~Six Seconds of Madness~

Scenes raced past his window
Yet he wasn't amused
The events of last night
Had left him all confused
 

Relations are like glass
Ready to break away
But no one thinks of heart
That has to finally pay

His life had been a desert
She came in like a rain
Showered the drops of love
And dragged his purse to drain

Now his heart was full of love
But his cheques were all blank
That small reason was enough
For her to pull that strand

Their love for five years
Had ended in six seconds
Like that beautiful love
Breakup had just happened

His mind needed relief
He needed to clear his thoughts
So he rushed back to his village
It was peace that he sought

Driving at full speed
He raced down that dirt
When he suddenly saw a dog
Flying like a bird

He hit the brakes hard
But the time had already passed
Those six seconds of madness
Had consumed an innocent dog

The dog was thrown off
It could feel a several crack
When it's life was turning rainbow
A human had made it black

Twice in ten years...

A human had turned it black
