(POV: RED HOOD) (SCENE: ROOFTOP)

I'm standing on top of the highest building in the city, looking down on the entire city. With some help to my mask's high tech that enables me to enhanced my eyesight.

So far, nothings happening.

Until I heard a fight happening nearby. I turned to the direction of the fight to see Ass Might's #1 Ass Kisser (Izuku) fighting, more like getting his ass kicked, by a gang of four heavily armored punks.

I took my guns as I hit one of the four hidden buttons on my guns. The guns transformed and combined to form a Shotgun.

Once my guns finished transforming, I jumped down from gargoyle to gargoyle to the fight.

(POV CHANGE: 3RD PERSON)

Back at the fight, Izuku is being held up by his head in the grip of a large bulky man. "Who are you?" He asks through his pain. "The Fearsome Hand of Four. And All for One paid us to take you out." The large says as he prepares to kill Izuku.

But then, the sound of a Shotgun blast was heard as the large man's head exploded like a Watermelon, causing Izuku to be released from the large man's grasp.

The two men and the woman of the group turned to the direction of the blast to see Red Hood holding his smoking Shotgun. "Groovy." He says in a cool tone.

"All Might's Brat will make us rich, but giving him the head of Red Hood will give us one helluva bonus." The woman says as she prepares her swords.

She and the two other members of the Fearsome Hand charged at the Red Hood. Said protagonist hit another button on his gun as it transformed into an Assault Rifle.

He fired onto the charging thugs, but their armor appears to be bulletproof. Red Hood dodges sword swings and bo staff strikes as he puts away his guns and takes out both his katana sword and crowbar.

Red Hood then blocks another sword swing with his katana as he broke her swords with his crowbar. He senses an attack happening, so he quickly moves out of the way as the attack reveals to be a laser.

Said laser blasts through the woman's armor, leaving nothing but a hole in her chest. She drops dead on the floor as Red Hood charges at the bo staff guy.

The bo staff guy swung his staff at the Red Hood, but he caught it in mid swing. He then punched him across the face and force the staff out of his hands. Red Hood then breaks the staff over his knee and toss the broken staff pieces aside.

Red Hood then wrapped his arms around the bo staff guy's neck and quickly snap his neck. The bo staff guy dropped dead on the ground.

Red Hood turned to the last remaining Fearsome Hand of Four member to see him over Izuku with his eye laser preparing to fire his laser at Izuku. "Stand down. Or else the kid gets it." He warns.

Red Hood withdraw his weapons as he notices Izuku's hand shaking a bit. "Hey Cyclops, pro tip: always be aware of your surroundings." He says as Cyclops was confused at this.

Suddenly, Izuku slam his elbows at Cyclops' sides, forcing Cyclops to let go of Izuku. Red Hood took this opportunity to stab a taser into his laser eye.

Cyclops' eye started short wiring as he screamed in pain. His head then blew up into a million little pieces. "NO!" Izuku exclaim in horror.

Red Hood, however, remains unfazed. "Just be happy their now worm food. If I let them live, then they'll kill other innocent people without a second glance." He explains with a cold tone.

"And how does that make you any different? They could've been reformed." Izuku shot back with venom in his voice. Red Hood snorts at this. "Please, hired guns don't change. They're just mindless dogs, waiting for a master to command them. I'm just the Dog Catcher that puts down dogs like them." Red Hood explains.

"But what about everyone else you've killed? You have no right to kill them!" Izuku exclaims. "If I don't kill the ones who deserve it, then they'll destroy everything that binds life as we know it." Red Hood says.

Red Hood prepares to leave. "But your not fully helping people because you're allowing the drug trade to continue." Izuku says. "I'm not like those pathetic scumbags in office that allows discrimination and mistreatment of beings that others considers 'not fit to live among us' or 'aren't worthy of living' or some other kind of bullshit excuse. I'm sure you know what it's like, or have you forgotten your origins, like the rest of the fools?" Red Hood explains as the last bit struck Izuku right in the heart.

He felt weak in the knees as his past still haunts him. "You know what the main source of illegal slaves are?" Red Hood asks as Izuku feels scared to answer. "Powerless people. Yeah, people like you before they get their so called 'gifts'. People with no way to defend themselves from the cruelty of this world, people whose rights are revoked for something they couldn't control, people that relies too much on false idols that can't follow through with their empty promises of equality, peace and happiness." Red Hood's explains as Izuku's face drained from all of its color.

"I, however, shows people with no powers they they can be heroes without the aid of those abominable freaks of nature." Red Hood says as Izuku couldn't speak a word.

So, Red Hood decides to add in one more line. "You and the rest of the so called 'heroes' of Hero Academy what's to make this a world of peace and equality. But what do you do with those that don't want peace and equality? I'm doing what you and the others of those pussies won't, I'M TAKING THEM OUT!!!!" Red Hood exclaims in anger.

Izuku, after hearing Red Hood's rant, he decides to speak. "Tell me what happened to you that turned into the Red Hood. Let me, and everyone else at Hero Academy, help you." He says with sympathy and compassion in his voice.

This causes Red Hood's eyes to widen and his guard to drop. But his eyes hardened in anger and his guard to rise up. "If you think I'll trust you and everyone else at that Academy again after what they did to me, then you're dead wrong." He says as he pulled out a smoke grenade.

He pulled the pin as red smoke emits from it. He then tossed the grenade on the ground as Izuku steps back. "And tell Hero Academy, their time will come soon." He says as the smoke completely covers Red Hood.

Izuku waves his hand to clear the smoke a bit, but discovers Red Hood has disappeared. However, Izuku ponders on what made the Red Hood THE Red Hood.

(SCENE CHANGE: OLD CAR JUNKYARD)

Red Hood is standing on top of a old, abandoned car. "Well now, that was something. But back to my slave point, I think it's time I paid Sperm Head and his fuckers a visit." He says as he prepares to take down a very serious threat.

(Here's chapter 5 done and done. Yes, the Fearsome Hand of Four is a callback to Under the Red Hood. Next chapter, Jacqass and his workers are going to get fucked by the Red Hood.)
