Chapter 3

Ready?" Omkara asked Gauri and took her hand in his. They were standing in front of the Oberoi Mansion, all their belongings were already back in their room but Gauri needed a second. She was going back to the last place she had cried about her back then broken marriage. Within seconds she remembered every bad thing that ever happened in their Home, their Bedroom and she couldn't help the tears. Omkara tired hard to figure her emotions out. He knew she was very nervous but seeing her tears shocked him.

"Why are you crying Baby? he asked and pulled her closer to him. Gauri buried her face into his chest and cried. "I just remember everything you know? The last time I was here I thought you hated me, that you didn't wanted me to be part of your life and somehow I don't know it broke my heart despite the fact that we are happy now. That I am secure of our love it was just so overwhelming. Gauri said and looked up into Omkara's Face.

He wiped away her tears and kissed her softly; understanding.

"I am so sorry for all the pain. I promise from now on we will only have good memories. Just think about it...we will get married in our Home again, our children will be raised here, our love will be all that we will remember till the day we die.

His lips found hers once again and both were lost in each other for a few moments.

Hearing some voices, they broke apart and smiled at each other. Soon their Family would be showering them with their undivided attention. Ever since they heard that she and Omkara would move back into the mansion Rudra had planned a welcome back home party.

"You always find the perfect words to calm me down. How do you manage to do that?

Omkara laughed and kissed her cheek. Gauri smiled at him.
"Well Practice makes perfect Mrs. I understand the language of your Heart, You are my Wife Gauri I know you better than anyone else. Or At least I am still learning.

"You are doing an amazing job so far, Thank you. Now let's go in. I missed our Family.

With a deep breath they entered and where soon surrounded by the entire family.

Gauri bent down to take blessing from Dadi and Jhanvi but they stopped her and hugged her instead. Om was already in Rudra's Arms and listened to his never ending stories. Shivaay who observed the scene from a distance smiled. He was happy, finally his brother and his bride had returned home.

"Shivaay Bhaiya. Gauri ran towards him and hugged him. He pulled her closer to himself and ruffled her hair. Maybe she wasn't related to him by blood but damn he loved this little Woman the same Way he loved Priyanka and his Brothers. She was family and she would always be. He thanked God for giving his Brother a Life partner like Gauri, she was able to give him hope, to be his inspiration. She was his saviour.

"I missed you too Gauri. Anika is ecstatic that you are back, finally her Sister is back.

Gauri smiled. "I missed her too. Where is she? We have so much to prepare for the Wedding and the pre-Wedding rituals.

"She is already upstairs waiting for you. And Om? Shivaay turned to his brother with a sly smirk and Om feared whatever he was going to say. Because that smirk right there showed vengence and Omkara already could assume what he was about to say.

"You remember Dadi's 2 Feet rule? Well I suggested the same for you two, Gauri will stay with Dadi in her Room, I mean better to be safe Hain na? That way we will be sure that you won't break the rule.

Omkara paled and looked at his wife. How could he stay away from her for the next couple of weeks? He never slept peacefully without her. With a frown he started arguing with his Brother but Shivaay just laughed. He had waited a long time to get his Revenge. And seeing his usually shy brother openly declare that he couldn't sleep without his wife next to him, amused Shivaay but also made him Happy. Om was finally an Ishqbaazi, finally in Love.

"Gauri, you can't support all this? Omkara asked outraged; Gauri blushed and ran upstairs without answering his question, to talk to Anika. She knew Omkara hated it to sleep without her but knowing that in a few Weeks they would be married again and have a proper Wedding Night she didn't object.

Let him go crazy with Want, Gauri thought and knocked on the door of Anika and Shivaay's Room.

" Anika? Gauri entered and saw Anika coming out of the Bathroom, looking slightly pale. Immediately she ran towards her Sister in Law and steadied her.

"Kya Hua? Are you fine? Gauri helped Anika sit down and offered her some Water.

Gratefully Anika drank the whole glass and then smiled at her.

"I am fine just felt a bit nauseous. She said with a blush and Gauri couldn't help but smile. She had a general Idea as to why Anika felt that way but chose to be quiet.

"Does Shivaay know yet?

Anika shook her Head. "I am not sure either. In 2 Days I am going to the doctor to get a confirmation till then please don't tell anyone. I want you to be the main attraction the next few days Gauri. You are getting married again and I want to support you the same way you supported me on my remarriage with Shivaay. So let's get down to business. Anika hugged Gauri and soon they started planning for the upcoming ceremonies.

Tomorrow should be the Haldi Ceremony and the day after that the Mehndi Ceremony.

