SAEKO POV

I was in shock after what I just saw. My gaze glanced over to the others and I saw that they were in shock as well, but when I looked at (Y/N) I could nothing but pure anger, and it... terrified me, but what scared me the most were his eyes.

Those red glowing eyes it was like I looking at the eyes of the devil... what are you (Y/N) (L/N)?

(Y/N) POV

How could this be happening? Why is this happening? Those are the words that are going through my head right now, but the one the one thing I want to know is who did this? My thoughts were interrupted when I heard someone speak in the T.V.

Anchorwoman: Uh, there appears to be a problem. From now on we bring the story from inside the studio. The condition outside seems extremely chaotic so stay home unless it's absolutely necessary to go outside. We'll bring you more stories as soon as it is safe to cover the current situation from the site.

SLAM

I turn and saw that Takashi has slammed his fist on a desk.

Takashi: Is that all?! Why didn't they tell us anything else?

(Y/N): Their afraid of causing a panic.

Everyone turned to me.

Rei: A panic?

(Y/N): Think about it. First panic then chaos, and chaos causes a disruption of order and then... when order is disrupted... well lets just say that the world will go even more into shit than it already is.

The anchorwoman starts talking again but I'm not paying any mind to it because my mind is thinking about my mom and dad, I just hope their alright. My thoughts were interrupted when someone grabbed my shoulder. I turned and saw Takashi.

Takashi: Got a plan?

Everyone looked at me for an answer.

(Y/N): ...The plan is easy to understand but will be hard to do, we get to one of the buses and go see if our families are alright.

Everyone nodded there heads in agreement.

(Y/N): But... we will need teams.

Everyone looked at me confused.

Saeko: Teams?

(Y/N): Yes, our main priority will be to protect Shizuka and Saya. (I turn to Takashi and Saeko) So Takashi and Saeko you two will guard the front.

Takashi and Saeko: Got it.

(Y/N): (I turn to Rei) Rei you and I will guard the back.

Rei: Gotcha.

(Y/N): (I turn to Hirano) And Hirano you will be in between the four of us in case we need range attacks.

Hirano: (salutes) I'm all over it!!!

I chuckled at his little act and then I went serious.

(Y/N): Alright then everyone let's get moving!

(Timeskip)

We made it outside only to stop at flight of stairs and Saeko spoke.

Saeko: Let me make something clear... there's no need to engage in a fight unless it's absolutely necessary... do whatever you can to avoid a fight you got it?

Saya: Remember their sensitive to sound so keep quiet... and they're stronger to rip through regular doors so once they got a hold on you they're gonna tear you to shreds so be careful.

????: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!

(Y/N): The hell?!

We ran to find some students cornered by a bunch of zombies.

Girl 1: Takazo.

Takazo: Oh shit (turns to girl) stay back!

One of the zombies was about to attack the survivors but it was shot in the head by Hirano.

Saeko jumps down off the railing to knock down a zombie with her wooden sword.

I saw one 'them' behind her trying to grab her, then I jumped down off the railing and performed a spinning slash.

And I decapitated the fucker.

Saeko turned around and was surprised to see that it was me.

I looked at her and gave her a heartwarming smile and she blushed and smiled back.

I madly blushed but my eyes widened when I saw one them come up behind her.

She must've seen noticed my reaction because turned around and smashed its head. She then turned to me.

Saeko: We should regroup with the others.

(Y/N): O-Oh right.

(Timeskip)

We regrouped with the others and we asked the other survivors to come with us and they reluctantly accepted. And now we're sitting here on the stairs trying to plan our next move whilst also watching the dead roam the hallways.

Takashi: Man there's a bunch of them.

Saya: From what I can tell the only thing they react to are sounds. They can't see us so there's no reason to hide from them.

Takashi: Why don't go you down there to prove it.

(Y/N): (thoughts) Lightbulb!

I stood up and started walking down the stairs.

Rei: What are you doing?!

(Y/N): Something stupid.

I continued walking down the stairs and I stopped in the middle of the hallway.

I stood there waiting to see if one "Them" would attack me. Then I saw one of 'them' walking towards me and I put my hand on the hilt of my sword ready to strike.

(Y/N): (thoughts) Come on make my day.

Luckily it didn't attack me and walked right past me.

(Y/N): (whispering) So they really can't see me huh?

I looked down to for something to throw and coincidentally there was a shoe right next to my foot. I grabbed the shoe and threw it at some lockers and "They" followed the sound.

As I was watching the zombies walk towards the lockers I get punched in the arm.

(Y/N): (whispering) Ow!!!

I turned to see an angry Rei.

