Note: In this os ridhima is not a physiotherapist but a surgeon. Yes, she is an orphan and Vansh is as same as show arrogant business man. Sia is perfectly capable of walking.

The raisinghania family members were all in hospital waiting for any news to come out. Everyone was shocked and emotional at the same time, dadi was crying and Vansh stood there rooted silently crying, in the fear to lose her.

Sia was shot. When she and ishani were sitting in the garden areas, two bullets were fired for both of them but ishani at the right time bent down but Sia was shot in her shoulders.
Vansh was in rage to find out who did it but right now seeing Sia healthy was the only thing he wanted right now.

A nurse came out from OT room and every family member rushed to her.

V: is she OK? Is my sister OK? She's fine right? Nothing should happen to her or I swear I will personally make sure this hospital pays for it. Nothing should happen to Sia

He was speaking non stop and nurse was trying to calm him down and let her speak but instead he only shouted more. The OT door again opened and a beautiful girl in her early 20s came out, big brown eyes with mask on her face. She was ridhima

R: what's going on here?

Nurse : mam he is not letting me even speak instead he is just shouting

R: listen you Mr, it is a hospital. And rules are equal to everyone, lower your voice .

V: you don't know whom you're talki-

He was cut off by ridhima.

R: I even don't want to know that whom am I talking to. Instead of shouting at her why can't you just listen what she's saying. Here you're not allowed to talk loudly or any other physical violence. If you want to know about the patient then just stay quiet for a minute.

Whole family was shocked to see him getting scolded like this, including Vansh himself. For a few seconds she read the report and took out her mask, Vansh was constantly staring at her beautiful angelic face.

R: she's out of danger Mr raisinghania, but you need to take care of her properly. We need to keep her in hospital for atleast 3 days then you can take her home as her wound was not too deep.

She said still looking at the reports and whole family sighed in relief.
Suddenly a boy came running, crying and a nurse behind him, he bumped into ridhima and she cought his hand preventing him to stop running. She noticed that he is injured in his arms.

Nurse : mam he got scared from voices outside. Someone was shouting so he ran out from the room, he is injured in his arms and not even letting anyone touch it.

Ridhima noticed nurse hand, she was literally running with ointment and bandage in hands. Firstly she glared Vansh for his act of work, scaring the hell out of this little boy. Vansh was feeling guilty due to his acts so he looked down.

Ridhima kneeled down to his level and gave him a peck on his cheeks.

R: so who wants chocolate?

She made a thinking face and his eyes lit up.

Boy: me me me.

R: but for that I need to know your name right?

Boy : veer.

R: hmm veer, nice name. But for chocolates we need to bandage your wound. Deal?

She forward her hands for him to shake and he accepted it. She smiled and took ointment from her hands and started applying it, he hissed for a moment and closed his eyes.

Soon ridhima bandaged his arms and his eyes were still closed.

R: we are done veer.

He opened his eyes surprised and looked at her smiling.

Veer: my mom used to tell me stories about angel and fairies, she said that they are very beautiful I think you're one of them.

Ridhima smiled.

Ve: just one more thing.

She looked at him confused, he took the rubber band out of her bun and her long silky hair fell down making her look mesmerizing.

Ridhima looked at him amused and he just giggled.

R: OK now you go with this nurse didi she will give you chocolates. OK?

He nodded and gave her a peck on cheeks before running away again.

Nurse: thank you so much mam, this child is seriously very notorious and you handled him so well.

Veer again came back running stood in front of ridhima again.

Ve: I told you my name right so you need to do the same too.

He pouted and she laughed.

R: ridhima.

He smiled hearing the name and again ran away, Nurse too walked fast enough to cover up with him.

This whole cute drama was witnessed by raisinghania family, they were in complete awe of her. Vansh got a call and excused himself from there, it was of angre.

V: yes angre did you find out who did this?

His eyes were burning with fury, hearing the name he wanted to kill him then and there but he can't create a scene here in the hospital.

He returned back.

V: chachu can you come with me, I need you for a work.

He said in such a dangerous tone that even he understood that Vansh knows everything. He gulped down in fear and started walking behind him but while walking he took out the knife and took dadi as hostage.

