EXTENDED SUMMARY
Levi Kennedy was... something else, he was something else indeed. He has lots of random thoughts that he says out loud, he calls them 'Ted Talks' but never once did Levi think he would have a Ted Talk about a killer clown... who also dances?

NOTES
- inspired by some comments on our writing tips book ( thanks cIeopatras and hanIons )
- as you know Levi has random thoughts called 'Ted Talks' where he talks about his random thoughts, that are almost 100 percent of the time in the worst situations and VERY awkward, but he's a smol bean so they put up with it.
- Levi always ends the so called Ted Talks by saying ' thank you for coming to my ted talk '
- Levi and Richie are like... friends, but like... friends who insult each other 24 flipping 7
- Levi has thanatophobia the fear of death or loss of any kind, so he's really cautious of other people's surroundings but like, not as much as Eddie.
- Levi and Richie meet when he's waiting for Stan, Eddie, and Bill to come back out the store.
- must be SLOW BURN
- Richie and Levi deserve a happy end, so give them a happy end!
- ( minor edit here ) mike needs to have a bigger part in this story if you plan to write it, at least make Levi and Mike brotp at least my dude
