Your POV

We have been sitting here for god knows how long and no ones said a word well I don't blame them. Takashi had to kill his best friend while Rei had to watch him kill her boyfriend.

I turn to the barricade to see 'Them' trying to get through.

(Y/N): (thoughts) We're not going anywhere if we keep sitting around, we need to find a way to get out of here but how?

My thoughts were interrupted by Reis
voice.

Rei: (turns to Takashi) What's the matter?

Takashi: I was thinking what the hell is really going on.

Rei: That's a straight forward answer.

(Y/N): Can you blame him?

They turn to me to face me.

(Y/N): Ain't no use in lying about it right?

Takashi: Yeah.

We sat in silence until Rei stands up.

Rei: I think I should let my dad know that I'm alright. Let me use your cell?

Takashi stands up and hands over his phone to Rei. I stopped paying attention because I started to think about a few things. Why is this happening, what is XOF doing here, and most important of all is mom and dad alright?

My thoughts were interrupted by Rei's voice.

Rei: No service?

I stood up and turned to Rei.

Rei: But I just called him, I don't understand!

Takashi: Rei?!

(Y/N): What's going on?

Rei turned to me with tears in her eyes.

Rei: (crying) (Y/N), my dad he didn't know it was me at all, he didn't even know me!

I stood there in shock of the news but I soon walked over and hugged her.

(Y/N): It's going to be okay Rei, at least you know your father's alright.

Rei then hugged me back and she cried into my chest.

I then turned to Takashi.

(Y/N): You know we can't stay here.

Takashi: I know, but the question is how are we gonna get out of here?

I then saw a closet behind him.

(Y/N): Hmmmm.

I then let go of Rei and walked to the door.

Rei: What are you doing?

(Y/N): Seeing if there's something useful in here.

I then open the door to find a fire house.

(Y/N): (smirks) Jackpot!

Takashi: You found something?

I moved to the side.

(Y/N): (smirks) Yep.

....

Takashi/Rei: How is that gonna help?

I gave them a "really" face.

(Y/N) Seriously?

Takashi/Rei: What?

(Y/N): (sighs) Ok, you guys know what this is right?

Takashi: Yeah it's a fire hose.

(Y/N): That's right but this baby here lets off water with enough high pressure to knock a person on their ass.

I turned to the barricade.

(Y/N): Or in this case a zombie on its head.

Takashi's eyes widened.

Takashi: So your saying-

(Y/N): Yep, we use this to clear a path by spraying the barricade not only knocking off the barricade, but the zombies in our way.

Takashi: (smirks) Sweet!

(Y/N): Now here's how this is gonna work, Rei you turn on the hose when I give the signal.

Rei: On it.

(Y/N): Takashi you and I are gonna aim it at the barracade, and when we do hold on tight this thing will be a bitch to handle.

Takashi: You got it.

(Y/N): Alright everyone knows the plan?

They both nodded in agreement.

(Y/N): Alright then lets do this!

The three of us then took our positions.

(Y/N): Alright Rei you ready?!

Rei: Yep waiting on you!

(Y/N): Takashi you ready?

Takashi: Ready when you are.

(Y/N): Alright Rei in 3... 2... 1... NOW!!!

Rei then turned on the hose and Takashi and I struggled to keep it steady.

Takashi: Jesus!!!

(Y/N): I told you so!!!

Rei: (Y/N), Takashi!

Takashi: We're ok.

(Y/N): Ok flesh bags I think it's time for you guys to get the hell out of our way!

Takashi: I couldn't agree more, take this!!!

We sprayed the barracade and watched as the zombies fell down the stairs head first dying in the process.

Takashi: HAHAHAHA!!!

(Y/N): HELL YEAH!!!

Timeskip

Question, why are these stairs so long?! Despite all that we were finally able to get off the roof so that's a good thing.

Rei: Where do we run to?

The three of us stop and Takashi turns to us.

Takashi: (smiles) To my house, go there and get supplies we need and meet up with other people who haven't turned yet, work together and get somewhere safe.

(Y/N): (smiles) Sounds like a plan to me.

Rei: (smiles) Yeah... Yeah you're right now that I know that my dad's ok... Oh, we should probably call your house to make sure they're alright too.

Takashi: Waste of time nobody's home, my dad won't be back in town till next week, and my mom's a school teacher so she won't be home until after 5, besides they get on my nerves.

Rei: (giggles) Well they're parents so that kinda comes with the job.

Takashi turns to me.

Takashi: What about you (Y/N)?

(Y/N): My parents are out of town for a couple of days so checking up on them would be a waste of time, now come on (walks down the stairs) lets find other survivors.

Rei: Got it.

Takashi: Right behind you.

Timeskip

We got down the stairs finally! Now all we have to do is fin-

????: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

(Y/N): The hell?!

Takashi: That sounded like Takagi come on this way.

We ran through the hallways to eventually meet up with other survivors and to find Saya drilling through a zombies skull with a drill.

