(Vita finally finishes what was around them and comes closer to both.)

Vita: Why he is like that?

Arya: I think he overcharged. Can you take care while I search for some water?

(Vita stares at her but notices her concern and the feelings she has for the downed man.)

Vita: Ok. I'll watch. But if something happens, I cannot promise I will save him.

Arya: Thank you.

(Arya bows her head and rushes through the flaming village for the precious liquid. On the cave, Isabella takes now half of the hybrids, leaving her with Zeta and the hybrids.)

Isabella: If I were you, I would surrender now.

Zeta: Overconfidence can be your downfall, child.

(A powerful suit appears around him that allowed the mad scientist to control the polarity of objects. He raises his hand and a nearby hybrid was thrown to her. She rolls in time and shoots an arrow. She opens her eyes with surprise as the arrow stands floating in the air.)

Zeta: I think this belongs to you.

(He turns around the arrow and shots it with more force. Somehow, she is able to make a backflip, evading in time.)

(Out of the incredible shock from each heartbeat, Vita could see an after image of something bigger surrounding Bulwark, a beast shape image. Then it begins to subside.)

(While in his dream)

Bulwark: I ... Will not say it.

???: You will and when you do, I'll be ready.

Bulwark: I have enough will power. Tech is better than power.

???: Then why couldn't you protect them. Your tech is what failed you. Your tech is what let them die. Your tech was insufficient. Ilydium gave you a deal... Your soul, for life... Your heart, for power. I am your power.

Bulwark:....

???: You'll say those words ... And when you do... The only regret that you would have... Is not using me before.

(Back to reality)

(Bulwark can hear the rubble and a faint sound of Vita's tail swishing in the air. The suit begins to regulate temperatures. He finally opens his eyes and sees Vita.)

Bulwark: What... Happened?

(Vita lowers her gaze.)

Vita: Everyone is fighting. Rest for now. I will protect you.

(She changes her view towards Isabella.)

Isabella: This will be a pain in the ass. I just hope Arya and Bulwark are ok. Maybe I can switch with...(she looks at Joss and how fierce is the battle.)...maybe not...

Zeta: They always give me the chumps. I would like to fight the dragon tamer...

(Isabella takes the quivers and launch them in the air. The arrows begin to fall slowly in her eyes. She takes 3 and begins to shoot in succession.)

Zeta: You are still very slow.

(He deflects with ease, but Isabella raises her speed, shooting 5 then 8 then 12 arrows with outstanding speed.)

Zeta: You...can stop now...

(She fires 3 arrows aiming to his legs, but he jumps in time, the she fires 5 shoots to him. 1 manages to hit the suit but quickly regenerates.)

Zeta: You will not be able to kill me like that!

Isabella: I know. That was the distraction.

Zeta: Wha---

(An arrow pierces his throat. He slowly turns and watches as he traces the pattern of the arrow, which ricocheted from the 5 arrows she fired. Zeta falls to the ground and the suit retracts itself.)

Isabella: I...I don't know how I did that...

(She falls on her butt and takes a breather.)

(On the air, Epsilon makes a status of the damage Rayley took.)

Epsilon: Oh boy, this will not be too good...but...(he begins to pant as he sees Joss' and Bahamut's suit.)...that is so FUCKING BEAUTIFUL!!! I NEED IT!

(He rushes with Rayley and slams with Bahamut. Both creatures tried to bite the other while their rider attack each other. Epsilon draws a complicated gun and tries to shoot Joss but the later just evades by moving his head.)

Epsilon: JUST LET ME HAVE IT! JUST LET ME TOUCH YOU!!!

(The eye sockets in Joss' helmet light up with a crimson color. Bahamut pushes away Rayley, who lost its back leg.)

Joss: Truly disgusting. I will end this up.

(Bahamut's central orb begins to gather energy. Joss stands like a tyrant on its back.)

Epsilon: This will not be good; this will not end well. But..but I NEED IT!!!

(Rayley begins to charge the next attack on its mouth. After a minute, they are fully charged.)

Epsilon: Come on Rayley! FIREEEEEEE!!!!

(With a huge blast that even destroyed what was behind of the metal creature, Rayley fired a powerful laser. Joss stands in front of him.)

Joss: Let us finish this, partner. MONSTER UNISON ATTACK: RAGNAROK!

(The center orb in Bahamut chest shined throughout the entire cave. The energy moved through his neck onto his mouth and he unleashed a devastating power laser that easily surpassed Rayley's attack, annihilating what was in its path and lighting up the entire cave. After seconds, the cave clears, and a huge path of destruction is visible. Bahamut stands flipping his wings and Joss lowers his view, to see the dying scientist on the floor. He goes near him. Epsilon gurgles in a strange liquid. He comes closer and noticed that it was a robot.)

Joss: What?!

Epsilon: Did...did you really think we will went...with our true bodies? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I...I just wanted to have you...

(He extends his remaining arm.)

Epsilon: But...(he coughs what seems oil.)...I will reward you for your victory, hunter. Our aim was not the Dragon. It was...HER!

(Joss looks around but doesn't see Bulwark or Arya.)

Joss: No....

Epsilon: HahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

(Joss stomps on the robot's head, destroying it completely. Then he runs to where Isabella is.)

Joss: Isabella! Where is Arya?!

Isabella: Well, I think she went to save Bulwark.

Joss: FUCK! We need to search for her quick!

Isabella: But I defeated the enemy---

Joss: They are all robots!

(He turns towards Zeta, and the face was metal like.)

Isabella: What?!

Joss: This was a distraction!!!!

(They quickly began to move but noticed the corpse of The Hugger and see Roy in it.)

Isabella: R...Roy?!

(She kneels beside the corpse. She caresses his cheek. Tears rolled through her cheeks.)

Isabella: How is this...possible..?

Joss: Sygma...

(The Deadman is filled with rage. They are startled when another wave of hybrids came, this time, the black liquid was injected in them.)

Joss: Isabella, go and make sure Arya and Bulwark are ok. I will handle them.

(She nods but kisses him in his cheek. She grabs her cherished bow and 2 arrows and rushes to the surface.)

Joss: Well Bahamut, we will do the cleaning this time.

(Bahamut roars and the attack begins. Isabella runs with haste and passes all the corpses until she finds a way through the entrance to the Hall. She finds Vita and Bulwark. Meanwhile Joss tries to fend off the creatures that somehow are far stronger than before. Some of them began to climb Bahamut and try to inflict damage but it's ineffective. The hybrids began to surround Joss. He falters as flashbacks of his past arises in him. He kneels and they began to swarm him. He remembers his past as a child, his teenage years, Amelia, how he got in Rhindelm, the meeting of Arabella, U, Lucy and the rest, the training of The Great Mother, how he met Shion, Merlin and Anastacya. How he rescued Vita. The journey of the Universal Whale, the great city of Aerilon and how he was sold as a slave and the recent battle with Miranda. He was entirely down with all the hybrids on top.)

Joss: I. Am. Joss. McCaaaaain!

(With a burst of energy, he pushes all the hybrids apart and with his blood, he pierces every monster on sight. Bahamut let his flamethrower scorch those that were climbing. After finishing, he falls to the ground panting.)
