(Epsilon deploys a shield that protects Rayley.)

Epsilon: These people don't have manners.

(From the corpse of the Hugger, a head could be seen. The body crumbles and inside, a familiar figure, Roy. His body begins to decay. Joss rides Bahamut while Epsilon does the same with Rayley. They began an aerial fight with elemental attacks and ferocious bites. The White Vildrays struggles to move. Arya keeps slamming her Greatsword with force while Isabella shoots her arrows with succession, killing all their targets.)

Isabella: Arya! Take care of Bulwark. I can manage here!

(She nods and steps back, dodging any incoming attack and rushes to his aide. Isabella evades gracefully and attacks with haste. On the other hand, Bahamut falls short to Rayley who is quicker and stronger than the beast.)

Epsilon: You ride a monster, I control one.

(Tentacles come out of Epsilon's body and connects to the metal creature. Its speed is doubled and receives an upgrade. Rayley grabs Bahamut alongside Joss and throws both with tremendous force to the entrance of the cave.)

Joss: Shit! At this speed we will die from the impact!!!

(Just in time, the Vildrays raises and catches both but suffers from the crash. They all end deep in the entrance and the walls collapse. Joss wakes up and quickly goes to Bahamut who was severely injured. Lungs punctured and both wings completely destroyed. He grasps for air.)

Joss: Nononono! Please, don't die! Come on power!!!!

(He cuts his wrist and pours blood into its mouth, but nothing happened. He begins to cry. From behind, a voice could be heard.)

Vildrays: You would go as far as sacrificing your life for him.

Joss: Of course! He is...my family...

(The Vildrays closes his eyes. With his remaining energy, he speaks.)

Vildrays: Take my heart and eat it.

Joss: What?

Vildrays: My life will end shortly. You have proven me, that monsters and humans can co-exists. Your family will die soon if you don't do it.

Joss: B-but you...we were supposed to save you...

Vildrays: There is no saving me. By saving your family, you will save this island. Take my power and protect it. Eat it and fulfill my last wish.

(With his remaining energy, the Vildrays rips his heart and places it before Joss.)

Vildrays: Take...it...and...be reborn...

(With grief in his face, he breaks the huge heart in 2 and places one half on Bahamut's mouth. He begins to eat the other half. He begins to see flashbacks of the creature, how the White Vildrays was born, how he and his brothers and sisters created the island. Bahamut begins to heal and its scales began to change to a dark color. Joss skins hardened like scales. He can feel the emotions of the last defender. The Vildrays' body began to crumble until only bones remained. He finally opens his eyes. Deep crimson red and his pupils like a serpent.)

Epsilon: I shall end their lives and collect the Vildrays.

(A horrendous voice could be heard from the cave.)

Lacie: Upgrade available. Integrating new suit: Draconic Ender Jormungander

(The nanomachines begin to form around Joss and Bahamut.)

Joss: Come on boy, it's time to hunt monsters.

(Bulwark remains unconscious, left in an eternal dream. Remembering of his old team and their deaths repeating and repeating. Remembering his curse. The robotic hounds still lurk around the rubble and spots Bulwark's body in the defensive shell. His heart starts beating oddly heavily. The beats could be felt on the ground around him, his skin gets hotter and hotter and his heart glowing red)

T25: Regulating body temperature.... Regulating... Regulating... Temperature ... 300 degrees... Cooling Temperature... -2 degrees..

(The hounds slowly get closer)

(Arya rushes but leaves various quivers behind for Isabella. She hesitates for a moment.)

Isabella: GO!

(She passes Rayley and some of the hybrids, dodging and evading everything in her path. On the cave, she slowly passes Joss, and her eyes widen by his change, but she doesn't stop. Around Bulwark, the hounds come and at the critical time, he is saved by the Thunderwulf's tail. Around him, everything is cut in half by a sharp sword, wielded by Vita.)

Vita: I think this person is friends of Joss. Hmph. To be so careless.

(Arya arrives and goes straight to him.)

Arya: Bulwark, Bulwark, are you alright?!

T25: Body temperature... Stabilizing...

(They could feel the intense heat and the throbbing of his heart across the ground but no response)

Epsilon: Why leaving so soon? This youth! Well, let us collect---

(A sharp object was thrown, and Epsilon evades in time. A small cut appeared on his cheek. Bahamut walked slowly, not as a Rhanioid, but as a new dragon. He is fully cloaked in armor. To his strong claws, Joss stands proudly.)

Joss: I will teach you what fear is.

Epsilon: Oh~

(At his command, Rayley shoots a firebolt and Bahamut extends his left wing and protects Joss. The beast releases the wing.)

Joss: It will take more than that. Let me try it. Bahamut.

(At his command, Bahamut shoots a fireball. Rayley evades but slower this time. Part of his back leg was lost by just a slight touch.)

Epsilon: That was cheating!

Joss: You said you controlled a monster...(He climbs Bahamut.)...I AM THE MONSTER!
