The Francois President Phillipe Matheo  elected shortly after the CIS Attacked earth and they joined the clone war walked up to his podium in front of the Eiffel tower and began his address.

they then wanted to relocate it to Coruscant a world with Billions of innocent people on it it is clear to me the galactic senate cares not for its people and only cares to win the war it is for that reason the parliament and I have decided after much reluctance to withdraw republic military support from the clone war and focus more on the war against crime led by The USA and on our own internal issues.

The citizens of the Francois republic were a little bit put out especially when they began to learn how controlling of the war the Galactic republic was so withdrawing from the main conflict wasn't much of an issue for them.

while few in the galactic senate batted an eye at this declaration since no NATO nation except the François had left the war front but more attention was brought to earth when the nations that made up the Balkans and the eastern alliance also withdrew from the war as well as Africa all those nations wished to focus more on internal issues and the war against crime as well.

Many on earth were both sympathetic and stunned by what had transpired and many in the Unified states, Allied kingdom, federation and Empires leadership wanted to know why these nations had withdrawn especially since they were so keen on fighting against the CIS before.

eventually the empire formed an Investigation team to be lead by Marshal Degurechauf who was temporarily being recalled from active duty to investigate these strange occurrences.

After investigating the countries that had left the war front on earth me and Visha came to a conclusion that they likely had been lead away by separatist propaganda.

And most of them weren't entirely loyal to each other and I feared they may turn on each other and start another conflict on earth again.

I decided that our next best place to keep looking was CIS territory and I decided to take some CIA agents with us to help investigate reconquered republic territory.

The chief of the Imperial Intelligence Bureau decided to help and they would investigate the world of Rendili which had tried to secede from the republic but failed.

We Meanwhile had decided on Muunilinst and we wore disguises so we wouldn't be recognized by any occupation force there.

As I exited the ship and we made our way to the capital city as we entered I was horrified  by what I saw.

there was people sitting in the streets and republic officials merely scoffing at them and some even had wicked grins on their faces as they mocked them.

many buildings were still in ruin with civilians being forced to clear the rubble with battle droids.

"I know this planet was a major CIS world but why are the people still being mistreated and furthermore why aren't these refugees being treated." Visha asked angrily pointing to a group of people begging the republic guards for food most likely and nearly getting pushed aside,

I agreed the Treaty of Worms made it clear that no such mistreatment of civilians was acceptable and further more it seemed to me that they were treated more as POWs not civilians.

As We continued to walk we came to a tower and I knew it was a communication tower since I saw one on Geonosis.

after breaking in we searched the data banks but what the CIA came upon made me furious.

The republic had imposed very harsh sanctions that essentially made everyday civilians here pay 4 times the taxes as normal worlds and it was being sucked dry to fuel the republics war machine

"Those Tyrants." A CIA Agent Growled ."If the republic doesn't lighten their grip on this world the states will come and liberate the people."

I was shocked but not surprised Atlantans had a very anti Oppressive belief and this was clearly oppression in its fullest.

Turning off the Holo tabs we returned to the ship where we got back in touch with the Rendili Team.

"What did you find Colonel Schmidt." I questioned the leader.

"Something you wont like mam." He says shakily.

Frowning I gestured for him to continue.

"On Rendili The republic has turned the Planet into essentially a slave world Their drive yards are being over worked and i fear that the people may collapse because of the severe quotas the republic is demanding.

Further more the average citizen can barely afford food much less good shelter with these raised tax laws and according to local leaders the CIS Parliament has been shipping them food and medical supplies in secret But any Separatist sympathizer caught is shot on sight here." He informed me.

Visha and ten agents were fuming and I worried that they might straight up murder something if I didn't stop them.

"Thank you colonel keep investigating." I replied. As the hologram turned off and I tuned to my companions.

"Alright so what we know is that the republic has been mistreating re conquered territory and we know that they don't always help their own member worlds unless. They Are important enough." I said pulling up planets like Rodia and other outer and mid rim worlds.

"And according to history records the republic largely ignored the rim and left it to its own devices mostly allowing pirates to run rampant." Visha pointed out.

Silence soon fell over us but soon my eyes widened as I finally realized why the Sepratist crisis started at all.

"I think we need to remind the republic what it means to be held accountable and I have just the solution to teach them a lesson." I said while prospering the pilots to return to coruscant.

Entering the capital building I friend holding the data pad under my arms that would make the republic become more honorable.

On the way back I had discussed my plan and to put it lightly the world leaders were more than happy to back my statement once I told them what we had learned.

The council had kindly arranged my meeting with the chancellor and I was ready to mark him see reason.

Taking a deep breath I entered the office.

"Ah marshal Degurechauf what can I do for you." He asked kindly.

"Cut the pleasantries chancellor why are you letting people suffer on re taken worlds." I growled.

"I don't understand what you mean." He replied confused.

Growling I pull up the planets and point out Jabiem, Rendili, Alsakan, and Muunilist.

"Marshal they are former enemies I can't just be lenient on them." He replied.

"Oh I'm aware but that doesn't mean you have to be callous to the innocents living there.

So this is how it's going to work. You are going to implement this treaty in full here in the republic military." I said glaring at him while handing him the data pad with the treaty of worms.

"And if we don't." He challenged.

I grinned at him wickedly. "Then earth will withdraw from the war completely and cut off all republic access to our hyperspace lanes.

And we will join the CIS war effort," I threatened showing him another document that showed him earth wasn't bluffing.

Gulping he nodded. "I will make certain the changes are made at once please offer your government the republics greatest apologies." He says as I exit the room saluting him.