Saya: I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, SOMEONE PLEASE!!!

I scanned the room and saw three zombies on the left and four on the right.

(Y/N): Takashi you and Rei take the ones on the left me and girl with the purple hair will take the ones on the right!

Takashi: You got it!

Takashi and Rei took their side and me and the purple haired girl took our side.

Purple-haired girl: You take two and I'll take two.

(Y/N): Gotcha.

The purple-haired girl ran to her two and I unsheathed my sword and I ran at my two. I ran to the zombie on my right and I swung sword to the right cutting its head clean off then I turn to the one on my left and finishing it off by stabbing it through the jaw and into the brain.

(A/N): KINDA LIKE THIS.

I pulled out my sword and then swiped my sword to get the blood off it and I put it back in its sheathed it.

Purple-haired girl: That was impressive.

I turn to the girl.

(Y/N): Thanks for the compli-

Now that I got a clear view of the girls face all I've got to say is holy shit!!!

My heart is pounding, and my face is blood red. I've never seen such beauty before I mean Saya and Rei are pretty cute but this girl this girl is perfect-

Purple-haired girl: Take a picture it'll last longer.

(Y/N): Huh? O-oh I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to-

Purple-haired girl- (giggle) You're such a sucker, can't you tell when I'm just fucking with you?

(Y/N): O-oh right, but still I'm sorry for staring.

Purple-haired: (smiles) Don't worry, it's only natural for a guy to stare at a beautiful girl like me right?

(Y/N): (madly blushes) Uuuuhhh?

Purple-haired girl: (giggles) Come on we should meet up with the others.

(Y/N): Oh, right.

We met up with the others.

Saeko: You already know the school doctor Marikawa right? And I'm Saeko Busijima from class 3-A.

Takashi: I'm Takashi Komuro from class 2-B.

Rei: Ms. Busijima I remember you won the national championship last year, I'm Rei Miyamoto I'm from the spear martial arts club.

Hirano: Oh and I'm, I'm Kohta Hirano from class B just FYI.

(Y/N): I'm the new transfer student (Y/N) (L/N), it's nice meet you.

Saeko: (smiles) Likewise.

Saya: (angered) Why are you guys being all warm and fuzzy?

Everyone: Huh?

Saya: Why are you being so polite to her Miyamoto? You flunked last year your the same age she's not your elder!

Takashi: What are talking about Takagi?

Saya: DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE I'M STUPID, I'M SMARTER THAN ALL OF YOU COMBINED!!!

Saya: You should be lucky I'm in the same school as you! I'm a... I'm a...

I walked up to Saya and hugged her.

(Y/N): It's okay that's enough now.

She then hugged me back and sobbed into my chest.

Timeskip

After Saya's sob fest we made it to the teachers office and we barracaded the door.

(Y/N): Man what a day.

Takashi: Not what you were expecting on your first day huh?

(Y/N): Nope.

I decided I should check up on Saya.

(Y/N): Saya are you alri-

Okay I knew she was cute before but she is much more cuter now.

(Y/N): So you wear glasses huh?

Saya: My contact lenses keep on moving around so I have no choice, what you got a problem with it?

(Y/N): No its just you look cute with them on.

Saya: (blushes) O-oh um t-thank you.

I nodded.

Saya: By the way, thank you for earlier I really needed that.

(Y/N): (smiles) No problem.

She smiled back at me and walked past me

Saya: Come on, let's see what the others are up to.

(Y/N): Gotcha.

I went to meet with the others and overhear Saeko and Shizuka's conversation.

Saeko: Are you sure is big enough to fit all of us?

Shizuka: (sweat drop) Well now that I think about it.

(Y/N): (thoughts) They must be talking about a means of transportation.

I looked outside the window and found a few buses in the parking lot.

(Y/N): What about one of the buses outside?

Shizuka: That's fine but where are we going?

Takashi: We're going to make sure our families are okay, we'll start with the family that lives closer from here, if you're worried about your family we'll bring them with us. After that we look for a safe place and-

Saya: What's wrong?

We all turned to see Rei watching the news.

Rei: ... What is this?

I grabbed the remote and turned up the volume.

News anchor women: The government has begun to consider the emergency measures against the outbreaks that have been occuring in locations around the city. However, all the political governments have been expressing their-

Takashi: Outbreaks, what do they mean outbreaks?

I changed the channel.

Female reporter: Its been feared that more than 10,000 has been victimized in Saitama areas so far, the governor has already called for-

*GUNSHOT*

Female reporter: -Already declared an state of emergency and request the emergency disaster relief.

We watched as the bodies came back to life only for the police to shoot them down.

Female reporter: It seems that the police has finally using firearms! From what I can see they're... No... Noo... Ahhh... AAAHHH!!!

We watched as the camera dropped to ground and the screen went static.

We all stood there in shock of what we just saw. But my face changed as my eyes turned red in anger.
