I was sitting in the kitchen with Parker and Joey and Joey was showing us his new phone

"Check it out the Z-Phone 620Q the most advanced smart phone on the planet I have not set it down since I got it" he told us

"Seriously can one of you take it out of my hand it's cramping" he said as I took the phone out of his hand

"That is long enough that is long enough" he told us taking the phone back from me

"We haven't seen Joey this excited since we got our Pet Hamster Templeton" Parker said

"He wouldn't let that out of his hand either" I said

"Hope we won't have to bury that phone in our backyard too" Parker said

Mom walked into the kitchen as she saw Joey on his phone

"Oh Joey quit showing of your new toy" mom told him as he scoffed and stood up walking over to the counter

"The Z-Phone 620Q is not a toy, mother" Joey told her

"Well I'm very glad to hear you say that because it wasn't cheap" Mom told him

"I haven't forgotten I'm gonna pay you back that's why I got this cruddy mall food court job" he told her

"A job your gonna be late for so come on it's time to go" mom told him grabbing her keys and putting on her purse

"Not quite yet" Joey said as they stood there for a couple of seconds then an alarm went off on his phone and he stopped it

"Now it's time Trust the Z mother Trust the Z" Joey told her walking out the door as she looked at Parker and I

"Don't look at us you raised him" I told her shrugging

I went to the mall today I had to buy some more leggings for dance I went over to the food court and saw Joey at his job wearing an orange cape as I turned around and walked the other way

I made it back home as I was sitting on the couch with Parker as mom and dad were scolding Maddie apparently she got caught shop lifting

"Shoplifting what were you thinking" Mom asked her

"Just because security let you off the hook doesn't mean your off the hook this calls for a big punishment Maddie we are taking away your phone for a month" mom told her

"You do that all the time it's the meatloaf of punishments" Parker told them

"Dude mind your own meatloaf" Maddie told him as he turned his attention back to his tablet

"Little guys right it's gotta be something that really matters we need to filet migon of punishments" dad told mom

"Okay Maddie you are benched from tonight's game against the Raven's" mom told her as hers and dads eyes widened

"Are you serious" Maddie yelled at her

"What" Dad asked as he turned to mom

"Brutal you just got mommed" Parker yelled looking up from his tablet

"Sweetie you can't bench my star player for the Raven's game ground her, take her computer away, take her glasses away" dad told mom as she rolled her eyes

"This is your fault you got her so worked up about this game and she acted out" mom told him

"Fine bench me let her play" dad told her as Maddie nodded

"Maddie you're benched" mom told her

"But mom" Maddie protested

"End of conversation I just don't know what got into you" mom told her as she left

"Neither do I but I intend to find out" Maddie said as she left out the living room

We were getting ready to leave for tonight's Raven's game as I held my purple and white pom poms as we walked into the kitchen

"We're gonna get crushed without Maddie I don't even know why we're going to this Raven's Game" Dad pouted

"Well you are still the coach so" I told him as Liv walked down the stairs

"Wait mom dad I have to tell you something I ditched school with my ex best friend Kylie and she stole sunglasses Maddie had nothing to do with it she was just covering for me" Liv told them

"No" mom said in disappointment

"Yes That means Maddie can play" dad cheered

"Fine but tell her she is still in trouble for lying" mom told him

"suit up Maddie we got some Raven's to beat" Dad yelled running up the stairs

"Yay let's go cheer on Maddie go porcupines" Liv sang trying to walk out the door but mom stopped her

"You are not going anywhere you can start the laundry while I call Kylie's parents kiss the next two weeks of your life goodbye" mom told her

"Oh just so you know when you get to my undies presoak, light starch, warm iron" Parker told her as I hopped her nose

"You're a peach" I told her as Parker and I walked out the house

Parker and I were sitting on the couch we decided to play a prank on Joey

Joey walked In as I looked at Parker and we both nodded

"Got some good news munch I fixed your phone" Parker told him

"What are you kidding don't toy with my emotions like that" he told us

"No really after I was able to scrap of the hummus I was able to save the battery and Richie made us sandwiches" Parker told him

"Can I try it" he asked bouncing on his toes in excitement

"Sure" Parker told him as I picked up the sandwich plate shoving it to him

"Not the sandwiches the phone" he told us as I put the sandwich down as Parker gave him the phone

"Hello Beautiful did you miss daddy" he asked as he kissed the phone as Parker and I looked at him weirdly

"Only thing is to make it work I had to make some modifications you have to wear this" Parker told him moving the pillow showing a helmet with some whisks and wires attached to it

"Yeah I'm not gonna wear that Id look like a complete doof" he told us

"You don't need the helmet to look like a doof" I told him

"Do you want the phone to work or not" Parker asked him

"Okay give me the helmet" he said as he put on the helmet as Parker and I pulled out our phones and started taking pictures

"Still not working" Joey said shaking his head

"Really cause it's working for us" I told him as he looked up and glared at us

"And post" Parker and I said as we laughed and high fived and walked away
