" Riddhu" he called out, nudging her shoulders who was busy admiring the nature. He sighed, his best friend is really an admirer of nature.

Thousands of stars shone brightly in the valley of darkness, it looked like god had painted a beautiful painting on the canvas of darkness. The closest star kissed the moon secretly, Fireflies flied around in the dark, the blue waves lapped against the sandy shores.

The trees whispered among themselves about the news of two hearts mingling in the air.

Few crabs walked past their tangled legs, the effulgence shone brightly on her face. She looked like a dream, a beautiful dream anyone could imagine.

Wrapped in a cocoon of serenity and warmness, the God himself wondered, ' are they the same star crossed lovers, Who loved each other till eternity and promised every life together? '

The stars mingled with the trees standing behind them, the darkness made the scene look mesmerizing.

" riddhu! " he again nudged her shoulder and this time she looked at him. His breath hitched for a moment, her eyes twinkled in darkness. A small smile adoring her lips like a jewel.

R: what?

She asked, snapping her fingers in front of his face to bring him out from his riddhu land.

V: ah wo let's play a game.

His eyes lit up like a kid, she smiled seeing him all happy and excited. Who would believe that this is the vansh raisinghania?

An arrogant jerk, cold hearted and what not he was for the world because his this side was reserved for her, just her. Only if they see him behaving like this, whole country might suffer heart attack together.

R: but what?

She questioned and he made a thinking face.

V: we already know each other but we never knew our perspectives on type of life partner we want

He trailed off trying to hide his blushing face and that tint of redness on his cheeks. He thanked the darkness around them as it hid his face.

R: yes! We actually never asked each other about our perspective on life partners.

She pouted and he chucked, only if she knew the control he is doing his  to not just kiss her lips.

V: let's do it now.

He whispered and waited for her answer, a wide smile formed on her face as she thought of a perfect life partner she craves for.

R: I want someone who respects woman, someone who will care for me. Someone who is goofy yet serious at times.

A smile formed on his lips too, it was more likely matching his discription. Her hair bounced around as she kept nodding her head and turning around to look at the firefly flying just above them.

R: Someone who is a believer of nature, the one who won't hesitate to lay down on the sand just because his clothes get dirty. Someone who doesn't gifts me anything expensive but just surprise me with small cheap gifts.

She trailed off and Vansh noticed the position they were in. Laying down on the sand, she beside him and their legs entanglend.

R: Someone who doesn't believes in typical candle light dinner but witnessing fireflies with me. Someone who would count stars with me.

She said excitedly, he bit his lips to control him bursting into emotions.
He looked at the stars above them and the fireflies sorrouding them like a fairytale. Seems like nature itself was with them today.

R: someone who would give me own personal space at times yet don't leave my hand.

She said in almost tears, he held her hands. She looked at him teary eyed and he nodded her to continue.

R: Someone who would sing for me and make me feel special. Someone who would dance in the rain with me, playing in the puddle.

She said with a bright smile and laughed at last, he chuckled along with her and looked at her with tears breaming in corner of his eyes.

R: Koi tere jaisa!

She said excitedly, his breath hitched for a moment. His heart thudded loudly, she kept on speaking but he could only hear these three words which echoed in his ears.

R: vanshu!

She snapped her fingers in front of his eyes and he came out of his dreamland.

R: where are you lost?

She asked and he shook his head with a small smile playing on his lips.

R: anyways, now you tell about the life partner you want.

She was eagerly waiting to listen from him too, he sat up straight and stood up confusing her.

R: where are you going vansh?

She sat up too, eyeing his every move. He walked a little ahead where a towel was laid on the ground, he picked up a case and returned back.

R: why did you bring your guitar here?

She asked as soon as he sat down beside her again. Not responding to her question, he strummed the beats.

He started singing with a smile on his face and she was lost in him and his soulful voice.

With his eyes closed, he conveyed his every emotion he was feeling at the moment. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he remembered every moment they spent together.

The darkness around consumed them into the world of fairytale and fantasy, wrapped in a cocoon of their own.

When two best friends fall in love, you know it then and there that it is a conspiracy by stars themselves. We know that they are soulmates in true means.

