V: RIDHIMA!!!

He broke down on his knees as he saw the taxi going far away from his eyes.
He was sobbing badly, he regretted his every move, if only he would have looked at everything from both sides.

R: Vansh

V: ridhima

He whispered as he saw her behind him, he quickly hugged her.

V: ridhima I am sorry. I am very sorry , I am sorry that I didn't trusted you. I know everything now, how anupriya tortured you.

He was hugging her tightly as if she'll disappear any moment and she did. He lost her. Her illusion faded away.

V: ridhima.

He fell on his knees. He sensed a hand on his shoulders, he turned around and saw kabir.

K: I know you are wrong. I know that what my mom did was wrong and you accused ridhima of attacking Sia. But Vansh you married her, you should have known her enough by now. Hurting anyone intentionally was never her nature.

I loved her, but due to my commitment towards my county I had send her here. She fell in love with you, and when she realised she did. She broke all ties with me to stay loyal to you. She always loved you and tried to protect your family,

I know that you asked her price of love but you don't know how much I regret asking that. I lost a gem due to that. She wasn't able to kill me because it was against her morals and to come clean to you, she wrote a letter. But ahana stole that letter from glasshouse.

You must be thinking how do I know about her? Because I got an information from my department that she's a fraud. She cheated many people and is involved in illegal business. Don't worry she's under arrest now but I just wanna tell you, don't do the same mistake as me.

Vansh had now realised the blunder he created. He lost the only person who genuinely cared about him, who loved him wholeheartedly. Vansh got a call.

V: hello.

Man: is this Mr Vansh?

V: yes.

Man: I am sorry to inform you sir, miss ridhima has met with an accident. She's in sunshine hospital, we saw this number in her call log so we informed you.

Fear crept upon his soul, he can't lose her.

K: Vansh! Vansh

He shook him out of his thoughts.

V: I will lose her.

He said to him, kabir was Startled

K: what are you saying? Vansh?

V: sunshine hospital. Ridhima

Kabir understood that he's not in condition to say anything so he drove him there.

K: excuse me is there a patient admitted recently? Her name is ridhima.

He asked the receptionist. She nodded and told them to wait for in the lobby as she's being treated right now.

K: Vansh nothing will happen to her.

V: what if I lose her? It's my mistake. My stupidity.

His eyes were numb with no expression. He was in a turmoil where he won't be able to come out until she stands up perfectly fine and gives him a tight slap.

He always said that he sees his mother in her because she's same as her. She scolds him, she always cares for him, she stops him doing wrong deeds. How can he hurt such an innocent soul?

Doc: Mr Vansh?

Hearing his voice, both ran towards him.

K: is she OK?

Doc: we can't say anything right now, until she wakes up then only we could say anything. Her head is injured, and we are scared that she might suffer amnesia.

Both stood rooted in their spot not knowing what to say. Vansh just sat there on the chair with a thump.

Just then a nurse came running, claiming that ridhima's awake. Doctor rushed to her and both were a bit relieved that she's awake now.
They followed him and saw ridhima holding her head.

R: it's paining why am I here?

Her eyes fell on both of them.

R: kabir?

Both were very happy that she isn't suffering from amnesia, she hasn't forgot anyone.

K: ridhima. Are you OK?

R: Yes I am but why am I here? My head. Ah.

Doc: hello ridhima. I am your doctor, you met with an accident so you're here. Now can you tell me something about yourself.

R: my name is ridhima. I am an orphan.

This broke Vansh heart.

V: ridhima please don't say this.

Her eyes fell on him.

R: excuse me but who are you?

Her words shocked him as well as others.

V:what! Ridhima I am Vansh.

R: who vansh?

Doc: wait. What is the last memory you remember ridhima?

R: I proposed kabir for marriage.

This made both hell shocked. Uh oh.
Kabir shifted from his position Uncomfortably and took a deep breath.

K: ridhima you're already married.

R: huh?

K: Vansh raisinghania. He's your husband.

He said pointing towards Vansh who was just looking at her, trying to digest the fact that she forgot him. She doesn't remember anything about him, nor his family, nor his love. Not Anything.

