So before I start, I don't mind vegans. They can do what they want, it's their choice. So what they don't eat animals? That's fine

What I mind is the snooty vegans who are like HOW COULD YOU EAT AN ANIMAL YOURE ALL DISGUSTING MONSTERS AND MEAT IS NOT MEANT TO BE EATEN yada yada yada

  So anyway my older cousin is a snooty vegan

And tomorrow's forth of July

So my mom creates a group chat with like 15 ppl that are coming and sends "hey, does anyone have food allergies I don't know about so I can keep the food separate?"

And then my cousin comes in.

"You have vegan options right."

So my mom sends

"We have homemade Caesar Salad without anchovies, a vegetable platter, and watermelon for desert if you'll eat any of that." (She forgot Parmesan cheese wasn't vegan)

Then my cousin goes on a rant on how vegans are always excluded and she shouldn't have to eat the sides and that it's really offensive and disgusting to her that the dishes are meat based and that vegans aren't even a thought (she's the only vegan in the forty people that are coming, btw)

And nobody wants to deal with her so the gc is silent excluding her and my mom

But she's now angry because my mom suggested that she bring a dish of her own for her to eat (which is also offensive to her for some reason?)

So you know me, I don't put up with no ones shit.

    I say "of course we have vegan options for you! I just mowed the lawn, you're more than welcome to eat the clippings! :)" and then removed her from the chat

My mom just scolded me for being rude, but hey she deserved that.
