Today was the day my older sister Liv was coming home from Hollywood

"I'm so glad Liv is coming home it would be nice to have another girl around I'm the middle youngest child There's my older sisters Liv, Maddie, my twin brother Joey, me, and my younger brother Parker"

Dad was hanging up Liv's welcome home sign as Joey, Parker, and I were eating chips and dip

"No Dad no, okay it needs to go up" Maddie yelled at dad as he raised it up

"More more up more down a tiny bit" she said as he put it down to wear it originally started

"Perfect Twin sister officially welcomed Bam What" she yelled as she walked up to mom

"Okay mom snack update where's Liv's favorite dip" Maddie asked her as we all stopped eating

"Oh you mean this dip" Joey asked with a mouthful

"You three are eating the dip this is Wisconsin you can't welcome people home without dip you three are officially banned from the Welcome Home Zone" Maddie yelled at us as I shrugged and kept eating

"Maddie Honey if you're freaking out because your sister Liv is coming home then we should talk" Mom told her

"Mom she's my twin my built in best friend I'm not freaking out" Maddie told her

"Hey guys there's a bunch of people with cameras on our lawn" Parker said as we looked out the window

Dad opened the front door as Liv walked in and squealed

"You stole my face" Liv yelled

"I had it first" Maddie said as they hugged

"Take notes this is what it looks like when a girl is happy to see you" Parker said as I laughed

"Thanks Parker and this is what it looks like inside my armpit" Joey said shoving his face in his armpit as Liv turned to them

"Oh I was so worried you guys grew up while I was away" Liv said to the boys

"Yeah there's no chance of that happening" Joey said as they hugged Liv turned to me

"Richie look at you are you still in dance" she asked as we hugged

"Yeah I have a competition this weekend you should come" I told her

"The people who gave you life are still waiting for their hug" dad said as Liv went hug mom and dad

"Sorry about the camera palooza they're just here for my homecoming" Liv said

"Who cares all my babies are under one roof pull it in tighter family photo time" mom said as we all squished in together as mom held her phone up

"Okay let me see if I can do this" mom said as she held her phone up sideways

"That's the best angle" she said as we all started talking about her telling her to get out good side

"Mom mom I got this" Liv said as we all went on the porch so that the paparazzi can take the picture

"Okay people say Dazzleberry" Liv told us

"Dazzleberry" we said as we took the picture

Liv, Maddie, and I were in our room as I was at the ballet barre attached to the bed breaking in my new pointe shoes for my competition this weekend

"Which glasses should I go with Pink or Purple" Maddie asked Liv switching in between glasses

"If I were you I'd go with contacts and a little bit of mascara" Liv said as Maddie laughed

"How great is this Liv and Maddie back in the same room together now with Richie" Maddie said as I sat on my bed

"Did you tell her about the present we got her" I asked Maddie

"Oh Richelle and I got you a little welcome home gift tada" Maddie said as she pressed the button and the lights of her poster came on

"OMWowza" Liv cheered

"Take a Diva Moment" I told her as I began taking off my pointe shoes as she ran to the bed

"Oh Yeah" she sang as we laughed at her as mom and dad came in the room

"We heard a noise" Mom said

"Is everything alright" Dad asked as we nodded and they left

"I am so glad your home there's something I've been dying to talk to you about" Maddie said as Liv gasped

"This is about a boy" Liv said standing up

"How do you know that" Maddie asked her

"When you get nervous you still play with that charm bracelet I gave you anyway back to the boy is he cute" Liv asked

"Are you nosey and sparkly" Maddie asked as she shrieked yeah that's gonna her old

"Then he is cute okay spill" she said as she sat back on her bed as Maddie stood up

"His name is Diggie he's the captain of the basketball team and you know competitive thing I get when I grind my opponents into submission" she asked us as we nodded

"He has it to" she said dreamily as I hung my pointe shoes on the ballet barre

"Wow blush much someone has a series case of the Diggies" Liv said

"I do This is so great to talk about" Maddie agreed as she sat back down

"I was kinda hoping he would ask me to the dance this weekend" Maddie said Liv turned to me

"So Richelle do you have a crush too" Liv asked as I shook my head

"I don't have time for boys I'm just focused on dance and school" I told her

"Oh speaking of dance I have the series finale of Sing It Loud" Liv said singing the title

"Do you both want a sneak peak" she asked us as she gave Maddie the tablet

"Richie come closer" Liv said as I got off my bed and walked to Maddie's bed as we watched Sing It Loud

There was a graduate as Liv took of her cap and gown as people started dancing

I've tried to cut these corners

I kept on fallin' short of somethin' Maddie and I looked up at Liv from the tablet and saw she was lip singing everything

"Liv this is great but we're talking about Diggie and Richelle was taking about dance" Maddie said

"Oh absolutely but in my defense you haven't even seen this best part" she told us handing us back the tablet

"I think you cut us off when we were talking about something really important to us" I told her as we stood up

"Liv and Richelle are the first people I've even mentioned Diggie to" Maddie told her

"And Maddie Richie your the first people I've ever shown this to except for everybody on the plane" Liv told us

"They all thought it was amazing" She told us laughing

"You know what I thought would be amazing I actually thought we would talk about me for once " Maddie said

"You know what I thought would be amazing I have have my older sister home and I can talk to her and bond with her and I thought we could talk about me for once" I told her as I opened the door and mom and dad stumbled in

"We weren't listening" Dad said as mom agreed

"Neither was she" I told them as I walked out the room

Joey and I were at school as we were walking in the hallway standing by my locker talking when Liv walked up to us

"Okay mom and dad initiate turtle mode" Joey said as he put his hood on my head as I covered my eyes as Liv ducked behind her books