R: what!?

She almost yelled causing them to flinch but instantly regretted it when her head started hurting.

Doc: ridhima you rest. Don't pressurise your brain, rest for some time then you can shower them with your questions.

She was still thinking about what he just said. She loved him right? So what happened that she's married to Vansh. She just eyed him, who stood there like an emotionless statue.

R: hello I am ridhima. I don't know you but you must know me right?

She forwarded her hand and he looked at it teary eyed.

V: Vansh.

he held her hand with both of his hands, closing his eyes to feel her warmth. A silent sob escaped from his lips.

K: I am going and completing the formalities. I will call at home also, don't worry.

He and doctor left them there alone.

V: are you OK?

R: are you dumb?

She startled him with her question.

V: what?

R: of course I am not OK, according to you guys I lost my memory. I wake up and find myself being married and not to forget this wound.

Vansh was quite happy to see her again back in her old bubbly attitude. He never got a chance to witness it but when he did, he just wants her to keep speaking.

V: I will never let you go away from myself.

He hugged her tightly and few tears fell from his eyes. Unknown to him, she was comfortable with this. Yes, for her he's a stranger but there was a strange feeling of relief that she never felt with anyone.

It felt like he was there to protect her. From everyone. She doesn't know why is she married to him, instead of kabir.

R: I wanna ask you something.

V: ask.

He pulled back from the hug and looked into her big innocent eyes.

R: why am I married to you? As far as I remember I proposed kabir for marriage.

Vansh stiffened.

V: that's kabir place to tell you. You rest for few hours then we'll tell you everything, if doctor allows.

After a lot of convincing she finally slept or we should thank the medicine effects. He didn't knew that she was this stubborn. Zidhima.

Vansh was walking in the corridor trying to find kabir.

K: Vansh I have informed at home and did all the formalities. How's she?

V: she's fine kabir. Right now she's sleeping, God how stubborn is she!

Kabir laughed.

K: you haven't seen her complete zidhima side. She's always been this stubborn.

V: she was asking why is she married to me.

K: I will tell her everything.

He breathed out, trying to fight his own fears.

This side ridhima woke up and saw Vansh clinging onto her hands tightly as if she'll disappear any moment. He didn't wanted to lose her again.

V: ridhima you're awake.

R: I guess you have eyes. God has gifted you a beautiful pair of eyes.

Vansh had a smile on his face, listening her sarcastic remarks brighten up his day.

K: ridhima are you feeling better?

She looked at him as he entered the room with a small smile on her face. Before she could fire him with questions he raised his hands in surrender.

K: I am ready to answer everything. Let me start.

He told her everything how he sent her here for spying on Vansh and he married her. She started loving him and broke ties with him and he got to know about him being anupriya son.
He didn't said anything about Vansh deeds as it is his choice and responsibility to tell her.

She had tears in her eyes, it fell on Vansh hands paining his heart.

K: I am sorry ridhima. I know I am wrong and I won't expect your forgiveness but I just wanna tell you that you're the best thing that happened to me.

R: I forgive you because what you did was for our country and now you're clear that he's not a criminal. Will you become my best friend again?

She forwarded her hands and he looked at it teary eyes. She's such an angel, he literally destroyed her whole life yet she was ready to forgive him.

K: forever and after.

He promised. A best friend is very special in our life, might be even more special than your life partner. They will stand by you in every phase of your life.

Their hand will always come to your support, they'll guide you when you're misplaced. They'll scold you when you do wrong. Vansh was happy to see their friendship blooming but there still was a part which was jealous of them.

K: OK I asked the doctor, he said that we can take you home.

She finally breathed out in relief as this place was giving her all types of negative vibes.

They reached home and every family member were happy yet guilty of their behavior. Sia was angry from everyone, especially dadi and Vansh.

They helped her coming out of car and led her inside.

S: bhabhi

She hugged her tightly, though she didn't knew her she hugged her back.

V: come I'll introduce you to our family. This is dadi, she's ishani my sister, this is aryan. Chacha, chachi and siya.