Everyone was shocked, even whole hospitality staff were standing there wide eyed.

D: what are you doing rudra?

She was trying to come out of his hostage but his hold only went tighter

Ru: nothing maa just trying to escape from your so called grand son.

V: rudra leave dadi. You don't know the consequences, you will have to pay for it.

He roared stepping forward and he backwards with dadi.

D: but why are you doing this?

Ru: for property I planned to kill them with Vansh but now since you already know my truth then get away from my path or she is gone.

Dadi hissed in pain as her hand started bleeding a bit due to his nails digging so tight. Ridhima couldn't take it so she slightly tiptoed and kicked him from back making his knife fall to ground and dadi was slightly pushed but Vansh cought her right time.

In anger he quickly picked up the knife and attacked ridhima, her shoulders had a deep cut. Just then Vansh interfered and angre came with police, rudra was arrested.

Due to cut and blood loss she fainted in Vansh's arms. hospitality staff rushed to her and was taken to a room immediately for dressing.

For the first time in life he felt something, something like a change in his heart, a feeling he never felt for anyone, a fear of losing someone close other than family. He felt something different with her.

Dadi was devastated due to betrayal of his own son for sake of property, other family members were trying to console her.

Ang: boss that girl actually came like an angel and saved dadi.

V: hmm.

D: beta is that girl, ridhima fine?

V: she's still being treated dadi.

Just then the room opened and few nurses came out of the room along with a doctor.

Ang: is she fine doctor?

Doctor: yes she is, If you want you can meet her.

Dadi was the first one to go inside and hugged her, She winced in pain slightly but managed a smile.

D: thank you so much beta. You saved my life

R: it was my duty mam, whether I save them as treating them or by action.

D: call me dadi not mam.

R: oh OK dadi

She had tears in her eyes, never in life she experienced this kind of family love. She never had someone who she can call as family, she was an orphan.

D: why are you crying beta?

R: actually I never had someone who I could call family and today when I called you dadi I felt an unknown emotion.

Everybody felt bad for her.

D: who said you don't have a family, I am your dadi from now.

I: and I can become your sister

She hugged, rocking her a little, Dadi smiled and caressed her head. Just then a girl in early 20s entered the room, tears were falling from her eyes. She was sejal, her bestie she was always with her during her thick and thin.

Se: clumsy troublesome girl, always gets into trouble. A magnet to danger. Is there any day you won't get in any kind of trouble.

She hugged her tightly crying and ridhima tried to pacify her.

R: sorry.

She made a cute puppy face, holding her ears. Sejal groaned.

Se: keep that cute puppy face aside. What if something would have happened to you? What if I would have lost you too? 

Tears were continuously flowing from her eye, ridhima hugged her again but her own eyes were teary.

Se: you're only the one I have ridhima never even try to leave me.

Ridhima nodded with little smile on her face, She then noticed a family near her.

Se: so are they the one whom you saved?

D: Yes beta ridhima saved me, she's really an angel.

Se: ah that I know.

R: dadi she's my best friend sejal, we were in same orphanage.

D: hello sejal beta

She caressed her hair and kissed her forehead.

Se: ah ridhu actually wo

R: spill it out sejal, may I know why are you mumbling like this?

Se: I don't know how to tell you this.

She had her gaze down and ridhima was feeling nervous now.

R: will you just say it now?

She was getting irritated now.

Se: ridhi kabir is cheating on you.

Her eyes were wide and was staring at her blankly.

R: you're joking right? 

She still couldn't believe her ears but sejal would never lie to her, Sejal took out her phone and showed her video of kabir kissing a girl.

Ridhima was totally shattered, she thought that being an orphan the  love she longed for the love she craved, she will get that in kabir.

Her eyes showed no expression but emptiness and betrayal, she just stood up and walked away not caring about the state she's in.

Se: ridhi!!

D: I am sorry beta I don't want to interfere in your personal matter but who's this kabir?

Se: no it's fine, kabir is ridhima's fiance. I never liked him but ridhima loved him so I too bared him for her happiness, to me he always seemed shady. Today when I was coming to hospital but in the way I saw him with a girl so I followed him and saw him kissing her.

