock reads just 7 , Okay may be She wants to have a nap .

Seeing him standing with a plate of her favorite food She could not help but want to run and taste it but the thought was long gone as her mind rewinds to the way he pushed her away , By the end of the day She had come to a conclusion that He might have had his reasons after all Any Man would First go look at the Woman He likes or Loves right? Then Why does it hurt so much , Is it because She loves him too much ? , She wants to laugh out loud seeing the Complicated Love quadrilateral they have been placed in !

Rishab likes Dipali , She likes him while Dipali likes Sultan and Sultan Likes Dipali & at the same time confused with her ! , Back then She had told him not to pull her to the mix and Someone might end up getting hurt or He himself but Presently She had ended up with a heart which is in the verge of breaking .

Now on Whom She's got to put the blame on? Four of them Floating on the boat which might sail or rather drown any moment , Who is She suppose to speak too? , Her Love for everyone had been always selfless and that love for them always took her for granted but For once She wants to be Selfish and Embrace him despite knowing He likes Someone else while that Someone Likes another .

This is so frustrating and hurting ! it hurts way too much . Who can She turn too? Who would help her. Priya and Trishna ! Yess On their First day itself Priya had correctly summarized that Madhu would come to her to talk about Him And Now it is gonna happen .

So lost in thoughts Madhu Fails to notice that he had already taken his seat beside her .

"Madhu " he calls softly fearing that she might push him away .

"Ahh" She shakes her composing herself masking her emotions

"I got your favorite food See" Rishab shows to herself excitedly .

Madhu wanted to hug him tight but He Pushing her comes past her eyes as She says in a cold tone "I Do not want and as I said earlier spent time with the woman you like !" ,

Rishab clenches his fist as he places the plate on the table nearby , pulling her by her arms close to him in the bed . He snakes his arms around her waist pulling her more to him as She looks up in rage ,

"What do you think you are doing?" She yells at him

"Eat !" He orders sternly

"I will not !"

"Eat !"

"I will not !"

"Madhu – Eat Before I do something which we both might end up regretting " He tells in a soft yet threatening tone seeing her eyes and lowers his gaze to her lips .

Madhu hearing his tone and his gaze , Her eyes fills up instantly as She tries to push him off but instead She feels his hold on her tightening as they glare at each other .

Seeing the tears in her eyes He chides himself , Again and again He ends up scaring her .He cups her face hurriedly

"I am Sorry – Don't push me like this – It hurts " he says wrapping his arms around her shoulders and placing his head on her shoulder .

"I know I was wrong to leave when you needed me but—but Madhu I had my own reasons –Dipali once tried to kill herself So I was worried for her So I wanted to check on her but that does not mean I left you alone I knew that Priya or Sultan " He chuckles pausing

"Yes Sultan would have taken you back home safely " , Rishab wanted to add that He could not see Her accepting Sultan's proposal just in case but he did not know how She would take it and even with all the differences He believed his brother to take her back home safely if needed but He trusted Priya more with Madhu – That Little Friend of His Tiny Creature was a walking bomb who would rather kill the person who even tries to hurt her friend .

Madhu smiles sadly as She places her little palms on his back . Indeed She was right , He Loves Dipali dearly and He Fears for her . After all Any Man would do that to His woman but She finds herself sad with that fact just like her Love His is also unrequited .
