Biz's pov....

"Alright Viz, what's going on! I'm going to need answers." I said as I followed Viz.

"Last night, we had a break-in at our new chemistry lab. A very important substance was stolen: Time Fuel." Viz explained.

"WHAT!" I nearly shout before I take a deep breath to calm myself down.

"W-We believe that it may have been stolen by....by...." Viz stutters.

"Just spit it out Viz!" I said.

"A member of the crew did it, Captain." Viz said, his head down in shame.

"Why is it that the crew members keep turning on us?" I asked.

"I believe that they are still adjusting to the change from war to peace. Some crew members are completely fine while others have been a bit.....difficult." Viz explained.

"I see," I replied, "And where is this chemistry lab that you mentioned earlier?"

"Right here." Viz said, stopping at a door.

The door opens to reveal a very typical chemistry lab. A man with black hair, glasses, and lab coat comes up to me.

"So you must be Captain Biz. A honor to meet you." he says, shaking my hand.

"This is Dr. Zarling, our chemist. He will tell you everything that you need to know about the theft." Viz said.

I nod, signaling that I understood Viz's words.

"I have some things....to attend to, so..I'm going to head out." Viz stutters as he slips out the door.

So, Dr. Zarling, what can you tell me about last night's theft?" I asked

"I was up late last night, working on a new fuel, when a crash came from the other side of the room. I jumped and saw an alien figure sneaking away. And I would've been able to catch a glance of the person if it wasn't so dark." Zarling explained.

"Do you have any idea who might have done this?" I asked.

"N-No." Zarling replied.

"I know that this time fuel was extremely important, but why?" I inquired.

"If you put this fuel into any ship, you can go back in time! Depending on how far you want to go back in time, you use a certain amount of fuel. If you get spotted by your past self and engage in some sort of communication, you'll rip a hole in time and space. If you die in the past, you'll never return back to the present. And if you destroy the time machine, you'll never go back and you'll be stuck in the past." Zarling warned.

He gives me a lot of information, good to know. Now, we need some more time fuel just in case the crook decides to sneak back in time.

"Do you remember how to make the time fuel?" I asked.

"Why yes! Do we need anymore?" Zarling answered.

"We will need more fuel in case the crook decides to travel to the past." I replied.

"I'm on it!" Zarling said before he went straight to work on the time fuel.

I stepped out of the room, when the alarm went off. I ran towards the control center, something was up.

"Captain, we have ourselves a thief." someone said.

I ran to the window, you can see almost everything from here, including the launch bay.

A ship was trying to take off without Viz's or my permission! Was this our time thief?

"Give me an identification." I said.

"We can't I'm afraid, the ship's connection is offline." another person said.

Then, who was it?

Hey guys! Let's just hope this chapter publishes all the way XD.

So, the control center is supposed to be like the control center in the giant Star Wars ships that the enemy has.