(Y/N): Jesus Rei that hurt what the hell was that for?!

Rei: That was doing something stupid! You do realize you could've gotten yourself killed?!

My eyes widened because I didn't think she'd care about me. I was about to protest but I didn't because I know she's right.

(Y/N): You're right, I'm sorry.

She smiles.

Rei: It's okay just don't do that again.

Saeko POV

Oh great now she wants him to!

Saya POV
If she thinks that she's worthy of his love, well she's got another thing coming!

Shizuka POV
I may be older than him but this little bitch needs to back off he's mine!

(Y/N) POV

I motioned for the others and they started coming down the stairs. I opened the doors and everyone started running out but then suddenly-

CLANG!!!

Our eyes widened in shock.

(Y/N): (thoughts) Are. You. Fucking. KIDDING MEEEEEE?!!!

Takashi: RUUUUUNNN!!!

The other survivors hauled ass to the bus.

Saya: Why did you open your big mouth?!

Saya: We could've made it here just by taking care of the ones that were close by if hadn't said anything!

One zombie tried to attack Saya tried to attack Saya from behind but before I could react Saeko came in and did an upwards slash on the zombie.

Rei: The noise would've echoed anyway, just start swinging!

Rei swung her homemade spear on a zombie killing it.

Hirano just stood there aiming his homemade gun ready to fire but realized one thing.

Hirano: There's to many of them.

I rushed past Hirano and I slashed my sword decapitating a zombie.

(Y/N): Less talking-

(Y/N): More killing!!!

I rushed in and did something like this

(A/N): SKIP TO 1:24 AND IMAGINE THE GUARDS ARE ZOMBIES AND YOU ARE SELENE... AND YOU HAVE YOUR SWORD INSTEAD OF A KNIFE.

I stood up and the zombies just stood there until I tapped my sword.

And all their heads fell to the floor.

I swiped the blood off my sword and then sheathed it. I shook my head to get out of my psychotic state.

(Y)N): (thoughts) Damnit I lost control, I swear this apocalypse is gonna make it worse... oh shit the others might have seen my face!!!

I turned around and expected them to freakout but instead-

Hirano: Dude that was awesome!!!

Takashi: I know right?!

Saeko:(smirks) That was some impressive sword work.

I was surprised when I heard them say that because I was expecting a negative reaction but instead they praised me. I felt relieved because didn't see my psychotic face.

I turned to see more of "Them".

(Y/N): Alright guys lets get into our teams.

Everyone: Right!!!

We all got into our teams.

(Y/N): Lets move!!!

We began running to the bus with Takashi and Saeko bashing, Hirano shooting, and Rei and I bashing and slashing any zombies that got in our way.

We eventually made it to the bus.

Takazo: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

We all turned to see Takazo getting eaten by a group of zombies.

Girl 1: Takazo!!!

Takaso: Naomi. Argh!!!

Naomi tried to run to Takaso but I stopped her.

Naomi: What are doing? Let me go!!!

(Y/N): Listen I know he's your boyfriend, but think about it!

She turned to me with tears streaming down her face.

(Y/N): He wouldn't want you to die, he would've wanted you to live, so keep living not for you but for him.

She turned to her now dead boyfriend and then she turned to me and she nods.

Naomi: Your right... let's go.

I nodded and we ran inside the bus and I saw new people in the bus and I also saw Rei angry.

(Y/N): (thoughts) I wonder what's up with her... I think it's better not to ask. (reality) Is everyone alright, no one bitten?

Saeko: We're alright.

(Y/N): Good, alright let's get this bus moving!

Shizuka steps on the gas and starts to drive towards the gate running over some zombies in the process and then eventually we rammed through the gate.

(Y/N): (sighs in relief) Welp, glad that part's over.

Takashi: Thank god.

????: Thank god indeed. (turns to Saeko) I take it you have been appointed leader?

Saeko: There's no such thing we just work together in order to live... that's all.

????: That's not good. In order to survive we definitely need a leader, a leader who bares everything with valor, with confidence.

Rei: (turns to Takashi) You'll regret this, I guarantee that you'll regret that you helped him.

(Y/N): (thoughts) So she hates that guy? I can see why, I just met him and I want kill him.

????: The city!!!

We all turned to the windows to see the city in chaos.

(Y/N): (thoughts) This world really has gone to hell.

????: (points to Takashi) I just can't stand this guy!

I turned to see some guy arguing with Takashi.

????: I hate him!

Takashi: Why,(stands up) what the hell did I ever do to you? I don't even know you.

????: (angerily) You know!!!