He sung and she closed her eyes to feel the intensity of those words. He smiled as he looked above them, the fireflies flying around had now gathered together, forming a ring of circle.

It looked like a beautiful canvas painted by someone who believes in fairytales.

He spoke his heart out. As he got her, his heart found a new reason to beat again. The time is requesting the fate to capture this moment forever.

Stopping the beats of the guitar he looked at her,  her eyes snapped open as he stopped singing.

V: you wanted to know the type of girl I want right?

She nodded with a confused look, he looked at her with a smile.

V: someone who is an admirer of nature, someone with whom I can count stars.

He whispered with a dreamy look, she keenly listened to him and a small smile formed on her face. Looking at the stars above them, she looked back in his eyes, trying to read his soul.

They both are embers of the same fire, dust from the same star, echoes of the same love.

Strumming the beats again, he started singing

Haa, Tujhko jo paya... to jeena aaya
Ab Ye Lamha theher jaye, tham jaye
Hum Dono ke darmiya

He sang with a bright smile on his face with tears in his eyes, looking directly in her eyes, trying to convey what she had turned him into.

She smiled as their hearts had a talk of immortality together, both their souls whispered at the same time to them 'Is this the moment? '

Pehle se zyada Mai jee raha hu
Jabse Mai tere, dil se juda hu

He is living a little more, enjoying a little more, something in his life changed as their hearts connected together.

He again stopped strumming the guitar and spoke

V: I want someone who doesn't believes in perfection but trying to make imperfections their perfection. Someone who loves to wear Mickey Mouse shorts more than normal clothes.

He chuckled and her eyes went down to what she was wearing. Her night dress that was Mickey Mouse shorts!
Tears rolled down both their cheeks as they conveyed each others feeling without saying anything.

The song became their medium to convey everything they feel. Strumming the beats, he sang the next line with full emotions. His soulful voice was serenity to her.

He will take every path it takes to attain her, she is his destination. All he wants is an eternity with her. Stopping the beats he again spoke.

V: someone who won't hesitate to jump in puddles with me, someone who will dance and shout in rain with me.

He said, tears rolling down both their cheeks. Shifting a bit closer to her, he caressed her cheekbone with his thumb. She leaned into his touch.

Keeping the guitar aside, he leaned in and whispered in her ears.

She couldn't control the somersaults her heart did, this feeling seemed so known yet unknown. She bit her lips to control her sobbing, pulling back they looked into each others eyes.

Their eyes locked as the moon just behind them witnessed two souls finally merging together.

His eyes traveled down to her lips, his thumb caressed bottom of her lips.

V: My eyes can't leave your lips alone

He whispered and she looked down, trying to hide her blush. He held her chin and looked directly into her eyes.
The mere touch of his hands created ripples in her body.

Her heart inclined unknowingly towards the attraction of his yearning. Losing into the naughtiness of night, her heart swayed in rhythm of his eyes.

They both leaned in and their lips met, a perfect picture was captured by the stars behind them. Both their faces contrasted against the Liam night making their story look straight out of fairytale.

The fireflies above them did a dance out of happiness, moving in a sync of ring.

Their lips moved in a sync, pouring all the love and passion they both have for each other. Her arms looped around his neck, ruffling his hair as she pulled him more closer to himself.

He held her waist with one hand and back of her neck with other. Pulling apart from each other they stayed together. Their foreheads joined together.

Goosebumps arose, heartbeats entangled, heaving smiles in the air.
As both opened their eyes, there was a new glow speaking. They had turned something more than best friend

They loved each other like fireflies, they gravitated each others glow. The moonlit fell on their faces.

She caressed his cheeks and he leaned into her touch, taking his second hand, she kissed his palms.

And in that moment they felt their stars align, smiling back, they thanked them as they stood side by side clasping hands together.

Castaways on a cosmic sea, hearts adrift, drawn together by heart's mysterious current.

They accepted their love for each other in most beautiful way. Two best friends turned into something soulful, the stars celebrated as they finally completed their promise of 7 births with each other.

It was acceptance of love♥

Yes! Finally done!!! I don't know what obsession do I have such topics, I mean literally I don't find any story in my shorts.
