EXTENDED SUMMARY:

Gretchen Joh was a quiet person. She was a firm believer in the fact that she only spoke if she had nothing nice to say, which for her was rather rare. So, she watched, observed, listened. She knew everything going on in the small town of Derry, Maine. So, with her keen eyes and ears, she watches as Ben Hanscom has a minor freakout in the library. She watches as the same boy gets bullied by the insufferable Bowers Gang. Wanting to see if he's okay after tumbling down a hill, she runs into the Losers Club. So, she takes it upon herself to be the supervisor for these dumbass kids.

NOTES:

— she obviously is not a love interest as Brianne is 19 and therefore unfit to be with any of the boys

— SHE HAS NO LOVE INTEREST! IF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING HER WITH HENRY BOWERS OR SOME SHIT I WILL CLIMB THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN AND CHOKE YOU BEFORE TAKING THE PLOT BACK

— She's also a lesbian, but she's pretty chill about it and has known about ir for awhile, this CANNOT change!

— She doesn't really like the boys, but she does have some morals so she's not gonna let these boys do all this dumb shit without at least someone in charge

— She gets along the most with Richie, which no one expects since she's really quiet at first, but really she's never felt like the people she was surrounded by were worth talking to, she's actually a really sweet, funny, and outgoing person
