Ash's POV:

"I don't care about what you did to get me here. I care about what's gonna happen to you when you suck on the face of defeat", I told him possibly in an overconfident manner, and his expression hardened.

"6 on 6?", I asked him breaking the silence between us and he nodded his head with a confident smirk, which I hated for some apparent reason.

"Let me introduce you to an old acquaintance. Darkrai, pave way for victory!!"

"Feraligatr, I choose YOU!!"

"A dancing Pokemon might give a minor edge over others at a Contest, Ash. This is a battle! Dream Eater, straight away!!"

"Aqua Tail!!"

The reason I chose Feraligatr was that he was hopeless at concentration. So Darkrai would be unable to divert his dreams into nightmares, and at this stage, it seemed to give me an advantage, as Darkrai began to clutch it's head excruciatingly, while Feraligatr smashed into it with his powerful tail, sending it crashing into a nearby wall.

Yet, as if it had just taken damage from a minor attack, Darkrai came back to the same position.

"Good choice, Ash. Not bad. Use Dark Pulse, and hide yourself with Double Team!!"

"Hydrosweep!!", I told Feraligatr asking him to use our secret move, which was like a controlled version of Hydro Pump.

"What?", Tobias asked me in a confused manner.

Feraligatr knocked out all the copies, and the mere force of the attack stopped the Dark Pulse on its way, and the move ricocheted somewhere else, and Darkrai took the attack head on, but managed to gain back it's footing....I mean, airing, considering that it didn't have feet.

"Surf and Scald! Simultaneously!!"

"Double Team! Then use Dream Eater combined with Dark Void!!"

Feraligatr however had anticipated it on his own, and increased the range of the attack, and this time, Darkrai couldn't brace. But it was still strong enough on its own. The next second, it began to use Dream Eater, but Feraligatr was unfazed and began to dance happily and Darkrai began to clutch it's head and finally collapsed due to the extreme mental stress.

"Darkrai is unable to continue! Feraligatr is the winner!!", the referee announced, and Tobias returned Darkrai thanking him for his efforts.

"Wanna come back, Feraligatr?", I asked him and he shook his head swaying his tail dangerously.

"Latios, come out!"

"Feraligatr, start off with Water Gun!!"

"Dodge it! Keep doing so!"

His plan was to drain out Feraligatr's energy, and it seemed to be working.

"Luster Purge!!"

The Psychic move had a massive impact on Feraligatr as his energy was also drained by the intense battle with Darkrai.

"When he comes down, use Aqua Tail!!"

"Psychic!! Throw him off the ground!!"

"Take him with you! Use Water Gun to move towards Latios, and bring him down with your tail!!"

"Luster Purge, again!!"

"Jump on him with the same technique!!"

The sheer weight of Feraligatr brought Latios down, but somehow, the legendary managed to turn himself around, and Feraligatr was down in a freefall.

"Hydro Pump on the ground!!"

The force of the attack pushed Feraligatr upwards, and he smashed into the unexpecting Latios and the both of them moved towards the ground.

"Hydro Pump!! Keep shooting water to stay up in the air!! When you have enough power, bring him down with our dear Charizard's Seismic Toss!!"

"IMPOSSIBLE!! Use Dragon Rage combined with Stored Power!!"

The brilliance of Latios was too much for Feraligatr to take, and he collapsed mid-air, but he was wise enough to clutch onto Latios, so he also managed to SEVERELY injure the legendary who was just wobbling in the air.

"Feraligatr is unable to continue! Latios is the winner!!", the referee announced, and the very next second, Latios collapsed into the ground.

"On the other hand, this match is a draw!", he continued. I walked to my fallen Pokemon and brought him to my side.

"Taaar!", he drawled with unhappiness clouding his face. It hurt to see my eternally happy Pokemon sad.

"Hey, you were brilliant! I brought you out because of that insane amount of stamina you have, and look at you! You've taken out two legendaries on your own! Take a well deserved rest, Feraligatr", I told him and returned him to his Pokeball.

"Where is that smirk, Tobias?", I taunted and he clutched his fist shaking in rage.

"Suicune, do not disappoint me!!"

"Venusaur, I choose YOU!!"

"Type advantage will not help you here, Ketchum", Tobias told me with a smirk.

"I know that. But sometimes it may help. Leech Seed!!"

I had trained Venusaur to use Leech Seed at an unimaginable speed. It was so fast that it hit Suicune even before Tobias could give a counter command.

"Use Scald!!"

To my bad luck, the Scald was too fast, and even the burning began to show its effect on Venusaur.

"Use Solar Beam! While charging, attack it with Tackle!!"

Venusaur was powerful, but he was slow. It was a big gamble, but I had to take the chance, as the Leech Seed had begun to take a toll on Suicune's speed and it's ability to listen.

"Surf!!"

Suicune dodged the Tackle and attacked Venusaur who partially stopped in his tracks, but it's difficult for a Pokemon to recover when it uses Surf to dodge, and took the Solar Beam as a point blank attack.

"Petal Blizzard!!"

Suicune was already rattled from the Leech Seed and Solar Beam, so it couldn't even move to avoid the attack, and took it head on, and collapsed on the spot with swirls in its eyes.

"Suicune is unable to continue! Venusaur is the winner!!", the referee announced.

"How?", Tobias asked me trembling in shock, after returning his Suicune.

"You are WAY too dependent on your Darkrai and Latios. I honestly expected a better battle from a Johto legendary, and I have to say that I'm disappointed", I told him and he gritted his teeth, and I'm pretty sure I was able to make out a few curses.

Venusaur menacingly let out a few Vine Whips and slapped them on the floor, and yelled his name at Tobias who growled in response.

"Heatran, extract revenge!!"

"Leech Seed!!"

"Fire Spin!!"

