Abs
So I just did a one hour high intensity work out as a dryland for swim practice
So aft first it's like HIGH KNEES HIGH KNEES
Okay cool it's tiring but whatever
The room is 90 degrees, we were all sweating horribly
And we work through this cardio video, okay cool
We finish and were like ok cool water break and maybe stretch
And the coach puts on a video called "ten minute ab fix"
Ok, cool. It's only 10 minutes.
No. Not cool.
So it Starts off with crunches which isn't that bad. But that just keep going. Then they keep telling us to do weird things like raise your leg up in the air and lay on your side and get your chin to your knees and with all that keep doing the crunches
Now mind you, I don't have any abdominal strength whatsoever.
Most of the team doesn't either.
They're all sweating and stuff, all complaining and shit
Except I am weird and I laugh when I'm pain.
I am just there laughing hysterically throughout the practice and everyone is looking at me weird (understandably)
So afterwards I am thinking "I'd better look good or imma start throwing hands"
I get home and I'm not looking any better. In Fact, I look worse because I'm bloated from all the water I was drinking
I want to die.
