EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Amanda Barnes had no friends. none. She wanted to have friends, as any other kid in the small town of Derry would. But her mothers illness often kept her locked inside of hospitals and her home and away from the rowdy school and loud kids so often that whenever she did have time to attend school someone always mistook her for a new kid.

She found solace in music and her obsession with becoming a florist. She always quietly sang along to new kids on the block, much of the time to Richie Tozier's entertainment.

Summer begins, and so does Summer school. At the library, Mandi meets a new kid, who just so happens to make her stomach fill with butterfly's and flower petals.

NOTES:
- Amanda's mother has been seriously sick since Mandi was young.

- The little time Mandi spends at school is full of people ignoring her, it's almost as if she has no presence. Her timidness strikes most people as what would come from a new student, hence why so many people think she is.

- She meets Ben at the library while she's at summer school since she's missed so many days. The two quickly bond once she quotes a New Kids On The Block song, but she is hurried away by her teacher before Ben encounters pennywise.

-Richie seem's to have fun jabbing at her for being so quiet and nice, calling her new kid even though he knows she's not.

- She encounters Pennywise after nearly everyone else. "Can only virgins see this stuff, is that why I'm not seeing this shit? Wait, nevermind, new kid hasn't seen it either."

-How she joins the Losers Club is up to you.

-Her and Ben have a very soft and sweet relationship. They're always super nice to each other and the other Losers practically seethe at them being so clueless about one another's feelings.

-you can kill her off in the end if you want, just make it devastating if you do.

-based on the New Kids On The Block song 'I'll be Loving You' so if you want to include elements from the song, that would be cool.