The Leech Seed was sent back and Venusaur narrowly dodged it.

"Heat Wave!!"

"Spin your Vine Whips around you as fast as you can to create an air vortex! That should cut off the heat coming towards you!!"

"Not bad! Magma Storm!!"

"Again!!"

But this time, the attack didn't work, as the flames were of higher concentration, and Venusaur was badly hurt by the fire. But he still stood up defiantly.

"Synthesis!! Then, use Sleep Powder!!"

Venusaur got help from the sun, and in a few seconds, he was as fit as a fiddle.

"Magma Storm!! Again!!"

"Send the powder high"

The lack of pressure on top of Heatran forced the powder down onto it, and in less than a second, Heatran was asleep like a Snorlax.

"Heatran! Get up!!", Tobias yelled but the fire legendary was dozing off happily.

"Heatran is unable to continue! Venusaur is the winner!!", the referee announced.

"You're right, Tobias! Type advantages don't matter", I told him and he openly cursed me causing me to break into a smile. I had gotten into his nerves, and that would help me. He'd make many mistakes.

"Yveltal, come out!"

"Can you continue, Venusaur?", I asked him and he nodded his head panting, but defiant as ever.

"Air Slash!!"

"Hit it back with Vine Whip!!"

But Venusaur was too drained, and his attack was almost a hopeless one. Yveltal just smashed him away and flew back up glaring at Venusaur.

"Synthesis!!"

"Don't let him complete! Oblivion Wing!!"

"Razor Leaf!!"

Venusaur was a tad bit late, but it actually helped, as Yveltal veered off course, and smashed into the ground but it smacked Venusaur away and he collapsed.

"Venusaur is unable to continue! Yveltal wins!!", the referee announced.

"Thank you for your efforts, Venusaur! You've taken down 2 legendaries single handedly. Take a well deserved rest!", I told him rubbing his head and he grunted with a small smile, and I returned him to his Pokeball.

"Floatzel, I choose YOU!!"

"Poor choice, Ketchum! Oblivion Wing!! Once again!!"

"Jump on him!!"

"What do you intend to do, may I ask?", Tobias asked me mockingly.

"Scald!!", I told Floatzel and his eyes widened.

"Roll it out!! Do something to get it out of your back!"

"Hydro Pump!!"

Yveltal was too focused on removing Floatzel from his back that he didn't look where he was going. It was a miracle that Yveltal took up the attack, but it couldn't bear Floatzel's weight and crashed into a wall, while Floatzel jumped to the ground and landed harmlessly, while Yveltal collapsed from the force with which it hit the wall.

"Yveltal is unable to continue! Floatzel is the winner! Left trainer, send out your final Pokemon!", the referee announced, and Tobias yelled a guttural scream in anger.

"I told you, didn't I? You didn't bother to train your remaining Pokemon!", I told him calmly and he just glared at me, his lips twitching.

"Xerneas, finish them all!!", Tobias yelled and threw out Xerneas from its Pokeball.

"Start off with rapid fires of Moonblast!!"

"Hit them back with your tails!"

Unfortunately, Xerneas absorbed the Moonblast, and trotted with pride, angering Floatzel.

"Use Psyshock!!"

"Disrupt it from direct contact! Use Aqua Jet!!"

Xerneas dodged the attack with ease, just as I expected it to do so, but this weakened Floatzel's defensive position.

"Use rapid Moonblast!!"

Floatzel took the attacks head on, but regained his footing. Tobias was overworking Xerneas, and the fatigue was highly visible on Xerneas' face.

"Again!", he ordered.

"Hit them all above, and freeze them with Ice Beam!! Then, break them into fragments, and smash them towards Xerneas!"

"Disrupt it!!"

Xerneas went towards Floatzel within a second, but to its bad luck, it took the impact as a head on collision, tripling it's impact, and Xerneas began to wobble, and collapsed when Floatzel used Aqua Tail without me asking him to do so.

"You stupid Pokemon!!",  Tobias yelled at Xerneas who glared at its trainer, and all of his legendaries came out. Xerneas gave out a squeal standing on its hind legs, and all of his Pokemon walked to the centre facing Tobias.

"We are not WEAK, fool! It's just that a degenerate like you cannot fathom our power or utilise us properly!!", Xerneas yelled telepathically.

"You call yourself a trainer! PATHETIC! You couldn't even defeat a trainer who is a junior compared to you with SIX legendaries, and that too, he happened to use ONLY 3 Pokemon. Shame on YOU!! You don't need me to show the others about the way you caught us, do I?, Darkrai followed, and the others just nodded their heads.

"RETURN!! I'LL DEAL WITH YOUR INSOLENCE LATER!", he yelled and brought out their Pokeballs, but they destroyed their individual Pokeballs the SECOND they came in their 10 metre radius.

"If I must not have you, nobody should!", he yelled and charged at them. I honestly have no idea about what was processing through his mind. Suddenly, Darkrai stepped forward and he stopped in his tracks.

"No! No! Not to me!!", he yelled clutching his head, and a second later, Darkrai shot a Dark Pulse straight into his forehead, and he collapsed into the ground, and Heatran used Magma Storm literally melting his corpse, and the audience shuddered.

A few seconds later, they turned towards me and Floatzel stood in front of me protectively and they just smiled causing him to loosen a bit. They looked at me, and gave me a small nod of respect, which I returned. A second later, Yveltal stepped forward and all 6 of them were engulfed in a white light, and they were gone.

"We...we..well, that turned out badly. Umm..uh..anyway, Ash Ketchum wins this battle and that gives the Challengers a 2-1 lead over the Defenders", the MC announced with a shaking voice.

Then, I returned Floatzel to his Pokeball thanking him for his efforts, and the second I turned around, I was attacked by a certain blonde's lips.
