(Y/n):

When I woke up, Ruby was directly on top of me, and her lips were inches from mine.

"Don't move a muscle" I thought, but I noticed her hand was still with mine.

"This ice cave must be the single best thing that has happened to me" I thought, turning my attention back to reality.

I looked back at Ruby and said "well, besides meeting you".

That's when she started to stir, and I quickly closed my eyes, pretending to be asleep.

"Gah!" She said, and jumped of me and onto my arm.

"Ow!" I said, my reflexes rolling to try to get my arm free, but I just ended up with me over Ruby, and her clawing at my shoulders. It was dead silent, each of our faces wide in shock.

"Ruby?".

"Yes?".

"Your fingernails at making my back as red as your hair".

"Oh. Right...".

She let go, and plopped down to the floor, and noticing that we were both still shirtless. Except I couldn't see anything because she was so close to me.

"Uh (Y/n) can you uh....".

"Of course".

I closed my eyes as she adjusted everything she needed to, and then crawled out of the bag, and she tossed me my jacket.

"You are a good pillow (Y/n)".

"You aren't so bad yourself".

We both laughed at that, and quickly stopped to not wake anyone else up. We turned to Endar and Blake, who were seemingly sleeping peacefully, but her grip on him was a little to tight.

"Uh good luck with that Endar".

As Ruby began to pack up the sleeping bags, I walked to the opposite side of the cave, and looked at the ice wall. There was a weak spot I didn't notice there before. It's almost as if it appears at night, like some other heat source started to wear down the wall, making it penetrable.

"Maybe...." I said, as I began to calculate if it was positive life to exploit.

"Maybe what?....." Ruby said, but I was already formulating a plan in which we could get out of here.

I calibrated my launcher to have its low grade industrial laser, and pointed it at the wall. I fired and sure enough, it punched through, and started to melt the ice.

"(Y/n) what are you doing! You could wake them up!".

"Yes but we could also escape".

I increased the lasers power ever so slightly, and it started to burn through faster.

"Almost there.....".

A small hole to the other side was poked though was poked through, and a I was able to hear a wind tunnel on the other side.

"Haha! It's work, maybe if I can punch a hole through....".

"You better have a good reason for yelling (Y/n) ......" I heard the wolf fawnus say, a clear unpleasantry in disturbing his sleep in his voice.

Endar had woken up, and so had Blake, who was throwing on some clothes.

"I think I may have found a escape route".

"You couldn't have found that last night?" Asked Endar, who was throwing his shirt on.

"Did you not like our time together?" Blake teased, giving him a suggestive smirk.

I feel like something with both of them happened last night, because.....Both and Endar and Blake look like they got very little sleep, if you catch my drift.

Endar went into a mini panic, saying "No no no no no, I did I did. Don't twist my words women".

She laughed as she got up, and said "so about that escape route".

Ruby was at my side, and pointed to my gauntlet.

"When did you add the laser? How did you add the laser, I thought we ran out of supplies".

"Uh.....".

I flashed back to the week before today, with me fighting white fang in my armor, and using my blades and shield to slice through them, fighting everyone off.

"I.... have my ways".

Endar had his weapons strapped back on to his back, and put his hand on my shoulder.

"So how do you suppose we get out?".

"Well, remember that move we tried to practice back at beacon?".

"You aren't talking about the thunder dome?" He asked, pulling his gauntlet back on, and standing up.

"Yes, do you think you have enough aura for it?".

"Probably, the question is do you have enough energy in your gauntlet?".

"I should, loading the explosion pill now".

" (Y/n) You can keep that contained right?" Asked Endar, who was getting ready to punch the wall.

"I should, only one way to find out".

I loaded up a cartridge of ice fire bomb pills, and aimed it at the hole.

"Uh, guys....what are you doing?" Asked Ruby and Blake, who were already backing up.

"Something intensely dangerous, but no worries, I can contain the blast".

They began to back away, and Endar was in his meditation stance, charging up his aura into a shield.

"You ready?".

"Let's just get this over with".

I took a deep breath, and had it pointed directly at the hole I made with the laser.

"Here goes nothing".

I flicked my middle finger back, and it fired, while Endar rushed at the ice wall. Time slowed to a crawl, and I saw him motion for the wall, and punch it with all his might. He kept his stance, and then pulled back his fist, the dust settling, and everyone waiting in awe.

"Did it work?".

The wall began to crack, and we started to back away, all weapons in ranged mode.

"Careful....".

The cracks began to increase, and levies started to fall off, with the ceiling also starting to crack.

"Fuck......".

A piece of the ceiling landed right next to me, and Ruby pulled me to her.

"We need to move!".

Endar charged forwards, and unsheathed both of his blades.

"What are yo-".

He turned and slashed at the wall with such force that it exploded forwards, and something on his arm flew off.

"Go!" I heard Blake shout, and took of, along with Ruby.

They zipped passed Endar who was getting up, but something was wrong, something was off. I ran over and went to help him up, but I saw his hand be Grimmified, and I flashed back to my mother being held by the throats of the women of flames, and her hand having the grimmifed look to it.

