"The Occult Research Club?" Shane asked in shock and a little bit of fear as he looked around the classroom. "So, you research demons and stuff?"

"Well, there's a lot more to it than that." A blonde haired boy said with a smile as he stuck his hand out to the blue hedgehog. "My name is Yuuto Kiba but you can just call me Kiba. I'm Rias' knight."

"A knight?" Shane asked as he shook the blonde haired boy's hand.

"You know, like the chess piece." Kiba explained. "When we became devil's, Rias gave us the roles of a chess piece."

"Devils?!" Shane asked in even more shock.

"Uh, I think we need to back up a bit. Finish the introductions before going into the lore." A young silver haired girl said before extending her hand as well. "Hi, my name is Koneko Tōjo. I'm Rias' rook."

"My name is Asia Argento, Rias' Bishop." A blonde haired girl said as she gave a friendly smile. "I have a special gift, I can heal you if your hurt."

"That sounds pretty cool." Shane said with a smile.

"I'm Akeno Himejima." A blackish blue haired girl smiled. "I play the role of Rias' Queen, her right hand man."

"Xenovia's the name, and I'm Rias' second knight." A dark blue haired girl known as Xenovia said as she drew her sword to show off. "Nice to meet you, guardian hedgehog."

"Uh, hi." Shane smiled before looking around the room at all the students. That's when he locked eyes with a brown haired boy, and he didn't seem happy. "And you are?"

"Issei Hyoudou, I'm one of Rias' pawns. . .well I'm all her pawns, actually." The brown haired boy said with a stern tone before walking up to the hedgehog. "But that doesn't matter, I saw how you were looking at her and I don't like it."

"Wait, what?" Shane asked shaking his head. "Looking at her how?"

"Listen her, hedgehog, Rias is my girl she loves and counts on me." Issei said seriously as he roughly grabbed Shane's arm. "It's my job to protect her and she protects me, so don't you get the wrong idea about how she sees you as!"

Shane gulped in fear as he honestly has no idea what Issei was talking about. However, before he could do anything, Rias smiled and put her hand on the brown haired boy's shoulder.

"It's okay, Issei. Nothing will come between us, you know that." The red head chuckled. "We just need him for an important reason."

"And what it that reason, exactly?" Issei asked, still glaring at Shane.

"Well, despite what you may think this hedgehog is the key to defeating the exorcists." Rias explained as she walked up to the mobian hedgehog and placed her hand on his shoulder. "You see, I've learned that he is actually a very rare kind of mutant. He's the son of princess Luna of Equestria and Miphiles the dark."

"Okay. . .and?" Issei asked, still confused about the situation.

"Just trust me when I say this but he is important to the mission." Rias said, trying to sound convincing. "Lute and Adam were after him for a reason so he has to be able to help us."

"Wait, so let me get this straight, you don't actually know that this guy is important." Issei said with disgust in his voice. "You just assumed since the first man and his little crew were after him, that he was some important person?"

"Look, I know what I'm talking about." Rias said, starting to get a little annoyed which was a side of the girl that Issei hadn't seen is a long time. "I may not know why, but I can sense the power in this kid. You just have to trust me."

The brown haired boy was quite for a moment as he looked at the other members for support. However, they all just stayed silent as well since they knew better than to question their leader.

"Okay, I trust you." Issei sighed. "Sorry, Rais."

"That's okay, now back to Shane." Rias smiled as she gestureed to the hedgehog. "Are you ready to fullfil your destiny?"

Shane was silent for a moment as he didn't really know how to react. However, Shane could only smile and nod as he felt his dreams were finally coming true.