"We have to meet the Pandit for a Mahurat for your wedding day. I will call him right now and see when he can meet us. Oh and the Boys will plan the Bachelor Party on the same night as your Mehndi so we are undisturbed the whole evening. Tomorrow we will have to do all the shopping. Anika said; already dialing the Family Pandit.

Gauri was overwhelmed she had almost forgotten how much needed to be done, if anyone asked her she didn't need all this, she just wanted to be with Om, forever.

"Chalo Gauri, start selected a few jewelries from the catalog I gave you. Any special wishes regarding the Color? We have to choose something that will coordinate with Omkara's Sherwani.

Keeping a Hand on Anika's shoulder Gauri asked her to relax.
"Breath! We will manage everything in time, till then please stay calm it is not good for you in this condition to overwork yourself okay? Gauri smiled.

Anika nodded and informed her that the pandit was on his way already and she should prepare some snacks.

Gauri went to the Kitchen and started preparing some light snacks when she felt strong Arms around her Waist. She closed her eyes and leaned against her Husband.

"I missed you. He whispered and kissed her below her ear. She shiverd involuntary.

"Already? I have seen you like an hour ago Om. Gauri said with a chuckle and finally turned to face Omkara. He kissed her forehead and then caressed her face.

"I know but ...I don't know why I feel like that all I know is I want you beside me 24/7.That is what I enjoyed most on living alone with you.

Closing her eyes and leaning against him she sighs. "I know, me too. But don't worry the wedding will be over soon and then no one and nothing can tear us apart. In fact, the Pandit is on his way to determine our Wedding Day. Gauri informed him with a smile and went back to making the snacks. Omkara pouted and hugged her once more. He needed the physical contact, Gauri realized. That was his way of showing her how much she meant to him, had always meant to him.

"Hopefully something soon, I don't like the Idea of not sleeping in the same Bed as you Gauri. Without you I don't sleep in peace.

"Well after our Wedding you won't be sleeping in peace either. She said without thinking and then blushed realizing what her words implied. Omkara smiled and turned her around once more. So his wife was also thinking about that. He remembered their almost love making a few weeks back and cursed himself for stopping them.

Had he known how tiring a wedding could be he would have had his way with her back then, feeling her body against his, their lips meeting... Om stopped thinking and focused once more on her words.
"Why won't I sleep in peace? You have something in mind that would keep me sleepless at night? His lips drove over her cheek to the base of her neck , where he placed a soft kiss on her skin. She closed her eyes; her Hands grabbing his biceps for support. She knew they both wanted it, but they had decided to wait. But feeling his lips on her Body, Gauri almost forgot the promise they made to each other, Maybe she should tease him. See how patient he really was but she couldn't think with him so close.

"Well I have a few things in Mind but my stupid Husband wanted to wait...so we will do just that. She said and pushed him away slightly. Omkara chuckled and sighed.

"Back then It seemed like a smart Idea. Right now I just want to carry you into our Bedroom and have my way with you, make you scream my Name and some other things but... you are right! I wanted to wait so I have to be patient. Omkara said and his lips found hers for a quick kiss. Feeling her Smile, he smiled back.

"Patience is a virtue Om. That said she pulled him down to kiss him once more.

Soon both of them were lost in each other and Gauri felt Omkara lifting her onto the kitchen Counter to gain better access to her body. She wrapped her Legs around his waist as his tongue found his way into her mouth. Gauri moaned in pleasure and his lips trailed to her neck once again; to leave a mark visible to anyone.

"Om... Hearing her Moan his Name Omkara stopped. They were in the middle of the Kitchen where anyone could walk in on them and he didn't want anyone to hear her desire filled voice, that privilege belonged only to him. Cursing himself he stepped back and corrected her cloth, her buttons were half undone and he could see her Bra. With a blush she buttoned up and he helped her come down from the counter.

Minutes later Anika and Shivaay walked in to inform them that the Pandit had arrived.

Noticing their blushed faces Shivaay laughed out loud. He knew exachtly what had happened in that very kitchen a few minutes ago.

"Kya Hua Shivaay? Anika asked; clueless until her gaze fell on Gauri's Neck.

"Looks Like Dadi should stay as close to Gauri as possible. Shivaay said and Anika walked over to her Sister in Law to whisper something into her ear.

"Gauri, you should use your Dupatta to cover your neck else that hickey will be the subject of the day. Anika said with a smile and Gauri immediately covered her neck with a death glare at Om. How could he give her a hickey, right before meeting a Pandit?