"(Y/n)!".

I felt myself being pulled by Endar, who had also picked up his bracelet, and who's hand was back to normal. He tossed me forwards and kicked off the ground, shooting backwards with his shotgun to gain momentum. I landed and got up, shaking my head to get my moms imagine out. Everyone was catching their breaths and I went over to Endar, who was throwing his bracelet back on.

"Endar, what was that?".

He put it on and covered it with his sleeve, saying "what was what?".

"Your hand, it became....".

"Became what?".

"Grimmified....".

"I think you stayed up too late with Ruby".

"What no? Well I wish.... hey don't change the sub-".

"Does anyone know where we are?" Asked Blake, who was sheathing her weapon, while Ruby was loading hers.

"Doesn't matter, this is the cave we were supposed to come to. It's probably got Grimm, so everyone lock and load" Ruby said, a confident smile on her face.

They began to walk ahead, weapons ready. Endar started to move forwards, but I pulled him back.

"I know what happened, we talk about this when we get back".

"But there's nothing to talk about".

"Your hand went Grimm for a second, there is som-".

"Come on slow pokes!" Yelled Ruby, who was already out of eye shot.

"Fine, now come on we got to catch up" I told him, healing him up with a pill and begging our jog to the girls, and trough the ice cave.

We both got up and began to run towards them, and we did start to catch up, but something was wrong. They stopped over a cliff and we slowed down, and began to the ledge.

"Guys wh-".

Ruby put a finger it her lips, and we slowly began a sneaking crouch to the ledge. When we got to the edge, we saw a sight that made us all stop dead in our tracks. Over the balcony was a whole white fang operation. They were making weapons, glass ones in particular, and I felt my rage rising. I saw them punishing the weaklings into work, all of which who were probably prisoners. I scanned around the area looking for a point of which I could take them out, and I saw a familiar figure walking with some officials. He was in a white and black suit of armor, and a big blade on his back. He had something stamped to his shoulder, a symbol I had not seen since the night of everyone died....

Flashs of that night raced through my head, and I shook them away, knowing what to do. What I had to do. Ruby looked to me, almost if asking what I was thinking, or already knew what I was going to say. I took a deep breath, but didn't take my eyes off of the officer with that damn symbol. Something inside me snapped, and I knew exactly what I needed to do.

"You guys need to get out, what they are doing, it's super dangerous".

"Yeah we are hunters and huntresses so..." started Ruby but I cut her off.

"No. This is different, this isn't about safety....." I said pulling out my mask, and my anti fang mod.

"This, is about vengeance".

I held the paint mod in my hand, taking a deep breath and pressing the button on a homing beacon I installed that would call my ride. I activated the anti fang suit, and everyone except Ruby jumped back, as slowly stood up, and threw up the hood.

"I already called my ship, find a way out, I mean it".

I tossed the keys to Ruby, and then pushed her towards both Endar and Blake, firing a ice pill to create a wall, and drawing attention to myself.

"Damn you pride!" I heard Endar shout, already trying to break down the wall.

I jumped of the cliff side, and flipped slowly as I fell, letting my boots save me last minute, as I slowly drew my pistols.

"Leave now, and you may just be spared" I said, the voice modulation ready starting.

I looked to the prisoners and they bolted, while the rest of the white fang had completely focused on me, all having there weapons aimed.

"What are you doing?!? Shoot the damn fool!" I heard someone say, to which I shot them right between the eyes.

I felt some dark presence consume me, all my darkest intentions just seemed....right. As a spray of billets began, I started my assault on the snipers, taking them out relatively easily, and getting behind cover. I then flipped my guns into knife mode, and grabbed 2 soldiers that were coming around the corner, driving my weapons into there chests, and then tossing hem into the side.

I heard the ice wall start to crack, and I decided that I needed to move on.

"KILL HIM!" I heard a officer say, before he was shot in the heart, just like the other officer.

Another squad of soldiers came running in with guns, giving em a smile at the challenge.

My voice echoed through the cave, as I screamed "Time to be de fanged!".

I charged at them and did a flip to the side, kicking both their heads and putting bullets into them, and switching them into knife mode as I stabbed them both into 2 others.

"Kill the anti fang!".

I took my weapons back and swapped them back into gun mode, firing a spray of bullets in a circle, and then rocket booting up, and towards the commander. A bullet flew past me, and then one right into my arm, but I shrugged it off, and I swapped my guns into Blade mode, after reloading.

"The night started with a knock at the door!".

I sliced the heads of two of his advisors off, while also planting my knee into his face. I landed on the platform and sliced a guys gun in half, and then stabbing one behind me by swapping my grip on the blade, tossing the body of the railing.

"And then, a little boy answered that door!".

The commander had managed to take out his sword, and charged at me, crashing head on with my swords, and pushing with all his might.

"Who are you!" He asked, putting all his strength into his push.

"Your end!" I said, gathering my own strength.

I pushed him back with a knee to the gut, and then a round house kick, while putting Havoc into its holster, and activating a energy shield on my wrist gauntlet.

"And you entered the home, and started to slaughter everyone!".

