A/N: I made Ashoka a little older in this so she could be closer the Rex's age. Along with that I made the clones aging process a little slower.

Ashoka Prov:
The bell chimed at six a.m. standard galactic time, and Ahsoka Tano threw open her eyes with wild excitement. Today was the day. She would finally start her new life as a padawan. Ahsoka could barely keep the excitement to herself, as she hurriedly and excitedly packed her clothes and small amount of belongings. One item she was packing was her Traditional tortuga Headdress, which is the only thing that she had of her parents. She doesn't remember her parents, they died when she was little and was left as an orphan, right before master plo koon found her. The only reason she knew it was her mom's was because of the note that was on it. Traditional it was worn at a tortugan wedding, it was given to the bride by her fiance and she would wear it until the day she died, in which case it would be passed down to her son to give to his future wife. Or be passed on to her daughter were it would wait for her husband to take it and combine the two headdresses into a larger one. She secretly wished she had a mate so she had a reason to wear the headdress, but attachment is forbidden. Though there have been rumors that they might lift it for species like tortugas and twi'lek that require a mate, or species that are almost completely wiped out. At night she would sleep with the headdress in her hands, it was her comfort item for her. She then moved on to packing other items in her possession. As the Jedi Code dictated she has newly constructed lightsaber,of her own design. Since she grips her lightsaber backwards, she had to modify the design to fit her fighting style. As Ahsoka packed quickly, she kept letting out little squeals of excitement. Once she was done packing she looked at the time, it was 7:30 a.m. She is suppose to meet Master Yoda and Plo Koon in the tempe Hanger in 10 minutes. She quickly gathered up her stuff and ran out her door, and all the way to the hanger. She didn't look back once, for she was far to excited to reminisce in the past.Ahsoka entered the hangar where she found Master Plo Koon, and Master Yoda waiting for her, alongside an a carrier plane with clone escorts waiting for her.
"Glad to see you could make it, little Soka, are you ready for your trip?" Greeted, Master Plo, asked Ahsoka
"Yes, I think I am." Replied Ahsoka, nervously. That's when it finally dawned on her, she was no longer a youngling, she was a padawan, she wouldn't be seeing the temple for quite some time. The temple had been her home for so long, she didn't know what life was like outside the temple walls. This made her a little excited but really nervous.
"Clear your mind young one and peace you will find. For 800 years, have I seen padawans off. No different, is now." Advised Jedi Grand Master Yoda.
"Thank you Master Yoda." Replied Ahsoka. with a respectful bow
As Ahsoka boarded her transport, she waved good-bye to the Jedi masters, and sat down next to a clone trooper.
"Your first time in war?" said one of the troopers.
She nodes and ask "are you heading to Christophsis as well?" asked Ahsoka.
"Yep, can't wait to get out there and get me some more of them Clankers." boasted the trooper. "no worries shine you'll get used to being at war."
"Ah, you'll always be Shinies to me, Grits" said one of the more scarred troopers.
"Hi, I'm known as Scar around here." Said the older Clone. "I never want to get promoted, I like the battle too much."
"Ahsoka Tano, I'm the new padawan for master Skywalker." Said Ahsoka, still nervous. Shinie, Clankers? All these terms were new to her, but Ahsoka also concluded a long time ago that she'd learn a lot, she just didn't expect to learn this much on her first day.
Grits says "Skywalker you say?"
she nodes
Scar laughs and says "good luck with that one, they say he only plans suicide missions. Do me a favor tell Captain rex that his brother Scar says to come find me when he gets a chance "
With a confused look and says "sure." With that the carried landed on a republic cruiser. Ahsoka had been briefed on the war slightly, but in all honesty, she didn't really pay attention when she was being briefed.
"You, ah...padawan Ahsoka Tano." she nodes and the clone commanders continues "Welcome to the resolute, we will be heading for Christophsis shortly."
"Okay, uh...thanks." Said the new padawan.
the Commander turns to the clones she was traveling with and says. "Right then, the rest of you men, fall in and report to..."
The rest of the Commander's' speech faded out as Ahsoka waited for instruction. As soon as she could, Ahsoka asked for directions to the bridge. Once there, Ahsoka was once again overwhelmed with what she had before her. The orderly chaos of pre-flight checks, and mad dashing of clones, commanders, and technicians were incredible. Ahsoka didn't know what to make of it, she was lost in the confusion, Ahsoka asked what looked like one of the more experienced clones where her "quarters were."
The clone excused himself from the bridge and escorted her to the door of her quarters. The door had the words Commander Tano and Ct-7567 written on it. Once inside Ahsoka lay on the bed that was on the left side of the room. There was another bed on the right side of the room. There were draws under her bed and a closet at the foot of her bed and at the back wall there was a door to her private bathroom, she decided that she would unpack later. She figured that she might as well get some sleep, before the battle, or at least rest a little.she pulled out her mother's head piece and curled up with it. Ahsoka slept, but woke up to a hard knock on her door.
a clone says on the other side of the door "Commander Tano, we have arrived at Christophsis, we will be landing shortly." Came the voice of the officer who introduced her to her room.
Ahsoka stretched, and gathered her things, belted her lightsaber, and rushed to the transport. There, she found several of the clones she had already met, including Grits and Scar.
"Hey, Grits, it's the padawan."
"Hey guys. This the transport?" asked Ahsoka.
"One of them." Replied Grits. "We'll set up a perimeter, while more come in later. You're ridin with us, we're going to General Skywalker' and General Kenobi's front. There, where you get to meet your master."
"Cool, thanks." Said Ahsoka. All nervousness had left her, she was ready to become a padawan, and she was excited again.
she was not just a Padawan though she was the chosen one's Padawan. It a huge honor just go meet the guy. When she Heard she was becoming a Padawan she was ecstatic but when she heard that she was master Skywalker's Padawan she about had a heart attack. As Ahsoka boarded the Plane then the doors closed, locked, and air sealed. A red light interior light came on, and the pilot's' voice came on over the intercom, "We'll be landing shortly, lock and load vodes!"
As the LAAT started up, Ahsoka could hardly wait. She could hardly wait to meet her new master, Anakin Skywalker. on the way down to the planet she began to wonder what her master would be like.
