Down the path, they mingled
Dancing their colorful rainbow

Then came the lust
Then they lost the trust
Singing their colorful rainbow

Will the colors start to fade
Or will the rainbow show its shade
How will be their colorful rainbow

Will it even be their rainbow?

Hand in hand, they walked watching the sky come to light. The wet particles of sand stuck to their feet spreading an unknown coolness. But the warmth of each other was enough to keep them going.

A wisp of air blew past, as the fluffy gray cloud lined the horizon. That's when they saw it.

A rainbow. Their rainbow.

But the colorful sight missed two of its colors today.

The color of her love.
And the color of his trust.
