Rex blinked as he saw a sight of a bunny getting mangled by a snake without any emotion. He watched as it struggled in the coils of the snake and shrugged before walking away. It was not his problem.

"I'm here." He called out to his co-workers while putting on the apron for his cooking station. Another four hours of fry cooking.

"Uhm, hello." Mei Raiden said with a shy tone.

Seeing her all alone, Rex noticed his co-worker flirting with her and sighed.

"Hey, fuckwad, stop flirting and more working," he called out before heading back to the grill. Flipping patties and looking at the deep-fried fries the young man started to group them all and sighed—another tiring day.

After an hour, Rex sighed as he went out the back alley and bit on the end of his vape stick.

"Uhm, thank you for earlier."

"It's fine," Red said completely uninterested and only watched as a rat ran out its hiding spot only for a bird to snatch it up.

"T-thank you!" She said with a bow before running away. Finally alone, the young man sighed and took a long deep breath while releasing a cloud of smoke.

Turning back inside, the young Crozzo continued his job for the rest of his shift.

"So, what happened Alloy bunny?" Rex asked through the voice chat as he played with his teammate. "you seem a lot stressed."

"Da, no need to worry. I am taking precautions against an Idiotka." Alloy Bunny said as Rex sniped a person from far away with no emotion.

Streams of Russian insults came from Alloy Bunny and he sighed as he looked at his newest target.

"How was work, Walk-Brass?" Alloy Bunny asked.

"Fine, same as always. I did watch a bunny get mauled to pieces." Rex replied as his team won.

"Well, that is nice. One of my housemates has used a flamethrower for a toast."

"... Wow ... That is both stupid and amazing," Rex said before sneezing a bit. "Anyway, I found some cool new shit. Apparently, the boss in sector 20 can drop new seasonal rares.

"Very well, onward!" Alloy Bunny said.

"Bronya-Onee-chan! Dinner is ready."

'was that Seele? Wait... Isn't she in New Zealand? Nah, must be someone else.'

"Well, gotta go, Alloy, I need to finish some stuff."

"You're here again?" Rex looked at the form of Kiana Kaslana eating her third burger. 

"What? This place has good food and affordable prices!" Kiana said after swallowing her food... or at least she tried as a piece got stuck in her throat. Rolling his eyes, the youngest Crozzo handed her a glass of water. "Thanks," 

"..." Without replying, the young man looked at the TV and said nothing as he saw the release of the newest Kallen fantasy game on the screen. 

"So, you work here?" 

"Obviously," He replied while ignoring her pout. 

"Say, you cook these?"

"Yes," 

"Thanks! They taste as much as Mei's!" 

"Your girlfriend?" 

"Not yet," 

"good for you," 

"Why? Disappointed that such a pretty girl like me isn't single?" 

"Did I ask if you were?" Rex said lazily with a smirk after he saw her flinch. "Not my type," He teased, enjoying how a metaphorical arrow pierced her head. 

"Hmph! Asshole," 

"Brat," 

Blue and Black eyes glared at each other before the doorbell chimed and a beautiful young woman entered, dressed in the Bladestrike uniform of St. Freya Academy. 

"Mei!" Kiana greeted with a smile as Rex looked at her. "Don't be rude, why don't you welcome her?" 

At the sassy tone, Rex's eye twitched. "Welcome to Wcdonald's" He greeted Mei while subtly flipping Kiana off. 

"Can I have a cheeseburger and fries please," 

"Coming right up," 

"Bet you never came before," 

"Kiana-chan!" 

'Must... not... kill... idiot...' Rex thought as he prepared Mei's order. 

"Virgin, virgin, maidenless, virgin," Kiana whispered with a smile.