The four of them walked into the Living room and Anika and Gauri served the Pandit, while he looked through their horoscope's. Gauri sat down beside her Mother in Law while Om walked to his Grandmother. He kissed her softly on her head and turned to watch Gauri's Face light up with Joy. This was the reason he was going through all of that , just to see her Happy Face, to see the Joy she deserves after all the misery.

"The Best Time to get them both married would be in a Week, else you have to wait for 5 Month. The Pandit said and Om quickly told him, that one week was enough of time to prepare for the wedding. The Pandit smiled and congrutaled him on their wedding. Everyone laughed on his eagerness and Gauri blushed slightly.

And that was when it hit her: A Week? A WEEK? She stood up with a shock, Anika walked to her and asked her what was wrong.

"Only a Week? How will me manage to plan everything? We have so much to do.

Anika smiled and pulled Gauri into a Hug. " What did you say about staying calm? Now Listen we will Go shopping now, for the Mehndi and the Wedding, your dress for the Haldi ceremony is already waiting in Dadi's room for you. Shivaay? Anika turned to her Husband who was teasing his younger Brother.

"How can I help Anika? He said and was already dialing Khanna's Number to get the car ready. He knew if his wife said his name in that tone she needed him.

" You and the Boys have to go with us so we can choose your Cloth as well. Everything has to be perfect and matching. Also you have to call the florist so he will deliver enough Flowers for the Haldi and Mehndi ceremony and last but not least. Anika walked over to her Husband and gave him her famous puppy look.

Shivaay knew she would ask for something he usually wouldn't agree to.

" What?

"I need Khanna for the next Week till the Marriage is over. Anika said and Shivaay almost jumped. His secretar? His right hand?

" Anika! You know how much I need Khanna with me at the office... Shivaay started and seeing her puppy look he sighed defeated and agreed. She would always win.

Omkara walked towards Gauri and pulled her closer.
"Will you choose my Sherwani? He whispered into her ear; using the few minutes they had before going to the family designer for their cloth. Gauri blushed.

"If you want too but only if you choose my Wedding Saree. She smiled at him and he kissed her cheek.

Soon they were on their way to the boutique when Anika and Gauri already were chattering about the upcoming ceremonies. Om and Shivaay looked at their respective wives and couldn't help but smile.

"We are truly Lucky. Omkara said and Shivaay could only agree. Ever since they were married they felt happy, like life was beautiful. They had a reason to live.

"What are you talking about? Gauri asked and turned towards Om and Shivaay.

"Nothing. Both said at the same time and soon they reached.

After almost 3 hours they finally settled on outfits for each function.

For their Wedding Gauri would be wearing a burgundy red Saree and Omkara a beige-gold Sherwani. For his bachelor Party he would wear a black suit.

Gauri was trying on some Sarees for her Mehndi when she felt Om hug her from behind.

"Om! Get out I am changing my dress! She tried to push him away but he pulled her even closer to himself and kissed her before she screamed the shop down. Within seconds she kissed him back and sighed against him. Feeling him against her made her always forget the time and place. When they parted they were both out of breath.

"Should I help you taking that thing off? he said referring to the saree. She wacked his hands away but couldn't help a smile. He was truly a naughty young man.

"No! The only time you will get to undress me is on our Wedding night in a Week so you better try to keep your hands to yourself Young Man. Gauri tried her best to sound stern and seeing his shocked and sad expression she almost gave in but thankfully they were disturbed by Anika who asked whether the dress fit.

With her eyes Gauri asked Om whether he liked the Saree or not and after giving her both thumbs up Gauri assured Anika that they found the perfect dress for the occasion. Oblivious to her Brother in Law being in their Anika said:
"Don't forget that we have to choose some Sexy Dessous for your Suhaagraat Gauri. And the perfect Nightdress as well.Ask Om about his favorite Color.

Blushing to a dark shade of Red Gauri tried to look everywhere but into Omkara's face, hearing about their upcoming nuptial night made it all too real. Soon she would be his in every sense. His wife in mind, body and soul. She couldn't wait anymore.

"If you ask me I don't care what you were, at the end of the night we both will be stark naked. Omkara whispered into her ear and she grabbed his collar; pulling him as close to her as possible. His lips kissed her Neck and she arched her head to give him better access.

"Gauri? Anika asked and knocked against the door of the trial room.

"Just give me a Minute...Gauri said and finally managed to put some distance between her and Omkara.

"One Week. He said sadly and rested his forehead against hers.

"One Week.

Soon they were on their Way back home when Gauri asked to stop at a medical store. Almost instantly Omkara was worried.

"Are you not feeling well? He asked and looked at her, trying to see any sign of discomfort. Gauri shook her Head. He worried so easily for her.