He was barely able to react in time as I charged at him again, fighting with all my rage, and battering down his defenses. I blasted him back win a explosion pill, and he hit the wall, falling to the Ground, and trying to get back up.

"You killed my family!".

He leaned against his sword, and the image on his chest was revealed, showing a eye with circles around it, and spears coming out the sides, making a almost war like sun. I flashed back to when I held up a sword at the fire, and some white fang member knocked it aside with total ease, and the symbol was shoved in my face I was best mercilessly, and my sister was tossed aside.

"So the boy that fought so hard for his family lives. Allow me to reunite you!....." he said, kicking me back.

I fell back and jumped back more, but something caused me to break down. I fell to my knees and grabbed at my head, new found pain flooding back to me. The memories of the night in near perfect detail, the heat of the event coming back, and my mind feeling as if it was being split apart.

I felt the slashing of a blade against my chest, and I was thrown back, my vision becoming what should have been in front of me for a mere second, before I went back to my most painful memory.

"I didn't do anything! You killed my people!".

I felt myself thrown across the room, and into the wall, my back cracking, back my elbow probably shattered, If not for my aura, which was already starting to ware down....

I saw a new memory before me, a forgotten one, one that, felt more true then how it really started. We were eating at the table, all having Christmas dinner, and everyone was happy. Mom had gotten us new toys, and me and sis matching necklaces, which were a little big, but she said we would grow into them. Dad even let me make my first potion today, instead of just studying and watching him.

"You have a talent for this (Y/n) maybe you will be as good as your old man one day".

"Steven, we all know he will surpass his father" said my mother, who was playfully teasing him.

"Ah I suppose so, but I'll tell you one thing. Back when Oz was in school with us he was leagues better then me. Maybe that's how you will end up one day".

He said all that while he ruffed up my hair, and I giggled, and heard the doorbell ring.

"I got it guys!" I said, being excited, thinking that It was a last minute present.

I still remember how cold the door noob was, and how it took slightly more effort to twist it then normal. When I saw who it was, I was immediately frightened by his big from, and even bigger coat.

"Is this the (l/n) residence?" He asked, shifting his position as if trying to hide something.

"What do you have under there Mr?" I blurted out poking at his side.

"None of your business kid, now scram, I got to talk to your parents".

"You're mean".

He leaned down in front of me, his eyes blazing red and face pale with black stripes.

"I said scram kid".

I nodded, and ran to my mom, who was at her chair, with Annabel behind her as well.

"What do you want?".

"I have come to warn you, Cinder is coming here, and fast, but Ospin is right behind her. We need to move, now!" Said the big scary man, who held out his hand.

"Why should we believe you!" Asked mom, who was trying to pull away.

"You think our time a beacon means nothing?!".

"You betrayed us!" She fired back, still trying to break the grip the man had.

"Your still on this?!".

That's when my dad tackled the guy, and threw him to the ground, and knocked him down with a single punch.

"Yeah dad!".

"Veronica, take them upstairs now!".

I remember being quickly rushed upstairs, but people busting through the window and front door, and the chaos beginning. Men with white suits and masks burst in the doors, carrying swords and guns, as my mother picked up herself weapon to fight them off. A sword rolled right next to me, and my sister was thrown against the wall, as I charged after her to try to help, but ultimately, I lost everything....

Earlier:

(Y/n) charged down the white fang, revealing himself as the anti fang to both Endar and Blake, something I never thought he would do. He threw up a ice wall, and Endar ran at, trying to beat it down. He would in time, but I knew what we needed to do if we had any chance of getting out of here.

"Guys we need to summon the ship he told us to get! He said it was nearby!".

Endar had cracked the wall now, and kept punching at it, so I grabbed Blake by the wrist, and pulled her along with me.

"Where are we going?!?".

"To get the ship!".

We kept running down the other pathway, and I pressed a button his controller he tossed me, and a beeping started, along with my panic levels.

"Is it going to explode?!?!".

"I don't know!!!".

"He's your boyfriend!!!!".

"But that doesn't mean I know!!!!".

I dashed out the ice cave, and looked for
this supposed ship, feeling a massive explosion in the mountains, and a rumbling  in the ground.

"Oh no....".

(Y/n):

My hand was blown, still intact, but the little ounce of strength I had to begin with was gone, and my left arm broken, while my leg was bleeding. He threw my up against the wall, and slashed his sword again, with me diving to the ground, and a flash of my mother appearing back in my head.

"You killed my people! So now I return the favor!" He growled, stomping my leg with his foot, and cracking it more.

He picked me up by the collar, and stabebd a poisoned blade into my side, and snapped it. He then punched me in the face so hard, my mask flew off, and my face was reveled.

I slowly turned to look at him, and he got a good look at me.

"You really are her so-".

Endar tackled him to the ground, and blasted him with his shotgun, sending him back, and running over to pick me up.

"I'm not letting you die that easy".

"The fire. The voices. Mom!...." was all I could spill out.

He continued pulling me through my madness, me observing the events as if I want even in control, looking from a outside perspective.

"That ship better be here!" Endar shouted, before I slipped out of consciousness.....