"Dad coaches Maddie's basketball team and moms the school psychologist and of course Liv knew this when she was in Hollywood but knowing it and feeling the shame of them walking past you in the hall are two completely different things"

"Do you think we've embarrassed them enough" mom asked

"Not quite" dad said as he pulled mom closer and kissed her as we all gagged and ran away

Liv and I ran to Maddie's locker as she was talking to some people

"Maddie Richelle I'm sorry about last night I really wasn't trying to get you both grumplestiltskin" she told us

"It's okay you were just excited to show us your video" Maddie said

"Well I'm glad we're okay do you want to see it again" Liv asked pulling out her phone

"No" I told her shaking my head when Diggie walked up to us

"What's up Rooney" he said to Maddie as she leaned back on her locker and kicked her leg back

"Sup Diggie" Maddie said

"Oh so this is Diggie" Liv asked

"Liv and in person for your viewing please" he said in a sports announcer voice as we looked confused

"Oh I want to be a sports announcer after I play pro ball so I'm just practicing" He said in his normal voice

"With authority" he said in his sports announcer voice as Maddie laughed

"Yeah that's not gonna get old" I said sarcastically

"Well how would you introduce me" Liv asked him

"If you're seeing double do not adjust your screen it's the incompatible the unstoppable if she were popcorn she would be poppable Liv Rooney" he said

"Um approved" Liv said to Maddie

"And it just got old" I said as Diggie looked at me

"She May be small but she's scary" Diggie started off in his sports announcer voice but I cut him off

"No" I told her as I began walking away to my next class

I was at home in my room on my phone when I heard mom yell

"Family Meeting Family Meeting" Mom yelled as we all walked into the living room and sat on the couch

"Liv said there's something she wants to talk about so go ahead honey we're listening" mom told her as we all turned to Liv as she laughed nervously as dad started the shot clock

"You know I was just gonna have a propagate chat with Mom but seeing since we're all here let me just say it is snaptastic to be home with the fam I missed you guys so much so very very very very very" Liv said as dad blowed the air horn as we all jumped and covered our ears

"Much" she said laughing

"Wait honey that's what you wanted to talk about it's sweet and all but it's a gross misuse of the family meeting" mom told her

"Yeah I know but I thought you were gonna tell Maddie" Joey said as Liv grabbed the air horn and blew it

"That you talked to Diggie" Joey continued as Liv blew the air horn

"About the dance" Joey said as she kept blowing the air horn and dad took it away from her

"Oh and there's something else didn't you try to pay a guy to ask Richelle to the dance" Joey asked as my eyes widened

"Maddie I pretended to be you and I asked Diggie to the dance and he said he doesn't like you in that way feels so good to get it off my chest" Liv said laughing

"Well what is this about paying someone to ask me out" I asked Liv

"Well I tried to get you to let loose and have fun but no one wanted to go out with you because you're super scary please don't kill me" Liv said

"You did what" Maddie and I yelled at her

"It's okay Maddie Richelle everyone will get their turn" Mom told us

"Yeah and I'm up what I wanna know is why can't I poop with the door opened everyone's changed my diaper what are we running from people" Parker yelled

"You pretended to be me" Maddie asked standing up

"And you payed someone to ask me out" I asked her

"Maddie Richie I promise I was trying to help you" she told us

"No Liv you weren't trying to help me I told you to leave Diggie alone but the great Liv Rooney has to step in and try to fix my life well guess what it doesn't" Maddie told her

"Don't you think I know that I have a hard time connecting with people Liv? I don't need to hear it from anyone else You know, if we had a problem, why don't you just come to me?" I asked her

"It was so easy being your sister when you were 2000 miles away I wish you never came home" I yelled at her

"Richelle Maddie" mom said

"Fine I'll go back" Liv yelled at us

"Liv" dad said

"Good" Maddie and I said as the three of us stormed out the living room

I was in my dance studio dad had bought a shed and turned it into a dance studio for me so I can practice at home I was so mad Liv payed well tried to pay someone to ask me to the dance so I danced I let out

"Wow you got so good since the last time I saw you" Liv told me as I grabbed a bottle of water

"Thanks" I said as I began drinking some water

"Richelle I'm sorry for intervening in your personal life I just I wanted you to open up and let me in be your big sister I just wanted you to let loose and have fun for once" Liv told me as I nodded

"It's okay I just it takes me time to open up and I like my space and I need you to understand that I'm perfectly fine the way I am" I told her

"Yeah and it's gonna take me some time to understand that" Liv said as the two of us hugged

Liv and I walked into the house as Maddie Liv and I hugged when the refrigerator came down the stairs and the popcorn machine broke as we all backed up as the boys came down stairs and mom and dad glared at them

"Vegas" Parker asked Joey

"Vegas" Joey cheered as they ran away as Liv Maddie and I looked at each other and laughed

It was Saturday Night I decided to go to the dance because Liv's right I should appreciate these little moments and sometimes it's okay to have a little fun

"Oh Richelle you look great" Liv said as she hugged me

Maddie walked down the stairs as she struggled in her heels

"Woah I think I swallowed my gum" Diggie said looking at Maddie

"Am I a miracle worker a little bit" Liv said smiling

"Photo time so come down" Mom told her

"I can't do this" Maddie said as she ran back upstairs

"You heard they girl she changed her mind beat" dad told Diggie as he put his head down and began to walk away as Maddie came back out with some black and white converse and he stopped

"That's Better" Maddie said

"Uh Maddie this is a dance you can't" Liv said as Maddie cut her off

"I put a dress on do not push it" Maddie told her walking down the stairs

"Okay photo time day Dazzleberry" Maddie and I said as we took a picture together

Diggie Maddie and I walked out the house as we went to the dance and I actually had fun but don't tell Liv
