I got a notification from an old friend that I got into a stupid fight with

I'm freaking out

I literally can't breathe right now

I feel incredible guilty

I feel sad and upset

I don't know what to do, I have a lump in my throat and I can't breathe

All I know is that it's nearly 2 in the morning, I can't breathe, and I'm freaking out over a stupid notification.

My life is going great so far...