R: hello everyone.

They all hugged her and she reciprocated. She felt only few were genuine Sia dadi and ishani.

V: I think she needs rest. Come.

He guided her to their room. Days passed like this, they were all shocked to see such a carefree ridhima. She pranked, she laughed wholeheartedly and her partner in crime were Sia and kabir.

She didn't talked to Vansh much, and it was irking him. She used to spend most of her time with kabir, dadi and Sia. What made him more jealous was she was most comfortable with kabir.

One day

R: Kabbu you better return me that.

She ran after him in whole house, they all were not very amused after all it became their everyday routine to see them running like kids.

K: no way. It's my favorite.

R: go and buy yours own chocolate.

She got tired and sat on the sofa with a sullen face, making everyone go aww with her cuteness.

D: what happened bacha?

She asked caressing her hair.

R: dadi see he took my favorite chocolate. He very well knows how much I love kit Kat's yet.

She whined. ( Ayee I too love kit Kat's more than anything)

Kabir saw her sullen face and sat beside her returning her chocolate.

K: achcha sorry baba. Will you not forgive me?

He made a cute puppy face which melted her but her head started throbbing badly.

R: ah

All panicked especially Vansh, he ran to her and kneeled down in front of her.

V: ridhima what happened?

R: my head. Ah.

K: wait I am calling the doctor.

She fainted. Doctor came and examined her.

D: I think she might get her memory back.

Ridhima opened her eyes and saw everyone looking at her concerned.

V: ridhima.

He hugged her tightly, silently crying. She pushed him with anger in her eyes, it shocked everyone and now they were damn sure that she got her memory back.

Doc: ridhima do you remember everything now?

She nodded and he smiled.

Doc: congratulations Mr raisinghania she got her memory back.

He left them after prescribing few medicines and she got up.

K: wait where are you going?

R: away from here.

She was leaving but a hand pulled her back. It was Vansh.

V: ridhima you were right that day, I was so much blinded in my ego that I didn't saw anything. I was so much drowned in hatred that I kept giving you pain and you kept bearing that. I am sorry.

R: now there is no reason left that you're saying these things.

He held both her hands and looked straight into her eyes. His eyes were screaming the guilt and pain.

V: I am sorry.

He fell down on her feet, shocking everyone.

V: mat jao mujhse Dur ridhima. Mai Mar jaunga. I'll die. I'll die. I need you. Tum baht strong Ho but Mai nhi Hu. If I were in your place, I would have been broken a long while ago but you didn't. I cannot live without you.

Today the king himself was on his knees begging for forgiveness, begging love from his queen in front of the whole world. He had always given her an upper hand in their relationship, he had let her have the control. By bowing his head in front of her, he claimed his mistake. Begging for the forgiveness.

A drop of tear fell on his palms and he looked it with a frown.

V: I am the reason for your every tear but I promise to turn all your tears into happiness. Please just give me one chance. One chance.

He was so broken by her betrayal because he's much more dependent on her than she ever was. She can live without him but he can't! His existence is dependent on her. He needs her. For him. For him to function.

She was having tears in her eyes. She didn't wanted to forgive him, but he opened his heart out and kept it in front of her. His soul was hers.

She just nodded and a full blown smile appeared on his face. Everyone was happy for them, he hugged her tightly and she reciprocated it.

Trust takes years to built and second to break. She did forgave him but didn't forget anything, he needs to earn her love and trust again. She gave him a chance to cherish her, make her feel love.

He will again fight a battle to win her but this time with love and his true self.

I can proudly say that yesterday, first half was owned by Helly and second by Rrahul. I was speechless seeing him, kudos to Rrahul. I was so angry on Vansh but at the forgiveness part I melted like a butter.

Actually some were telling that ridhima is a weak character but I wanna say that she's the strongest character I have ever seen. Vansh is right, she's a lot more strong than him emotionally and mentally.

And she didn't left her self respect, makers just tried to show the reality. In India we believe in mending what is broken rather than keeping grudges.

He opened his heart out, he showed her his miserable side. OK I will stop here you all do share your thoughts.
