The next morning starts with her waking up by the birds chirping. She lazily sat up as she stare at thin air for a minute. Then she did some stretching after getting up.

She went to the washroom to brush her teeth. After that, she went to have her usual bread and jam. And as usual, she got late.

She hurriedly went to take a bath. Afterward, she dried her hair, took her bag & keys, and came outside. She locked her door as she started walking.

On her way she again noticed that same old lady. She is again struggling with her food cart. She thought to help her again so she walked towards her.

She helped her by pushing the cart. When they were in the safe zone she looked at the old lady.

"And we're done!" She said smiling

"Thank you, dear. I'm really glad that an angel like you helped me" She said smiling

Didn't she said something like this the other day too?...Maybe it's just me

"It's fine Halmoni. I'll get going then. I'm getting late" She said smiling

She again started walking. While the old lady waved at her walking figure

I think she was wearing that black suit the other day too. Maybe it's her uniform?

She was in her thoughts while walking and she noticed a little girl is running on her way. They both bumped with each other as it's was too late till she realized.

"Omo are you okay?" She asked worriedly

The girl looked up at her with a scared look on her face.

It's the same girl as yesterday

"I'm sorry unnie! I was chasing my ball so I didn't notice you coming. Sorry" She said pointing at her pink ball

Uh...okay?

"Um...it's fine. But be careful while walking on the street. It can be dangerous" She said smiling

"Okay! You're really nice unnie" She said smiling

"Thank you" She said smiling

She waved at the girl while the little girl walked away.

"Maybe they moved here recently. I've never seen this girl here before and yet I bumped with her twice. I've to be more careful next time" She whispered to herself while keep on walking

As she reached near her office building she head to the worker's office and sat on her desk. She took out her important stuff which she need today and then she noticed something.

"Uh...didn't I submit this yesterday?"

She whispered to herself as she noticed the same file she submit to her boss yesterday is now in her bag. She checked it carefully to see if it was the same file or she is mistaken.

"No, it's the same file. I'm sure"

While she was in her deep thoughts she felt a pat on her shoulder. She looked up to see her friend.

"Good morning Halsey" She said smiling

"Morning lazy bird. You're late again. Why don't you just set alarm for everything?" Halsey said

"Do you really need to say this every day?" Y/n asked annoyedly

"Of course yes. You've to change your bad habits. Anyway, boss asked you to meet him in his office. Have you finished the paperwork? That's why he is calling you" She said crossing her arms

"Yeah...I did complete it but it seems I accidentally submit some other file to him yesterday" Y/n said nervously

"Oh, Y/n why are you so clumsy! Go quickly or he'll get mad" She said making her stand up

"Okay, I'll go then. Wish me luck"

"Always! Now go!"

She walked towards her boss's office door. When she was allowed to enter she entered in closing the door.

"Morning Ms. Kim. Hope you've finished your work?" He asked looking at her

"Y-Yes, sir. I-It's done. My apologies for handing you the wrong file. Here is the file which you needed" She said nervously

She hand him the file as he checked it. Y/n keep on looking down at her feet while he was checking the files. After he was done he looked up at her.

"What do you mean Ms. Kim? I asked you to complete this by today which you did and I don't remember collecting some other files yesterday. I think you're mistaken, Ms. Kim"

"Uh...is that so?" She asked confusingly "Maybe you're right. I think I'm having a rough day. My bad sir" She said nervously

"It's okay Ms. Kim. It happens. Don'toverworkk yourself. Make sure to take care of yourself too okay?" He asked

"Sure sir" She said smiling

"Okay so, now I want you to complete these and I also want to you to research about products our customers have been buying the most recently" He said as he intertwined his fingers and placed his hand on the desk

"Uh...sir. Didn't I do that yesterday?" She asked

"No, this is my first time asking you to do this research. I usually ask Ms. Han but she has taken leave so I'm asking you" He said

"I- Uh-" She sighs "Sorry, I guess I'm just too much stressed"

"It's fine" He said smiling

She bowed to him as she came out and sat on her desk. She sat there like that for a while, thinking why she feels like the things which suppose to happen today have already happened.

She decides to drink coffee to shrug off this feeling and then started doing her work. About 5 hours later she finished her work. She yawned as she stretched.

"As I feel like I did the research yesterday it seemed a bit easy today. But in reality, this is my first time doing this. Just because I feel I did it yesterday, today it got easy for me. Well, good for me" She said to herself

As Halsey was still doing her work, by the time Y/n think of submitting her work. She knocked on her boss's office door and entered in.

"Here are the files you asked me to complete" She said as she hand him her work

"Hm, I really love how you're so passionate about your work. I like the dedication. That's the only reason you're here even tho you come late" He said as he checked her work

 "Um...thank you, sir. I'll get going then"

She said as she walked out.

"I think the other day he said something similar to that" She said as she sat on her seat while scratching her nape "That's some weird way of taunting not gonna lie"

After some minutes Halsey came to her waving.

"Hey, you done? Want to have something together?" Halsey asked smiling

"Yeah, I'm done, let's go"

They both went to the fast-food store where they went the other day. Halsey went towards the same corner table where they sat the other day while Y/n followed behind.

"What would you like to have?" Halsey asked

"Sandwich as usual" She replied

"Okay then wait till I come back"

Halsey stood up as she went to give their order while Y/n waits for her. Soon she came back and sat in her seat.

"So what did you order today?" Y/n asked

"Today I ordered Hamburger" She said as smiled and blinked once

"Huh, didn't you have it yesterday? I don't think you eat the same food again. At least not when I'm near" She said as she looked at her in shock

"Huh? What do you mean? I had soup yesterday. Don't you remember?" Halsey asked looking at her confusingly

At this point, Y/n was feeling restless.

"I- uh- never mind. Sorry I'm having a rough day" She said as she looked down

"Yeah, I can see. Get some rest when you get home" Halsey said worriedly

After they were done they both separated on their ways.

"What is this which is happening to me? I guess I need some proper sleep" She said as sighed and kept on walking

While Y/n was walking she noticed an old lady scolding a guy who seems drunk.

"Hey, drunk man! How many times have I told you to not get drunk and dance outside my house door!"

The old lady shouted at the drunk man while the drunk man keep on dancing.

"Huh? Same as yesterday?"

She scoffed as she keep on walking. As she get closer to her house door she took out the keys and opened the door.

She entered as she closed the door and directly went to the washroom to take a hot shower. After she was done she came out and did her usual night routine.

Today she wasn't in the mood of listening to any type of song so she just cooks some ramen and eats it in silence.

After she was done. She wash the plates and went to bed. She covered herself with the blanket as she turned to her left side.

"Today was confusing"