He tried to attack Takashi but I stepped in and grabbed him by the throat and lifted him up in the air choking him in the process.

(Y/N): Sooo, you guys think you know better? Well just an FYI we could've left you to die but no we decided to help you and this is how you repay us? Idiots... if you don't like the fact that you're out of that school then please by all means step out of the bus... no? Then shut up! (turns to the guy he's choking) and if you try to hurt one of my friends again, then I'll snap your fucking neck, you understand?!

He nodded fast and I dropped him and I turn to the people in the bus and they looked at me terrified.

(Y/N): I don't want to hear another complaint understand?

They nodded their heads terrified. I turned around to go to my seat but I stopped because I heard clapping.

????:Bravo! Simply outstanding teamwork, I'm impressed I commend both of you.

I didn't bother to turn around.

(Y/N): And who the hell might you be?

Shido: Koichi Shido of class 3-A. Anyway I think we can all agree that a conflict like that only proves my point, we need a leader. We do, surely neither of you want such a difficult responsibility on your shoulders?

Saya: So, you're gonna run for the position then?

Shido: I'm a teacher Ms. Takagi and while mature all of you are barely in your teens. That alone makes it very clear who's qualified to assume such a role I have experience.

He started rambling nonsense but he stopped when he saw my face.

(Y/N): (angrily) How about you shut your mouth or I'll shut it for you!

He backed off terrified and he sit back down.

I turned to see my friends with approved faces and Rei was smiling.

I sat down.

(Y/N): Sorry, I kinda got carried away.

Takashi: Don't be, one of us was gonna say it eventually well not in the way you did.

Rei jumped out of the bus and Takashi went after her.

I stepped out of the bus to see another bus coming their way.

(Y/N): GUYS LOOK OUT!!!

Takashi tackled Rei into the tunnel to avoid getting run over.

I turned to see the bus blocking the tunnel.

(Y/N): You guys alright?!

Takashi: Yeah we're alright!

Saeko: Where's Komuro and Rei?!

I turned to see Saeko outside of the bus.

(Y/N): They're in the tunnel, they're fine.

I turned to see "Them" coming out of the burning bus but they died soon after.

Takashi: At the police station, meet up at the East police station!

(Y/N): What time?!

Takashi: 7 o'clock, if not today then tomorrow at the same time!

(Y/N): Alright we'll meet you there, be careful!

Takashi: We will!

I turned to Saeko.

(Y/N): Let's get back to the bus.

She nodded in agreement and we headed back to the bus.

(Mini Timeskip)

I really hope that those two are ok.
I mean Rei's a strong fighter and she's got Takashi to watch over her but still I can't help but to feel worried about them.

I looked up to see the girl we saved from earlier.

(Y/N): (thoughts) She hasn't said a word since we got on this bus... I should go talk to her.

I stood up and walked to the girl and sat next to her.

(Y/N): How you holding up?

She turned to me with a sad look.

Naomi: Why did you help me?

I was shocked to hear her say that.

(Y/N): I helped you because it was the right thing to do.

Naomi: Still though without him I have no reason to live.

I pinched her arm.

Naomi: Ow! The hell was that for?!

(Y/N): That was for saying something stupid, that's all bullshit and you know it!

Her eyes widened in shock.

(Y/N): As I said before he would've wanted you to keep living not die alongside him!... tell me do you have family?

Naomi:... Yes.

(Y/N): That's why he would've wanted you to live he would've wanted you to live to see your family again, so do him a favor and keep fighting and surviving for him.

She sat in silence for a second and then she smiled.

Naomi: You're right, I'll keep surviving so I can see my family again, it's what he would've wanted.

(Y/N): That's the spirit.

Naomi: By the way I never got your name.

(Y/N): It's (Y/N) you?

Naomi: Naomi.

(Y/N): Well Naomi if you ever need anything don't be afraid to ask me or my friends.

Naomi: (nods) I will, thank you.

I nodded and headed back to my seat and I was about to fall asleep until I felt someone sat next to me. I turned to see it was Saeko.

Saeko: That was very kind of you to do that for her.

(Y/N): Hey, I was just doing the right thing.

Saeko: I know but still, not a lot of people would look out for someone they barely know.

(Y/N): Yeah, I know.

Saeko:... Do you think they'll be okay?

(Y/N):... I don't think... I know they'll be okay.

She smiled and smiled back and she had a faint blush on her face.

(Y/N): We should get some sleep we got a long day tomorrow.

Saeko: (yawns) Yeah you're right.

I closed my eyes felt a weight on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see Saeko leaning on my shoulder.

Saeko: Goodnight (Y/N).

I smiled.
