This probably sounds dumb but any song by Grandson normally. I just enjoy being able to put on headphones and play it cause it's loud and blocks out any noises that may be causing me anxiety, and also cause shouting along to it when I play it aloud can help get rid of a lot of nervous energy

God literally any song from Heathers lately, they've all been stuck in my head

Anyways-I've finished this and also found a new video to pay attention to so I guess I'm going back to that for a while despite how boring it kinda sounds. I feel like I've done nothing all day. I should probably do some yoga or something so I can at least say I moved a little bit lol
