Max: Ok, so how are we gonna travel to your home? You're spaceship's busted.
Alex: That's the thing... we aren't.
Max: Wait what?
Alex: Yeah, Lindworm isn't just you ordinary villain, he's fricking powerful.

Max looked at Alex in shock, she didn't expect that she wouldn't come to his world just yet. Then again, Lindworm does sound powerful, maybe it would be best to listen to him.

Max: Then...this better be worth it. How are we gonna fix your ship then?
Chron: I'm on it!

Chron runs over to the ship and begins to repair it.

Alex: It might take a while, Chron hasn't mastered his powers yet.
Max: What powers?
Alex: It's- never mind. What we need to do now is write off where we're going next.
Max: Hate to break it to ya, but I know almost nothing about universes and all that stuff so...
Alex: Don't worry, I've already selected a few universes to start with.

He puts down a paper that lists a good amount of universes that are accessible.

Alex: Pick your poison.
Max: Oh, well...PV-2 sounds interesting.
Alex: And it's settled, We'll head to PV-2 once the machine's fixed. Status report Chron!
Chron: I'm missing a few pieces, I can still work on it, but we'll need a new cockpit glass.
Alex: Oh right I broke it.
Max: Colonel Ruff could lend you one of his...if he accepts.
Alex: Colonel Ruff it is. Chron, stay here, I'm gonna head out with Max.

Without another word, Alex grabbed Max with his tail and flew up high, getting a good view of the town.

Alex: Now where is this Colonel Ruff?
Max: Right there.

Max points at a futuristic-like building. A star seemed to be on the front of it. Alex nods and lands at the front. They then head inside to find Colonel.

Alex: Colonel!
Max: Colonel Ruff! We need your help!

Suddenly, Colonel Ruff jumps down from the second floor. He looks up at Max, and then looks at Alex with angered eyes.

Colonel Ruff: Max, explain why this Aerophibian wants you.
Max: Oh, Alex says that this guy named Lindworm is gonna try and take over the multiverse, so we need to get in his spaceship and gather more heroes to stop him.
Colonel Ruff: Lindworm?! I thought that scoundrel was banished on 8-F8!
Alex: Unfortunately, he escaped.
Max: Wait, what is 8-F8?
Alex: Well, it's also known as... actually I've never received much information on it, all I know is that it's a universe inhabited by objects.
Colonel Ruff: Details on 8-F8 are shaky, but they are at least able to keep him bound there, until now, apparently.

Two of Colonel Ruff's crewmates, Space Ox Bull and Navigator Colette, rush down to meet the dog.

Space Ox Bull: Colonel! Who is this alien?
Navigator Colette: ITS THE ONE FROM THE SPACESHIP! REEEEEEE-
Colonel Ruff: COLETTE! Prepare the spaceship!
Navigator Colette: YES SIR!

Colette dashes to one of the spaceships, seemingly in more of a hurry than before. Colonel then turns back to the two.

Alex: Wait, you're letting us use your spaceship?!
Colonel Ruff: One of them, and it'll be all you'll need to gather heroes to stop that celestial scum.
Max: Alright, but what about Chron?
Alex: I'll tell him. You go on ahead and set course to PV-2.
Max: But- Alright.

Alex flew out of the station as Max looked back at the spaceship. Colette was already out, dashing to Max.

Colette: I'm back! Now where's the alien?
Max: Alex just left to get Chron
Colette: Damnit!

Alex and Chron came back in, with the latter exhausted.

Chron: I wish- huff- I was told about this before I was halfway finished.
Alex: Somethings just happen when you least expect it.
Colette: YAAASSSSS! *Tackles him, then takes a picture of him* THIS ONE'S GOING IN MY SCRAPBOOK!
Colonel Ruff: Colette!
Colette: Oh! Right. The spaceship is ready, sir!
Colonel: Good. You two may use it now.

Max drags Chron into the spaceship, while Alex thanks Colonel. Max hasn't felt like this in a while. Sure, she's been on a good amount of missions, but not one without her buddy Surge. She's just glad he's gonna tell everyone about her absence. She then looks at Alex, "Ready to go?" She says, a bit happy that she'll feel a bit more action, even in a end of the world situation. Alex looks back at her, smiling, "Yup, let's get to it."

As they all entered the spaceship, Alex went to the controls and typed something in. "Alright, setting course to PV-2." He said as he closed the tab that he was typing on. "We should be there soon. And at least we got brakes on this thing so we won't have a rough landing. It's actually even better since you picked PV-2." Max heard the Aerophibian and became confused. "What do you mean?" She said. Alex replied, "Well, there's someone there that knows a bit about Lindworm, and hopefully we can get there before he follows us." Chron has taken off his key and polished it a bit, then put it back on. "So when can we go?" He said, looking at Alex. "Right...NOW!"