"No Om, just a few Things for a Lady. She whispered and asked Anika to join her.

"Let's buy a home pregnancy test before you go to the doctor. Also I want to buy some pads and maybe a Kit for myself. Who knows...maybe I will get pregnant soon and then our kids will be raised the same way as the famous Oberoi Brother. Gauri looked at her Sister and Law and Anika smiled. Soon they bought everything they needed and once they reached Home, Gauri was escorted to Dadi's Room.

Omkara sulked and sat down in his Room. Without Gauri it felt so lonely and empty.

"Hot Chocolate?

Rudra entered his Brothers Room with a Tray of Hot chocolate and Shivaay followed suit. They sat down and enjoyed the silence for a few minutes.

"So tell us How was it to live alone with your Wife? Must be nice, no one to disturb you, romance 24/7..Shivaay said with a smile and Rudra high fived him.

"Well it was nice knowing I could kiss my Wife whenever I wanted but we truly missed home. Also Gauri and I haven't...we are not truly Husband and Wife just yet. Omkara confessed and Shivaay looked surprised. Considering that whenever they were left alone they couldn't keep their hands off each other it was a wonder that they haven't done the deed yet, Shivaay thought chuckling.

"Really?

"Yeah. I wanted to wait, to give her the wedding she deserved but now I hate myself for doing it. I want my wife beside me, without her I feel so restless.

Rudra hugged his Brother. "Just a few more Days Om. Also It has been a while since we had a nice sleepover just us Brothers. I miss that.

Shivaay smiled. Me too.

"Me three. Om said and they decided to do that on his Bachelor Night. To have a nice Sleep over with just them. Because they knew they would end up pretty drunk and no one should witness that sight.

"So tell us what is new? How is Gauri's work going?

"Wonderful. She was already promoted. Shivaay you have to see her work, she is an incredible designer, maybe she could work with us.

"I will surely ask her. Any way enjoy your Night, I have a Wife waiting for me. Shivaay said and left the Room laughing; seeing his younger Brothers expression.

Rudra smiled and also left his Brother alone.

Omkara laid down and sighed. It was going to be a long Night.

"Let's do the Test now! Gauri said and pushed Anika into the Bathroom.

"I am scared Gauri, what if I am not?

"Well then you keep trying. She answered with a wink; causing Anika to blush.

"Shameless. Anika said with a smile and finally went inside to do the test.

Gauri was impatiently walking up and down the room. She was just as nervous as her Sister in Law. Five minutes Later Anika came out and handed the Pregnancy test over to Gauri.

"I am too Scared to look. Anika said and closed her eyes. Taking a deep breath Gauri checked the result.

"Anika? Gauri sounded Sad and Anika tried hard to fight the tears.

"I knew it false Alarm...I mean who tries and succeeds at the first time right?

"Shut up and let me finish! CONGRATULATIONS you are pregnant. Handing over the Stick to her, she pulled her into a tight hug. Anika gave her a soft slap on her arms. Gauri pulled her ears saying sorry.

"Go Tell Shivaay. He will be thrilled, we have to celebrate.

"I will tell him but the rest of the family only after your wedding.

"But why?

"Because you are the main event Gauri. I don't want to be the main attraction during your Wedding. You are the bride, we can celebrate in a week with the family. For now just Shivaay and me, Okay? Anika asked and gave her a hug before running into her Room to Give Shivaay the good News.

Gauri sat down on the Bed and smiled. She prayed to her Sankarji for Anika's wellbeing and for a wonderful and blessed wedding.

Dadi entered the room and blessed Gauri before both of them went to bed.

Tomorrow they had to wake up early for the Haldi Rasam.

Laying down beside Dadi Gauri couldn't help but miss her longhaired Husband.

She knew he was as restless as her but they knew they deserved a beautiful wedding with their entire family attending.

With a sigh Gauri closed her eyes.

It was going to be a long Night, she thought and snuggles deeper into her cushion.

Haldi Rasam

Gauri was getting Ready with Anikas Help when she got a message from her husband.

6 more days to go...6 more days before I have you next to me.

Gauri blushed slightly and decided to answer him.

Knowing that he would die out of desire she had wrote the last part and then threw her phone on the bed. She had do go down in a few minutes to start with the Rasam.

After finishing her Make up Gauri looked at herself in the mirror.

Her yellow Skirt with the Matching Blouse and Pallu was beuatfiully decorated by some flowers, and the jewellery made her look nothing less than a queen.

