Twenty

Jenny rubbed her temple in annoyance and pain as Anna-Marie slurped loudly from a cup. Dean and Molly looked to Jenny, who was wearing a large pair of sunglasses to shield her eyes from the light. Her head throbbed from her hangover and the urge to puke was close enough that she had to cover her mouth.

"And then it just -- it just tore Rick into little pieces." Anna-Marie said as Jenny could only give her a quick thumbs up. She couldn't nod without her brain slamming into her skull.

"We understand..." Jenny sat up and groaned, holding her head for a moment. "How difficult this is, but can you describe the creature?"

"Oh. It was a werewolf. Are you okay?" Anna-Marie asked Jenny, who smiled through the pain.

"Rough night."

You said a werewolf?" Molly asked and Anna-Marie hummed in confirmation.

"You're sure?" Sam raised his brows and Anna-Marie nodded.

"Oh, yeah. With the furry face, and the black nose, and the claws and... and the the torn up pants and shirt. Like from the old movies."

Jenny let out a strained 'uh' noise, along with Sam and Dean as they all glanced at each other.

"Wolf Man. Okay. Thanks for your time." Sam, Molly and Dean got up to leave as Jenny started to sit up, pausing to groan in pain.

"Oh for the love of God..." Molly mumbled as Dean helped Jenny stand up.

"Maybe we should take you back to the motel. I'll get you some water—"

"No. No I can do this case. I got this." Jenny straightened up only to stumble slightly. "I'm never drinking again."

"Said every alcoholic ever." Sam snorted and Jenny went to slap him, stopping to rub her shoulder in pain.

"God I forgot what it's like to have joint pain after a drink." Dean glanced to Molly and Sam, who nodded.

"Okay. We're taking you to the motel."

......

"You guys are so lucky I can't move without getting a migraine. I would be kicking your asses for benching me." Jenny complained as Dean forced her to sit on the bed. She huffed, glaring up at him before Molly walked over with a glass of water.

"Coffee would be better." Jenny grumbled as she took the glass from Molly.

"Caffeine is bad for you after a hangover. Just drink the water." Molly started walking over to the door, where Sam had been waiting as Jenny looked up at Dean again.

"Are you sure you don't need me to come with you guys? I hate being stuck in here." Dean rubbed Jenny's shoulder and kissed her cheek, nodding.

"We'll be fine. If we need you for anything, we'll call."

"At least tell me where you guys are going. And update me on stuff. I can't have you all getting caught." Dean smiled softly and nodded, kissing Jenny again before walking over to Sam and Molly.

"You guys are so cute." Molly gestured between the two and Dean whacked her hand, Sam snickering as they all left.

Jenny stared at the motel door for a long time and sighed, sipping on her water.

.......

"First a Dracula and now a full on movie time Wolf Man? What the hell is going on in this town?" Dean wondered as the siblings walked into the morgue. Molly was already slipping a pair of gloves on as Sam opened a storage drawer and pulled out a body.

Molly stared for a moment before turning away as Sam unzipped the bag and a horrid smell wafted into their faces. Molly covered her mouth and Dean gagged loudly.

"Damn!" Dean shouted and whipped his head, turning to the body and grimaced.

"All right. Whatever did this wasn't a psycho wannabe." Sam said as he grabbed a pencil and pulled out shredded flesh from the bag.

"That's disgusting. Oh my God I think I'm gonna be sick." Molly covered her mouth and turned away.

"Look at those bite marks. Right down to the bone... and deeper." Sam examined the flesh as Molly turned back, still disgusted.

"Strong enough to tear a healthy man apart limb from limb. Could be a werewolf." Dean shrugged, but Molly shook her head, pointing inside the body bag.

"The heart's still there in one piece. Werewolve's never leave the heart behind."

"Thus I reiterate— what the hell is going on?" Dean repeated as the Sheriff walked into the morgue.

"Well, I was hoping you f— three... could tell me. Where's Agent Nesbit?"

"Back at the motel. Rough night for her. What're you doing here, Sheriff?" Dean asked, shoving his hands in his pockets as the sheriff sighed, waving an envelope.

"I just got a rush job back from the lab on those fibres we found on the body." He pulled out a plastic bag from the envelope containing hair.
"Canine. Wolf hairs."

Sam, Dean and Molly sighed, all looking to one another before Dean turned away and rubbed his head.

"I'm getting a headache."

"Sure Jenny would be puking right now." Molly commented.

......

Jenny puked up what had been left of her afternoon snacks and groaned loudly, spitting into the toilet bowl. She rubbed her forehead before grabbing some toilet paper and wiped her lips, dropping it into the toilet bowl and collapsed against the bathtub.

"This fucking sucks." She complained to herself as she started to crawl her way into the bathtub. Despite being fully clothed, she turned the shower head on, letting the water soak her clothes and body.

"Are you alright?" Jenny let out a yell and slammed her head into the side of the bathtub, groaning loudly in pain. She peeked up, glaring at Castiel. "You were praying for some sort of pain to go away."

"It's called a hangover, Castiel. And I haven't had one in about three years so it's a raging bitch." She slid into her back, shutting her eyes as the water sprayed her face.

"And now you're showering fully clothed." Castiel stepped forward to look inside the shower, a confused look on his face.

"Yes. Because water apparently helps. But it hasn't done anything." Jenny sat up slowly, nodding in pain as Castiel watched for a moment.

Slowly, he reached towards her and Jenny jerked away, frowning. "What're you doing?" She asked. Castiel paused, reaching forward again and touched her forehead. Jenny paused when the pain had subsided quickly, wobbling her head a bit. "Did you just get rid of my hangover?"

"Is your headache gone?" Castiel asked.

"Yeah?"

"Then it's gone." Jenny blinked and Castiel disappeared. She frowned, turning off the water and tore her clothes off with a struggle.

Jenny got dressed, walking towards the window to see it was dark outside. She knew hangovers weren't supposed to last this long, and blamed herself for drinking so much.

Her phone rang, Dean's name popping up and she answered it quickly. "Dean, it's about time. My hangover is gone I can help you guys with the case."

"You're still at the motel, right?" Dean asked in a rushed tone. Jenny turned back to the window with a worried expression.

"Yeah? You do realize you left me here, right?"

"Stay there. I'm on the way. It's a shapeshifter." Jenny raised her brows and hummed.

"A shapeshifter. Well, that just sounds like one of us will be on the FBI's most wanted again. Do you know who it is?"

"Jamie said it's Ed. We were on our way to the bar when he attacked her. We got his address. I'll send it to you and you can meet us there."

Dean hung up as Jenny started grabbing her weapons, shoving them in her pants before walking out of the motel room.
