After school Rey made her way to 'Jabba's place' like she had told Kylo. She went earlier so she could talk to Jabba.

"Hi Rey!"

"Hi Jabba!" she smiled.

"What's up?"

"Still on shift tonight?"

"Yeah."

"Ok good."

"What you doing here anyways?"

"Meeting Kylo."

"What that b*******? Why? Don't say your going out on a date with him!" His face was completely shocked.

" Ew no we have this university project to work on!"

"That was close." Jabba said and they both giggled.

And with that awkward short convo over and done with Rey headed outside for Kylo.

His black truck pulled up and she opened the door to the passenger side and got in. This was kind of even more awkward than her convo she has just had with Jabba. She was nervous of going to Kylo's house because she knew his parents were very well known.

"So, what part of the project are we working on at your house Kylo?"

"Well I have a few canvas's, so I guess we pick one and start sketching our design on it."

"Ok sound's good."

They both arrive at Kylo's house and it's a bloody mansion. Rey tries to keep a straight face, but her mouth is clearly wide and a gasp. The landscaping is beautiful. Rey had always been used to desert on Jakku and the only green she had seen was Ach-To nature reserve but this omg it's beautiful.

"WOW!" Rey breaths it feels like she has been holding her breath just looking at the house.

"It's just a house Rey."

"Yeah but it's the biggest I have ever seen, it's almost the size of the whole of Jakku!"

Kylo started to think about Rey's childhood after she had said that. Was it terrible because she has certainly hinted towards that on several occasions? He also had a terrible dread that his mother would remember the name Rey and start an argument oh please no!

The truck pulled up outside the solo house and Rey and Kylo both got out of the vehicle and Rey followed Kylo up the vast driveway to the front door. The doors opened and they were in a beautiful entrance hall with ornate stairs and tiled floors. Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow is all Rey could process.

Kylo immediately lead the way up the stairs she was wondering if he was avoiding his parents for some reason. Maybe it's because of her but she follows him anyways. Kylo's room is huge it's literally like the size of her apartment. It's all black of course what else would it be she giggles as she enters the room which gets her a death stear from Kylo.

"What you giggling at?"

"You're room ,hahah"

"What about it!"

"It just so funny how stereotypical emo it is. Hahah"

"Shut up scavenger."

That got him a hard smack on the arm. She needed him to be reminded that she is no doormat.

"OW!"

"You deserved it anyways let's get started with the project."

They picked out a canvas and Kylo let Rey sketch her beloved foster mum onto the canvas. Then he sketched the first order ships. It was looking perfect. They just needed to think of what media to use paint, collage maybe.

"So, I asked my dad and he says he did know your foster mum." Kylo watched Rey's face light up with glee and happiness she looked so cute - Wait did he just think she was cute???

"Good." her smile was absolutely contagious.

They finished with the project continuing small talk but then Rey realized the time 7pm and she started at Jabba's at 8 but she still needs tea. Ugh!

"Oh, look at the time my shift starts in an hour."

"Do you want to have tea here then I will drop you off?"

Omg Rey couldn't believe it he just asked her if she wanted to eat tea with him!

"Sure." She smiled widely.

Kylo told Rey to stay in his room whilst he went to grab some food. Kylo didn't want his mam to start on Rey. Rey thought it might be because she was just an orphan and that his family was rich, so he was embarrassed to have her at his house. Hopefully not she thought.

A few minutes later Kylo returned with Pizza. Yum Rey thought. He handed her a plate.

"Thanks." She says taking a large bite out of her pizza and omg was it delicious!

She finishes up eating and waits for Kylo because he is so much slower than her kriky!

"You eat so bloody slow!" She smirks.

"No, I don't you're the one hovering down your food like an animal!"

"Humans are animals!" Rey said lifting up her head in pride of her smart comment.

"Shut up smart ass."  Kylo smirked

"Haha"

Kylo and Rey walked down the grand staircase after they had finished their meal and had almost made it to the door when Kylo's parents came along. Oh no! Was Rey immediate reaction. Whilst Kylo mentally screamed no!

"Oh, Kylo you have a friend with you." Leia stated.

"Yeah we have an art project for Mr. Yoda we are working on together it's a team project."

"Introduce us then Mr. emo boy." Han pitched in Rey burst into laughter having to cover her hand over her mouth getting her a death stear from Kylo. 

"These are my parents...." Kylo gestured to Leia and Han "Leia Organa who is the mayor and Han solo."

"Resistance hero." Han puffed out his chest with pride.

"And the smuggler?" Rey asked. 

"Yeah!" Han smiled glad to be noticed for a change.

"Mam dad this is Rey."

"Nice to meet you." she said to Leia and Han

"You the kid that had Jyn as her foster mum?"

"Yeah she was an amazing mum she started to foster me at 5." Rey smiled remembering all the fond memories with her foster mum.

"Wait you're the girl who hit Kylo?!" Leia stated flatly

"Yeah so?"

"Why did you hit him?!"

"He and his little friends started on me first and besides he hit me to he isn't innocent." She pointed to the horrible mark on her forehead she noticed that Han looked like he understood completely obviously more reasonable than Leia Rey thought.

"Mam stop!"

"He still doesn't deserve to be hit by you!" Leia said to Rey emphasizing the 'you'.

Rey knew exactly what she meant because of her years at Unkar's she knew how to handle herself. She learnt to build up her barriers very very high.

"And what's that supposed to mean?!" Rey says like poison.

"You know what that means..................orphan!" Leia said slowly with a grin. 

That's it that is it Rey squished her hands into fist her face in a scowl she didn't care who she was nobody say's this to her and gets away with it.

"So just because I'm not a posh stuck up snob I can't be treat like a human being well I'm f****** sick of being treat like shit!" Rey Yelled.

Rey launched forwards towards Leia but was held back by Kylo. Ergh!

"Leia stop!" Han begged. 

Rey released herself from Kylo's grip and slapped Leia across the face, "I know I'm not rich, I know I'm a nobody, an orphan, a unwanted gift by God, I know it will always be like that for me horrible but I would rather be like I'm than be like you!" She screamed.

With that Rey stormed out of the house she could hear Leia shouting as she ran down the street and made her own way to 'Jabba's place' in the rain.