"You look Beautiful Gauri. Like a Fairy. Anika said and placed a dot of Khajal behind her Ear to ward of any Bad Eye. Smiling they both went down to the living room where everything was set up for the Ritual. Gauri looked around and finally saw her Husband. He was looking more than just hot with his White Kurti and yellow Pants. His hair was left open and she smiled. He knew she loved his Hair like this.

They were both seated; separated by an Wall of flowers while the Family and some close Friend took turns in applying the mixture of turmeric, oil, and water onto Omkara and Gauri. Soon they were totally covered and when it was rudras turn he generously rubbed it onto their faces. So without wasting a second Gauri did the same to him and everyone started laughing. Anika helped Gauri stand up.

"Chalo Go have a Shower. Then we will have some food and then some dancing.

Gauri nodded and made her Way towards Dadi's Room, sensing someone watching her she turned and saw her Husband looking at her with a broad smile.

Kya hua? She mouthed and blushed as he gave her a flying kiss.

"Gauri you are still here? Go! Anika said and realizing why she was still here she walked over towards her Brother in Law as soon as she had escorted Gauri to the shower. Omkara thanked Anika for organising everything. She had done an outstanding work. The main hall looked like a fairtytale come true. Silencing him with her Head Anika pulled him into a corner.

"Listen you have 20 Minutes before any one comes looking for you. So better make it worth the while. Anika said and her eyes told him to go and see his bride.

Omkara smiled at her , took some of the Haldi and then marched towards his Grandmother's Room. Gauri was in the middle of untying her Dori when she felt his fingers rub some Haldi on her bare back. She turned around and saw his hungry gaze.

"Someone will come... she whispered scared and tried to leave but he stopped her.

"Toh Kya? You are my Wife and I want to apply some Haldi to you... He answered and rubbed some more on her face, her neck and her stomach. She grabbed his hand to stop his movement.

"Now it's your turn. He offered her the bowl and soon she covered the same places he did. Unbuttining his Kurta she couldn't help but sigh. God, why was he so sexy?

"You are so sexy...Gauri said without thinking and Omkara started laughing.

His wife truly didn't have a brain to mouth filter but that was just another Quality he loved. She always spoke what was in her mind, she never lied to him about her love.

"I know It is unfair...Anyway enjoy your shower. I better leave before anyone catches us. He said and turned but Gauri stopped him. She took his hand and lead him towards the Bathroom. Closing the Door behind them she took his Kurta off and then turned asking him silently to undo her blouse. Omkara was hesitant.

"Gauri...?

She shook her Head and placed his hands on her back. Feeling her skin all his hesitations went away and he slowly opened her Dori before unclasping the hook of her blouse. With a sigh she turned and slowly she rubbed the Haldi on his face, to his neck and his Abs. Her Blouse was loosely hanging on her shoulders , ready to be removed. Omkara directed her towards the Shower and opened the water tap.

Within seconds they were drenched and Gauri hugged him tight.

He caressed her bare back and then tugged at her Blouse, which fell to the ground.

His lips found hers and she grabbed his hair in her fist. Feeling his hands on her bare chest she felt too many sensations at once. She knew they could be caught any Minute but she didn't care. Last Night, the first Night without him, had been hideous.

"Gauri... he moaned her name, as his lips found her breast and she grabbed his shoulder for support. Leaning against the wall his Fingers slowly undid her skirt and she was only wearing her underwear. His naked torso grazed her breast and Gauri pushed him away slightly. The water just intensified their emotions and she needed a break.

"We have to stop...now...else...Gauri said and turned away; the cold wall cooling her heated face. That was the first time he had seen her without her blouse she realized.

But she didn't feel shy, how could she? He was her husband. He was her Om.

"I know...I should go before I lose my mind. Will see you downstairs. Omkara quickly left the shower, took a Towel and ran as fast as he could into his room.

He knew a second longer and he would have taken her in that shower with all the Guests waiting for them.

Entering his Room, he went into the shower and sighed. Without her even the shower seemed dull.

Gauri finally managed to finish her Shower and was getting dressed when Anika walked in with some more Jewelry and some flowers. She made Gauri wear the Bangles and braided the Flowers into her hair.

"You look beautiful Gauri. And I hope you enjoyed the Time with Om.

"how do you know that he was in here? Gauri asked with a blush and turned to face Anika. She laughed and informed Gauri that she was the once who had sent Omkara into the Room.

"Believe me I know how hard the 2 feet rule can be, so I wanted to give you some moments in private. Anyway let's go down and enjoy the end of the day.

Anika led Gauri down once more and offered her some food. Omkara came down too and winked at Gauri; causing her to blush remembering what had happened before.

They were enjoying the rest of the evening with their family and friends and after a few hours everyone went to Bed.