I: I swear if that boy comes in front of me any day he won't see another sunrise.

Sejal slapped her forehead .

Se: shit ridhima!!!

She ran out of room and angre decided to follow her.

D: she's such a sweetheart any boy would be so lucky to have her. I am feeling really bad for her.

I: me too dadi.

Our Vansh raisinghania was feeling sometimes in his heart, jealous of that boy and somewhere happy that he cheated. It was clear that he was attracted to ridhima, her innocence, selflessness made him head over heels for her.

He never believed in love at first sight but seeing ridhima he changed his exception. In our lives we all have a person for whom we change our rules and priorities for him it became ridhima. From that day he tried to be friends with ridhima and she obliged.

The sadness and emptiness in her eyes was never unnoticed by him, but she never cursed kabir for breaking her heart instead she just prayed for him and moved on. She indeed was someone different.

Sia was healing well and rudra had been sentenced to root in jail till death. Every family member was close to ridhima and sejal, Vansh realised that he fell in love with ridhima.

For dadi Vansh was like an open book so for this scared kitten who is terrified to confess his feelings for ridhima decided to help a little.

D: ridhima I found a boy, I want you to meet him.

Vansh choked on his water he was drinking and looked at dadi wide eyed. What the hell.

R: sure dadi.

Vansh was somewhere scared to admit his feelings but was petrified to lose her.

V: but why dadi?

D: what do you mean why?  Doesn't she deserves a happy family?

V: of course she does bu-

D: shut up.

Ridhima burst out laughing and Vansh glared at ridhima she gestured to zip her lips and threw the key to Sia. Vansh smiled at her childish nature.

One day after returning home he saw a family sitting and laughing with them. Sejal and ridhima were also present there, ridhima looking like a beautiful angel in white and sejal was wearing red.

D: are Vansh see he is the boy I was talking about. We all loved him and said yes for marriage.

He eyed the boy, he indeed was handsome but for Vansh he just was a piece of rubber. He got up for a handshake with him but he didn't even shook his hand.

S: hi myself Siddharth.

V: Vansh raisinghania. And you can't marry her.

Whole family looked at him dumbfounded.

S: but why Mr raisinghania? I really like her.

V: I said you wo-

D: Vansh what happened to you?  What are you saying?

V: dadi this marriage won't happen. Ridhima won't marry her.

R: wha-

V: you. Won't. Marry. Him.

D: Vansh you're no one to decide.

V: forgot sake I love her.

Whole family looked at him shocked including ridhima herself.

D: Vansh ridh-

V: I said she won't marry him and you out from here.

He signalled Siddharth.

D: van-

V: dadi I won't listen.

D: Vansh

She yelled and he finally looked at her.

D: ridhima is not marrying anyone.

Vansh looked at her dumbfounded.

D: he is here for sejal.

He finally connected the dots and was ashamed of what he just did.

I : bhai now don't need to be a blushing bride right now. Go and propose her.

Vansh eyes her and then ridhima who was looking down, he walked to her and sat on his knees.

V: ridhima I don't know how to propose anyone but I love you. I really love you maybe from the day when you scolded me for being a douche bag in hospital. No one dared to talk to me like that but you did. I fell for your innocence your bravery and your heart.

You changed me for good, I promise to love you the way you deserve to. Will you give me a chance to cherish our moments all our life?

He anxiously waited for her answer, ridhima was too shocked. Yes, she loved him. She too fell for him but was scared to admit her feelings.

D: ridhima beta I know my grand child is an idiot but please say yes, I can't bear anyone else as my daughter in law.

V: dadi I know I am an idiot, you don't need to remind it again.

His face was flushed and he looked back to her nervous. She nodded with happy tears in her eyes.

He ran to dadi and hugged her.

D: what the hell Vansh , you propose a girl and when she said yes you come and hug your dadi. Forgot sake go and hug her. You're seriously hopeless in romance.

Se: I agree with you dadi,  bhai is a big hopeless in romance.

He again ran back and tightly hugged ridhima, she hugged him back while whole family chuckled.

V: I love you so much ridhima

R: I love you too Vansh.
